I really appreciate their help and good attitude on the job, which means I will be back to the US Cellular in Fortuna, CA. Nicole has proved reliable and Curtis rates a business card :)

Honestly completely misleading I told her what I needed my phone to do when she said it would do that without a problem all that had his problems I complained multiple times the 1st month I have the phone and she just cat brushing it off like it was nothing Then when I finally got fed up in one of the new phone and already been over the 30 days of The factory warranty so I had to pay for them to take it back in to fix a problem that already had a kept overheating in the phone case which was not my fault it waz the makers fault now I have a crack screen and I know there gonna be completely useless when I go and tell them that I want It fix with insurance I have if your phone has problems make them take it back otherwise locate pushing you off and acting like nothing wrong until they cant take it back they were nothing but useless the entire

I am a senior citizen and very upset. The young man at the entrance to the store intentionally lied to me about asking for my social security number to run a “soft inquiry.” I was reluctant to provide my number given all the identity theft issues that seniors now face, but he assured me not to be concerned. Don’t fall for this scam! Received a notification this morning that it is a hard inquiry and will remain on my record until 7/22! Why lie?? Will he sell my number on the dark web? To intentionally lie to a senior, or any customer to make a sale is unforgivable. Either poor training or just a dishonest, commission-greedy scam artist. Will share this negative experience with with my friends, family and business contacts until 7/22.

I would highly recommend going to the Fortuna US cellular and asking for Nichole Page she was Extremely knowledgeable about all of the phones in the store and answered all the technical questions that were asked and help transfer three phone lines from Verizon and started three new phones and phone lines with US cellular and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I’m very happy with my new service.

I went to U.S Cellular in Fortuna after being really frustrated about just changing my plan and not being able to get data on my phone.Nicole and Curtis were so helpful and figured out the problem. Definitely will be coming in for my upgrade to this location.

Switched from metro pcs. They told me my old number would transfer over. They over charged me 100 dollars. I have them the receipt showing they over charged me. They now want me to go to my bank and show the my personal information as well as now metro and re open my account so I can tranfe my number which was active when I opened my account. The girl behind the counter said I am not even going to try to fix it because it was confusing. Then began talking about some party in arcara. I hope you fire both of these kids and I want to talk with some sort of district manager and get my money back. Us cellular in fortuna is a joke
