Honestly horrible service. Snarky girls who mess up my drink almost everytime. There’s no diversity, it’s your average ran down coffee shop who cares about hiring pretty girls rather than competent workers. I’d rather not get sneered at for requesting a properly prepared drink that I am paying for. Take your service elsewhere, plenty of good coffee shops locally.

Even though they were very busy in the drive-thru. We walked inside and still received out order promptly and without rushed order taking.

None of the staff were wearing masks properly and one of them wasnt wearing one at all. If you want good coffee go literally anywhere else in Fortuna.

Quick and amazing service! Drinks are never too sweet or too bitter and the fact that all of the coffee and espresso is local and organic... you will never leave here unhappy! The staff is also something. They are so kind and attentive to your orders and how quickly and efficiently they get them out to customers!

They make a Acai, Bluebery and Mango bowl that is delicious!I had banana added.

Best coffee in town, very neat and clean place, drive through seems very quick. Service is friendly and swift. Im usually not here early in the day, so cant say how bad morning rush is. Wintertime is great because the fireplace is super cozy. Small parking lot here and the location isnt difficult to find. Lighting and decor is nice and chill and menu is pretty extensive with some decent breakfast and snack options

Stopped by here a couple times when heading through town, hoping each time for a basic latte. You will probably be okay if you drink tea or want your coffee not to taste like coffee. For me the espresso is simply unpalatable, acrid and over extracted. I visited the second time hoping the first time wasa fluke, but if anything it was worse. I wont be coming back again for coffee. My companions report their chai and tea drinks were decent.

We were losing faith that wed find a good coffee house on our drive through this little coastal town. A short drive off highway 101,I had just turned to my wife and said, I dont think this is a coffee line of town. Then we found this jewel and that attitude changed quickly. The m my wife ordered food and we both ordered coffee. Both were very good.The ambiance was also great. Very comfortable and inviting. Would definitely return!

The chorizo and bacon burrito were amazing! Were from Phoenix AZ and I know my Chorizo! Its on the spicy side but was amazing! And their Acai was amazing too! The drinks! Out of this world.

The coffee and hot drinks are always delicious, I just wish that they would carry gluten free and dairy free options for breakfast sandwiches and bagels. Considering the area that they are in, it would just make sense. While I was able to get something to eat here, my friend was not.

You know I need to be honest or nothing will change... this place is SLOW. doesnt matter what time of day. And the coffee is always on the cold side. I would rather shop local than give money to a corporation that is trying to buy an election. But the game has to be stepped up.

The girls are so great, theyre so friendly and always give me a good surprise coffee drink (my usual), especially Kas and Bridgett.Both espresso and cold brew has a great flavor thats not just a ton of sugar, it actually tastes good. Plus, Thirsty Thursdays you get free extra shots :DFood items are great too, which I believe are homemade to a certain point, personally I get the salmon and cream cheese bagel, sooo good.Anyways, fortuna classic, great atmosphere drinks and food, would recommend to everyone. ;)

Friendly service. Went through the drive thru. The young man was having a tough time taking our order. Coffees were delicious. Still not quite getting all the powder mixed in when ordering an iced mocha...was delicious though.

Love this place. Not only do they have great coffee, they are the fastest drive thru. Update…I wrote this review three years ago and still stand by it. I always get great service from everyone who works there, even at their busiest times. I like that I can order on the app or call my order in and it’s ready when I get there. Watching the girls work together when they get busy is amazing, they work hard to get your order to you as fast as they can, without compromising the quality of your drink or food.

Some find it hard to get a Mexican mocha right. With shots Ive never had a issue with it. I like blended its hard to get cinnamon to act right in ice. Im always happy with shots attempt.

I love the Mexican mocha with Ibarra chocolate! Its a nice quiet place to hang out but Im usually headed to work when I stop by and I will often use their drive thru. Theyve recently added biscuits and gravy. Theyre not made from scratch but at $3.50 Im not complaining!

Love this picture place. Place is clean, employees are friendly, music always on point and sets a versatile lively tone. A commendable go to spot for peace, a quick bite, and time enjoyment.

I go here everyday and its soooo good! I suggest coming here when you want something fresh because everything here tastes so good and is fresh. The lines arent that long unless is morning and because they make everything when you order it it takes awhile but its totally worth it!

This place deserves less than one star. Pulled up and asked about the special that was on the board and another drink on the menu. The girl looked completely lost. She had no idea what the board said. So she asked her coworker who again had no clue but played it of that she did. So first question was if it had coffee. To which she was like yea!. Pulled up to a bright green coffee free drink then at that point asked to just have a refund. Even that confused the poor girl working who was like what do you mean she already paid... First rule of having a coffee shop make sure you have competent enough employees to at least know the menu

Shotz is always good. Coffee how you like it, cute decor, good drive thru, yummy bagels. My only complaint is that they run out of pastries quickly. Guess I should get there sooner! 🙄

Tried it out while passing through, Good Mexican mocha. thought it was weird they didnt have outlets available for a recharge.. that would have been nice. Other than that SUPER nice and clean! :)

A gem. I stopped in here briefly for a cup of (good) coffee. Very polite staff and seemingly family owned. They also have almond milk available. Definitely has a leg up on the starbucks in town.

Much nicer than the drive through I thought it was. Plenty of space inside, nicely furnished, friendly staff. Ill be back for sure!

The wait time is far from ideal being as everyone in line weeks to order only whatever takes the longest but the quality is always great when Im here.

My absolute favorite little coffee shop in Humboldt!! Best coffee ever!! Baristas are the best and always remember exactly what I want right when I get there. Love this place and would highly recommend.

Poor customer service (took four baristas a few minutes to even acknowledge my existence), radio music was WAY too loud, and theres no place to charge a laptop or phone. In fact, one of the only outlets in the shop is blocked by a NO CHARGING warning. Youre absolutely better off going to Starbucks if youre looking for a place to sit down.

These catz are the coolest place to get your hottest coffees. Ive never had a bad experience, and usually leave in a better mood after talking with the baristas, who are always friendly. They will treat you almost like family, if you happen to become one of their regulars, yet still maintain a professional demeanor. The owner has some strict rules (no free in-house brew refills, no charging outlets, etc.), but I know shes just trying to make a buck in a difficult economy. Shell learn that the attraction of convenience outweighs the cost of offering it, or shell just stagnate and never grow. Either way works for me, because if Shotz never changed, it would still be favorite place to get an everyday boost in both my alertness and my attitude.Kudos to those that work there: anyone can be trained to make a coffee, but it takes a smile to get mine right, and youve never failed to throw one into the mix. :) Thanks.

If you want a 100% guarantee to be late to work, go to Shotz. NO matter how many cars are in line it takes them several minutes EVERY transaction it is ridiculous. I even called in my order once 15 minutes in advance, ran in to get it and they helped like four cars in the drive thru before me. I watched as the staff was moseying around like zombies as several cars waited patiently in line. Then I watched as my bagel just sat there done before someone got around to getting it to me. Today I was in line for 9 minutes and didnt move one car length so I left. The staff is not overly friendly at all and never outgoing like most coffee shop staff. Most disappointing coffee shop in town.

Thee RUDEST girls work at shotz. Attitude all the way around and when you ask for something else or to fix what they messed up even more tude is added. I remember back in high school when this place was good now I dread pulling up to that window and having to deal with these incompetent workers.

Had the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was good and a nice size. The Chai was great. A little on the sweet side and not too milky.

They only make so many burritos. If you want one, go early.
