I normally wouldnt give Starbucks a full five, but this Starbucks has staff that make it so. Working the day before, and Halloween, they are one of the happiest, most customer service focused, and efficient teams Ive seen. They are always courteous, help me with anything Ive needed despite using up a lot of table time, its been slow though, and always seem to be busy cleaning or improving the store. Starbucks doesnt get the five stars necessarily, but this crew definitely does. Keep up the great work! Especially the warm gentleman who seemed to be taking the lead.

To be so early in the morning you figure they have more of an attitude but they never do...normally ladies when I get to order off my phone and theyre great many a times like pay with my card or using the app I dont have cash or forget to bring cash so I try to tip them... But Ill come back another time and remember and give them a nice tip

Older motel, clean, friendly and accommodating staff. If in the area I would stay there again.

I did a mobile order and picked up in the driveway. When I got to the speaker they recognized my order and had me pull up. I was greeted with a smile and given my coffee. Cant complain about any of that. 😊

My family goes to Starbucks every single morning. Every. Single. Morning. We travel for work and are in a new town and new state any given day. This is by far the WORST tasting Starbucks drinks (5 drinks total: mocha frapp - tastes like water, strawberry lemonade - they forgot the strawberry, 2 Carmel crunches - also taste like water). Staff was kidding around which seemed lighthearted but now that our $30 worth of drinks suck im not too happy about the attention not being on making good quality Starbucks. We were excited now we’re disappointed and on to the next town with hopefully better results.

Always a quick fix for some coffee and a bite to go, staff is friendly, drive-thru can get a little crazy at times however.

Great environment when the right people are around. Friendly workers that tend to get the drinks correct practically every time. Cool little shopping area.

Employees there are always super nice

Really inconvenient they keep closing the lobby. Multiple days in a row. Put a notice in your drive thru or something. Be professional. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Drinks and treats were delicious! A perfect spot to study inside or outside! Staff was super nice and helpful! One thing though, it is not that big of a deal, they spelled my name wrong. Common mistake but I feel they should ask if Sarah is spelled with or without the h. Like I said not that big of a deal. Anyways, hope this helped and have a nice day!

Ordered a caramel macchiato with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle on top. Received what tasted like a plain latte. No caramel flavoring, no whipped cream. No extra drizzle on top. Very disappointing when you are traveling and it’s the first Starbucks you’ve come across.

Ive always enjoyed the ambience of this Starbucks. Theres a lot of coming and going folks - many local, some from faraway, considering the big sign on the freeway.Theres a large outside patio, covered, and surrounded with a wall. Its pretty kewl. The accommodations within are more ample than most.Friendly, competent staff and quick service, but its only open till 9pm... Really? Im gonna give em five stars anyway. ⭐✨⭐

I came here for apple cider which was good and to use the wifi to download a movie before I went camping. A homeless guy sitting out front sitting on the ground asked me to buy him a coffee. So i got him one and I even got him a hot sandwhich. But if he asks again, Im saying no. He made me feel like my bank account was his entitlement and I didnt like that.

I love the team at the Myrtle Sbux. Theyre so friendly. My drinks always made perfectly.

Awful music thats way too loud, coffee tastes like cigarettes. Baristas hit and miss. Expensive. Fast wifi.

OK inside. Usually a bit chaotic though. The patio could be better. Always cold. Could use plexi glass in the openings. But would need to be cleaned up. Old papers etc on the ground the tables and chairs are all shoved up against the walls. Not very inviting. And never any dark roast drip!

We’ve come here three times now as we’ve traveled from San Francisco to Eureka, and every time they have made our drinks incorrectly. And this last time my husband’s double shot tasted like lotion. We have called SB headquarters to let them know, and We will not go to this location in the future but will go to the one in Eureka instead.

Its a convenient location, the typical menu and drive thru. The staff isnt as friendly as experienced with other local coffee spots, but when I need a shot (or five) I stop here.

One of the gentleman wouldn warm my lemon pound cake up after asking several times, he did state the icing would no longer be on tge cake (though already aware) I informed him I was aware and it usually happens when I have it warmed, yet he continued to refuse to warm it Customer Service

Staff was incompetent. Took 35 minutes to get to the drive thru window, then they gave me a drink that was not even close to what I ordered. The inept staff member at the window continued to wipe her running nose before serving me incorrect item after incorrect item. I managed to eventually sit and wait out and receive a drink that was made wrong. Being pissed off for waiting 49 minutes total, I left. Completely astonished by this as I give this company too much money weekly.

Generally tastes like every Starbucks, which is a good thing. Service can be a bit slow depending on the time of day, but staff are always friendly.
