I first had contact with this company in late 2019 when they presented a program at my apartment complex. It is an independent living for 55+ active seniors. I knew after 35 years working in paint stores and listening to paint shakers that I had problems. David gave me a hearing test at their office, and fitted me with hearing aids. I had a couple of issues that they quickly and efficiently fixed, no cost. Bought reasonably priced batteries from Jess on this visit. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and above all, know what they are doing. I recommend them.

Connect Hearing is the second place I have gone since my hearing aid wearing has begun and the difference is night and day. CH has state of the art, clean as a whistle facilities and the staff are excellent. Not just the counter staff and reception, the individuals responsible for testing, fitting and caring for these very expensive and fragile devices are wonderful. Go to Connect Hearing. I say GO TO CONNECT HEARING!!! Thats a hearing aid joke.

I was in and out not even an hour. The staff was so nice and professional, made me felt welcome. The place was so CLEAN! Im due back in 2 weeks to pick up my earmold.

In the middle of a crisis with a hearing aid- I tried solutions that cost me a great deal before I finally got to Connect Hearing today. I spent $140 at a minuteclinic with no success, when I should’ve come here first. This morning in less than five minutes and for absolutely zero dollars the problem was solved. I’m so grateful that these people care so much!

Without a doubt the best place I have ever been for my hearing aids. I have seen both David and Tyler and they are knowledgeable, and always quick to identify and fix my issues. In the past the employees knew sign language and were very fast with cleanings and any issues.Current employees do not know sign language and are very slow to understand and very slow to act on requests.

After going to numerous audiologist, I finally found Tyler Milrany with Connect Hearing and now I can hear as if I have no hearing loss at all. Dr. Milrany is extremely competent because he will sit down with you and listen to your concerns about your hearing loss. Dr. Milrany will continue to make any and all adjustments no matter how many times it takes until you are confident that your hearing is perfect. No audiologist has ever made that time commitment to me; his quality and integrity as an audiologist and, more fundamentally, as a person shines through.Brenda at the front desk is highly efficient with keeping up with the flow of patients, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. When you call Brenda for an appointments you can HEAR her smile.I highly recommend Dr. Milrany and his team, thank you for taking care of me.
