Do Not Trust getting your medicine from this pharmacy. The pharmacist told me my medication was not covered by my insurance. I spent 2 hours on the phone with my insurance getting to the right person and the medication IS covered! In addition to that the pharmacist could not understand a simple question and kept telling me to talk to the manager. Been waiting almost 4 weeks for this medication, luckily its not a critical medication, like a heart medication. But I certainly dont want to trust that pharmacist now with giving me the proper medications. She could kill someone!!!

Even though I have never had a bad experience at the Fortuna Walgreens, last week Ralph in the photo department went way above and beyond to help me get through my lack of technological skills!Really do appreciate this store

Always have what I need

Pharmacy isn’t helpful for covid testing. I was trying to see whether my family and I were sick, and they didn’t even help. Takes days to schedule an appointment, waste of my time on the phone.

What a garbage place to go. They are so lazy.

I love Walgreens Pharmacy. The app makes things easier to keep track of for my whole family. The staff here has been great to work with to help keep track of things. The Photo Center has a decent turn over for prints uploaded in-store and via the app. The staff has been professional and patient with the wide range of clientele in the area.

The wait times can be a pain, though I think thats common for any pharmacy. I have been with Walgreens in Fortuna for almost 7 years and am very pleased with the service weve received. The staff have been polite, professional and are patient when working with my family and our medical needs.

This pharmacy is the worst ever they dont know what they are doing. They did not give us all the meds the Dr called in argued with us and said that all of them and it was not so now my dad it paralyzed from the waste down because of it.. I will never use this pharmacy!!!

Pretty clean store with very helpful staff, however it is one of the most overworked pharmacy departments I have seen, usually deeply behind on filling orders... have switched to Greens on Main for filling RXs in much smaller time!

Its pretty sad. They dont give you all the information or correct information requiring you to come back multiple times. It is frustrating to say the least because each time you have wasted time and gas and had to stand in line for 30 minutes. I was there one day waiting. They were very busy. About half the people that went to the window left with no prescription because of an issue. They forget that handling a customer once is much more effiient than handling them 3 times on one issue, which has happened more than once to me. The last thing that happened was they told me the insurance would pay on Thursday but it really was Friday. So I had to go to pharmacy 3 times to get this prescription complete. You have to call just to make sure they are ready before you go in and this is a work load on you and them. Its frustrating. I am sure we will be switching to Greens sometime this year.

The pharmacy sucks doesnt do what they are supposed to do for thier customers. Ive been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for my prescription to be filled and they havent even sent off the paperwork. Id suggest anyone that need prescriptions to go to either rite aid or greens pharmacy in fortuna.

Walgreens might take some time but the staff is very nice and professional.

I called the day before to see if my insurance covered my prescription, and he said yes. But It took them 4 times to get my prescription right. They wouldnt follow the instructions from the doctor, And I wasted 4 hours in Fortuna.... Needless to say I will not go back there.

I took my friend there today, to get her prescription filled. We drove up and Kate, who works in the pharmacy told my friend that there was nothing there for her. She had another fefrie drop the prescription off earlier for her. So I drove her to Rite Aid, she got out and went in and they had nothing. My friend has poison oak all over her body and us in alot of pain. We came back to her house and by this time she is pissed off at the person who was supposed to drop off the prescription. As it turns out, the prescription was dropped off. We went back and Kate had a different story this time. Told us that it was there but it wasnt ready, I said that isnt what you said the first time and she started to argue with me.Kate next time, just admit you screwed up and avoid a bad review for you and the store. And dont argue with the customer, or get defensive when they ask for your name, tip, give them the name dont ask the customer, why they want it or need it. It took two trips to get the prescription and one trip to a different store because Kate didnt want ti do her job. Thanks a lot.

Constantly forgetting meds. Say they have notified dr. but when I call dr. they have no record of their fax. I tell dr and they respond that day and I get my meds right away.

Was told 15 minutes 4 times and still not ready. Asked for Rx back to take to another pharmacy.

Every time I go in they never have my prescription ready even though I call it in and they tell me theyre gonna have it ready by a certain time is never done today I drove an hour up to for to night to get mine and they dont even have it in the store great now I get to drive another hour tomorrow thanks Walgreens

Walgreens sucks with meds.they want you to call drs office for refills.

New pharmacy tech today, new to me. Very rude and loud early 20 something. Insisting cant fill meds until the 26 which is 31 days. Said you are too early and you cant leave the prescription this early we cant be held responsible if its lost!!
