Its a nice place to shop. They have a lot of good stuff. However, I was looking for a new wallet. When I finally got a salesperson to help me (I had to use my phone and call the store and tell them I needed help because the button to push for help didnt work) when they opened the cabinet so I could look at the custom wallets, they all had a made in china tag on them! I was like, no thanks, I dont buy anything from china!

Terrible experience!! My husband and I were looking for 2 marine batteries that they advertised as on sale with a return core charge. The sale was the return core charge they didnt give you!! And the salesmen were rude as if they had something better lined up than helping us! Just an awful experience!! And the battery we got is the wrong one, look for my review on returning it!!

This place reminded me of the feed stores wed go to when we were kids. This place will make any child smile with the baby chickens and ducks. The place really has everything for the local farm or property owner. Its certainly worth the check out.!

Awesome Service. I ordered a Stihl chainsaw from Atwoods Lake Worth late after they closed on Saturday night. I called first thing Sunday to make sure they had the saw in stock as they are an hour drive. They conformed they had it, and would have it ready. When I arrived at 10am, they had gas in it, oil in it, and a chain already installed. One pull and I was in business.

This is my favorite place to shop for all things that are hard to find, stuff Home Depot doesnt have. They have competitive pricing on a lot of product. They sell little critters like rabbits, chickens and such, as well as a huge variety of pet supplies, puppy and kitten needs, various dog houses, furniture, snacks, farm equipment, fencing... Atwood is like a super Tractor Supply. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A favorite shopping destination!

There was awesome the little feller at the gun shop in Atwoods his name was Marshall he was really helpful when I purchased my first gun didnt really know what I was looking for but he helped me out. Super polite and really knowledgeable about firearms.

This is a fine place for welders, but not woodworkers. The front employees are generally helpful in checkouts, but the rear of the store specifically at the gun counter are too talkative when there are people waiting in line to be helped. I choose Home Depot over Lowes because I do not have to be placed into a system for any type of discount, yet now it is the only way. I preferred Atwoods mainly to support a local business versus one of the bigger stores previously mentioned but it is difficult to do so when they begin to incorporate similar policies and attitudes which is the reason for bot shopping at those larger stores. Some room for improvement at the local store level, and some for the overall store. Not everyone likes to be tracked and get spam emails. I do not want to sit and go through spam emails of anything else.

Nice store large variety of merchandise. Customer service was good. I purchased a wheel some nuts and bolts and pickled okra. They have everything from tarps to cloths. You have to go at least once to check it out. I think I am stuck on the store now.

Amazing selection. A farm and ranch supply store in the city! Tools, lawn and garden, chemicals like I’ve never seen, men’s and women’s clothing, sooo much beef jerky! You name it they’ll have it.

Atwoods has everything! Better selection of hardware and DIY supplies than any of the large home improvement stores and the prices are better! So lucky to live across the street!!

We stopped in Atwoods for the first time and got the spicy, sweet, and garlic pickles.A friend of ours from Kansas brought me a jar of the pickles, l loved them so many. We googled Back At The Ranch, and we found them at Atwood on Jacksboro. Try them you wont be disappointed.

I like the store they have a lot of great things there but they need to teach the cashiers customer service, Too many of them were standing around playing, They didnt stop talking or even look youre way when they handed the receipt.

Shelves are always stocked, large variety of products and reasonable prices. Great place to go even if you dont live in the country.

I go to Atwoods frequently for livestock supplies and little odds and ends since they opened, I see a lot of not so great reviews on Google but personally I have not had one bad experience at the Lake Worth location, always have what I need and the staff is always friendly and willing to help me find what Im looking for if I can not find it.To the Team at the Lake Worth store, You will continue to have my business and keep up the great work 🤙

Poor customer service across the board. I intentionally walked through every department hoping that at last one staff member would:1) say hello2) ask if I needed help3) could they help me find something.4) Good buyAlthough I locked eyes with several staff in passing; it was like I was invisible.Perhaps the staff dont understand that satisfied customers bring more customers.I spend a lot of money on D.I.Y. materials. I will not spend one dime here. Ill make sure that none of my associates buy anything in here.

I like this place. Find good deals every once in a while. It seems like i stop here almost once a week for something on my way home. They are always friendly and try to be fast at check out.

Caller ahead to make sure they had my item since according to the website they were the only one in my area with it. Staff was helpful and verified that the item was indeed available.

Was undercharged, a made a poor decision to correct the error. Trying to get this corrected took aver 10 minutes to try to get corrected, and when I politely complained about how long it was taking to correct the transaction, I was told that it had only taken 10 minutes so far. I asked how much longer it would take, and with providing me an answer, they asked me to leave the store. Huh? I spend over to minutes correcting a mistake in the stores favor and you ask me to leave? Really?

The last 12 months I have been buying Atwoods brand dog food for my dogs, 6 months ago I brought to their attention that there were worms inside the sealed bag of dog food, They told me to bring a zip lock bag to prove to them, I did, gave it to management, never got a return call, after repeated times going and calling management__so Im no longer a customer

Love this place! My wife and I call Atwoods the country Walmart but the service is much better and every employee is always friendly and helpful! This was my first time to go to Atwoods after some other friends had recommended the place for buying dog food. I did not realize they had so many other items as well. I am legally blind and asked for help and the help was top-notch, friendly, and very knowledgeable help! Even the cashier who wasnt aware of my situation was extremely fast and friendly. And the dogs seem to love the Diamond brand dog food also :-) $25 for a 50 lb bag for high-energy dogs is a great price.

I love this store!!It seems as of the middle of January 2021.. theyre very low on Guns and Ammo..( yes.. I am a girl..and I like looking at guns..).. so come on Atwood .. get them shelf stocked up..

They looked pretty empty as far as merchandise. They had almost no CPVC . I realize the supply and demand from this past sub~0 weather.

The prices are good. The staff are always helpful and polite.The store seems to be undergoing some changes inside. There were a lot of employees moving items and fixtures. I would probably give them a 5 star if all their employees wore masks. They require them on their customers.I know it gets warm working in one moving things around. At least make an effort to put them back on when a customer is approaching. Twice I encountered a group together with no masks or pulled below their chins. I stopped shopping, paid for what I had and left.

Went today to buy a handgun I had been looking for all over Ft.Worth. It was very busy and several people were waiting patiently to look at handguns. It was a bit disorganized and nobody was really sure who was next. There was a wait to use the computer. This was all completely forgivable simply because when I finished the background check my wife and I were checked out by Randy. He was extremely personable and answered all our questions without hesitation and a smile. He seemed to really enjoy his job. Being in customer service for 35years I really appreciated his help, knowledge and attitude. When he walked the gun to our car with us we talked about the current state of our country and his opinions were insightful and refreshing. We will return most definitely

This is a great place to go for a lot of things. Livestock related items are a big part of the store, but they have tons of other items as well. Even little baby animals like ducks in occasion.
