WAYYYY too expensive to have property destroyed by rats and no there was nothing stored in my unit to invite them to a picnic of my clothing and furniture. Price goes up out of no where and locks changed without warning so many times I couldnt keep count. Property looks clean and well kept but units not ! Customer service plays their role well although the second month of renting the unit my card was ran without my permission even though an alternate was on file for recurrent payments and issue was never resolved. Rented here for wayyyy too long I guess rodents destroying my property was the sign I needed after I had to throw out almost all of my belongings.

My experience at extra space storage was excellent I have no complaints whatsoever the gentleman answered all of my questions he took us for a walk showed us the different spaces explain to us how the discount worked you couldnt have asked for a better associate and he was well groomed very nice respectful I just couldnt I couldnt rave enough about him about my experience there.

Extra Space Storage is by far the best storage facility I have seen. You can drive a big truck through there with no problems pulling a trailer. Very nice management personnel... But the rates keep going up and up.

I was able to take care of everything over the phone. Staff was very helpful. I was given good instructions and had no problems with entering into the gate and into my unit.

Recently leased 2 units, everyone has been so helpful. I want to particularly recognize Asia from my most recent visit. This young lady has great customer service.

We love this Extra Space Storage! We first used it 3 years ago to store 40 years of household belongings as we settled in our new home in Ft. Worth. It’s a beautiful and well managed self storage facility. It’s very “user friendly” & renting is hassle free. Best of all, we have never worry about how safe our things will be! Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

We have been so impressed with Extra Space Storage in White Settlement! They have been a HUGE HELP during a difficult situation after our house flooded during the Texas freeze. Stef was always on top of things, readily available and went above and beyond to help us get enough storage to empty our entire house in less than 2 weeks! She was kind, even listened when I rambled about the stress of it all, and made sure to find a way - computer system went down - no problem! She kept in touch with the option to sign a paper contract so we could move forward that same day, and let us know when the computers were back up! Needed to switch units? No problem! She was truly a bright light and one of the only people that made this difficult situation EASY for us and we are truly grateful for her kindness and dedication to her job!

Recently rented storage space at the Alta Mere Dr. location in Fort Worth. I was helped by Stephanie who made the process quick and easy. Great customer service! This is a convenient, easily accessible location right across from Home Depot. Handy if you need boxes for packing.

The employees and location for Extra Space Storage on White Settlement road are fantastic!! I moved to Ft Worth from TN so was contacting places by phone. Moving during a pandemic had it’s own issues. I was running into problems when I explained that my furniture might arrive in Tx before me and that I wanted my sister to be able to meet and deal w movers if I had not yet arrived. Other places would not work with me on that but Extra Space Storage was willing to work it out. What a relief! The people were great: helpful and cheerful with every interaction. The location has easy access to the highway and is clean and safe. I highly recommend this location!

Lady was professional, kind, and quickly took care of me. I was literally in a unit in less than 20 minutes.

I love to go to the auctions they have and snag some good units. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ill be glad when tax season is over and the novice storage unit buyers give up. Be careful not to bid more than you can afford to lose. Not sure about actually storing stuff there as I dont subscribe to the notion of paying to store my stuff. =)

Out side storage looks good but inside of unit every time I open my unit there ir more and more rat Poop, destroyed boxea and blankets

Reserving a spot online was very convenient. Virginia called the next morning to confirm everything and I was able to complete the rest in the store around lunch. The facilities looked great. I was worried about walking a long way with the climate controlled units, but ours was right beside a door. Being able to access the unit until 10 pm is so much better than All Storages 6 pm limit. Virginia was able to find a better deal that suited my needs better. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

I reserved the space online, within about 5 minutes Stepfani called and we completed the paperwork over the phone. She then placed my lock and the welcome package in the unit (she even cut the package so I could get the lock out thankfully). She them sent me a welcome text with directions and instruction on how to enter the facility. She was very friendly and professional and asked that if we need anything to let her know.

Jhonnie has been so helpful in all my interactions with her. The customer service at the White Settlement road location is the main reason our business chose Extra Space Storage. We actually drive over from west Fort Worth, passing several other facilities, because of our experience here!

Ive always used Extra Space Storage in the past especially with military moves. This is because of the excellent customer service in the past and the support for are military crazy life. However this location has come under new management in which the salesperson is very pushy, interruptive and doesnt listen to the customer. They did not want to help me with my needs I felt, so I do not use them anymore. That is until new management has arrived which shouldnt be long because of the high turnover.

Michelle was awesome. She went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs. You guys are always there for me when Im in a crunch. Thanks again.
