The lady was nice and answered all of my questions to the best of her ability. Her dog was friendly and cute. The price for the battery replacement on my iPhone XR was reasonable wish I didn’t have to pay for a new screen protector when they messed it up during the battery replacement.

Great service! Very positive experience!I walked in with a broken screen on my outdated phone. They didnt have the parts at the Fortuna location, but did at Eureka. I went to Eureka, and hour or so later i had a working phone! They explained everything, and took extra time to answer all of my questions. On top of everything, they also had positive attitudes! I would definitely recommend them.

I am so impressed with this repair shop! In the daycare business my phone is absolutely essential. Recently I had my screen black out on my galaxy S5 and I needed it fixed ASAP! I called them frantic to get the repairs done and not knowing how long that it would take. They got it done by my next business day!!!! Every time I deal with this company I am impressed with how knowledgeable and capable they are.In the past I remember when I went to them desperate to get my phone fixed and ready to spend whatever it would take and they have told me how to fix the problem myself without having to spend a DIME! I wish every business here in Humboldt had this kind of integrity. They are my personal go to for phone and tablet repairs and I always recommend them when I know someone who needs repairs done. This is a very reliable and trustworthy business!

This is the second time we have used Advance Cellular. The first was to replace the broken face of my husbands iphone and the second was last week to get a new battery in my iPhone. I called and Paula had one in stock I dropped it off and it they replaced the battery and checked to make sure it was working properly while I went to Eureka to do errands.They are kind, porgfesional, very fair prices and honor their work.It was a treat working with them and I would recommend them highly.
