We came in to return an item purchased from Sunglass Hut. The woman at the front, Karina I believe, was extremely rude. She made sure to let us know that since this item was purchased at a different location it would affect her sales. It seems from a previous review this location has similar problems treating their customers respectfully when it comes to returns/exchanges. According to the corporate website, any location can accept returns. I would recommend management to correct this behavior because you will be losing customers. As a customer, I do not need to know about her sales and how that would affect her.

Great place to get a great pair of shades, Carter is a great person at this location to work with very nice guy and very professional, he went above and beyond helping me, and others as I was in the store. I highly recommend this store .

I had one of the worst experiences with Sunglass Hut. I received a gift and wanted to exchange them and it was by far one of the worst client experiences I have ever received. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I had a really great experience here. Alan was so helpful and had the best customer service. He went above and beyond to help me. He knew a lot about the products and I got exactly what I needed. That guy needs a raise!!

Came in here for a quick adjustment to my sunglasses and staff was very helpful and polite.

Purchased my first pair of ray bans here. Salesman wasnt pushy and they had a pair of sunglass that I ended up buying that other sunglass huts did not stock.

Just came to buy some sunglasses and the lady inside literally closed the security gates down and locked the door real rude but it was only 7:40 when that happened. Will not be back.
