Very disappointed. They said they could do the job,then said they didnt know what to do,then said they would get it done. Two days of bringing my car to them. Finding rides home. Just a new deck in a BMW..seems simple, other places said they could do the installation. I think the installer didnt want to do the work from the beginning. I think the owner is nice,but I wont be back

I purchased the new satellite internet system from Starlink. All the hardware shows up in a large box with the win win comment plug and play... So after a week of trying to plan how I was going DYI this project, I gave up and started to look for a professional help. Thank god, I found Fortuna Audio Concepts! The installer came over checked out the new system, scheduled the installation. The day of the install I received a call asking if I okay with the installer showing up early to do the install.(now how often does that happen) Then install was done before the time of the original appointment. Done very professionally, clean and painless! So if youre looking into the Starlink system, I would highly recommend Fortuna Audio Concepts for the installation.

Fortuna audio is my go to for car stereo now. They installed a new head unit with a Mic in my Tacoma and a sub. It is amazing!!!! Sounds awesome and it even has the Bluetooth mic now for talking on the phone. They do great work, all the wires are tucked away and gone and it is perfectly installed. Its is a family run business and they seem like a really nice family.

This is not just loud noise, this is crisp,clean,solid driven music with quality products.I trust in everything that they have installed and it sounds wonderful. Kurt and the gang do all my audio and electronics work just had a 3k watt power inverter installed in my 2016 Peterbuilt, as usual Kurt did a great job, excellent workmanship, High quality materials. I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else!
