What a nightmare! We call months in advance to let them know we are brining in my handicapped brother. They make no mention that his ears must be cleaned first by his doctor. Then the staff was rude, when we asked why werent we informed that his ears needed cleaning before the test the doctors response was oh well I wasnt the one that answered the phone Wouldnt you simply inform patients before coming? Then she attempted to make me feel bad for not getting his ears cleaned in a pandemic! LAUGHABLE! They asked us not to come back... Dont worry we wouldnt dream of it!

They are always great! No waiting and super friendly as well as helpful.
