Its better there after a seeming customer service reassessment lately. The checker who stood out for her sheer rudeness was Mickela, possibly the nastiest cashier I have ever encountered!

I love this store! Because of the savings I always make Grocery Outlet my first stop and I love discovering all the different new products that come in from week to week.

We couldnt get through the aisles to shop because the two registers they had opened were full of MANY customers holding their place in line. We ended up leaving after the frustration.

I love this store. Theres wonderful things to try at a reasonable price. The food is always fresh and the customer service is above and beyond.

Great deals & prices on what they have in stock. Never know for sure what theyll have but know youll get a good price and therefore value for your dollar.

Nice store unusual merchandise. NOSH ((gmo-organic foods) very well stocked and faced easy to browse. Produce has a great selection. The whole store is really nice. Give it a try! Im sure youll go back. Im glad we have it hear in Fortuna.

Rude unpleasant employees. When a Company allows its employees to be Rude to the Customers its a sign of a failing Company. I have video evidence of the interaction. I recorded the phone conversation with the alleged owner who Hung up on me. They dont value everyday Customers. Making Customers feel unwelcome is very Sad. Calling the Corporate office.she said good people are hard to Find 😂 Costco worker handed me her phone and told me her password when I asked to use it because my son locked the keys in the car. Thats a good Employee not a rude unpleasant employee upset because I went behind the trolley to purchase seafood Wich is the most expensive section in the store. Poor pathetic Customer service.

I always go there and I had no problem so far, but today I was involved in some sort of misunderstanding buying beer.. and the manager was fine and whatever, but the bagger next to my cashier got really into it and yelled “if u don’t like it go somewhere else” very rude, I don’t think I will be coming back..

My daughter and I are visiting from the Bay Area and Grocery Outlet was a great place to get our lunch and snacks thank you Checker at grocery outlet for being so awesome

My problem with the store is some not all the employees are rude and seem to hate their job. I stopped going for awhile, and came back and had another rude checker her name is Michaela I believe, yep she hates her job!!!

I had a not great experience at Grocery Outlet, I think it’s a manager. Her names DD she’s always in a bad mood, never smiling. Also always has a dirty look on her face. Not something I want to see when I come into a grocery store.

Wasnt happy at all when something has a price on it thats the price you should get it for its not the customers fault that they wring price was put on it, in work at a big store n if a mistake is made we still honor that price we are not rude to the customer about it and I even called the manager and complained I still didnt get the plant for the price that was on it and told her about the checkered being rude to me it happened on Wednesday 9-23-21 at the fortune grocery outlet in will never shop there again

Its still a Grocery Outlet no matter what town is it in. Very busy! They do have some things that we buy for half the price e m f charges in Eureka. This is our go-to buy it cheap store.

Clean but not sanitizing carts. Hand sanitizer on way into store empty. Too little room near registers and causes cart jam ups.

Oh yeah! I love this little store. The pricing is fantastic! They have a really decent organic section. And you can find some really fun quirky items.The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I drive 90 miles round trip to shop here weekly.

Lines too long no bathroom and by the time I got to pay I tried to tell the cashier to hurry I need to go to the bathroom and she slowed down to explain to me that there bathroom was close I asked her to hurry that I needed to go so she stop helping me and wiped down her check stand I call the manger and she told me it was my fault I will never go there again I would return everything I had just got but there was a no returning sign up what ever happen to costumer service and open your bathrooms that is dumb plople still have to use the restroom and cant just wait Plus its required by California state law that you have a restroom

An excellent outlet in an excellent grocery chain !I live on the central coast where Ive been to five other Grocery Outlet stores. When I found myself 300 miles north it was nice to find such a familiar store so far away from home. The Grocery Outlet brand is well managed and consistent, much like the Trader Joes chain. They are different but they share some things in common. The employees appear happy, are smart, cheerful, customer oriented, and motivated. The stores offer a good value and variety, and consistently go with what works best with other stores staying current with the trends. Its a pleasure and a bit of a treasure hunt at Grocery Outlets and this Fortuna Store is particularly well managed and staffed gem. It was a real pleasure to shop there and stock up at the hotel!

This store is like a treasure trove of things.... Its like a game too, like will they have the same thing I loved getting last time or is it gone.... Or will the same deal be going on or did I blow it by not getting more last time. You just know what your going to get but the deal will be good!

I like Grocery Outlet stores in general, but this one is quite good. Ive seen several items here cheaper than in the Eureka location, and despite appearing to have less square footage, the selection of items is still very good.

Grocery store but smaller. Will have most essentials you need at good prices but, not like Safeway down the street. Nice looking fruit and vegetables but huge bags, cant eat that much say in a week. Great place if you got kids/family or several mouths to feed. Also had a really nice porch swing for sale.

Best prices in town! I can usually get almost everything that is on my list and I normally save more than what I spend. They also have the most helpful and nicest customer service. I need some special assistance with my bags due to a spinal injury and They and are always very happy to assist me with my needs ‼️ Since G Os opening, I have been to the big grocery store up the hill only once! And that was because I was looking for something very specific.

They always have better prices on certain items that I go there instead of the bigger stores. The clerks are always helpful and always have a smile on their faces. I enjoy shopping there.

By far the best grocery outlet in the area. Nice selection of food, fresh produce lasts longer too. I used to go to the eureka store and winco, but visit fortuna in a one stop shop.

I love this grocery store. Lots of savings and sales on already marked down prices. They have a wonderful produce section, freezer selections, good beer and wine prices and a large supply of vitamins and beauty items. Employees are helpful and kind and stay very busy with lots of checkers. I spent $80.00 FILLING my 5 EXTRA LARGE RECYCLED tote bags full of groceries today and saved $62.00 besides that. Better yret, they are now opening an hour earlier and closing an hour later.You should definitely check it out for yourself.

This grocery store rocks! Many, many high-end products sold for so much less. All the staff is very friendly and they work really hard to keep the shelves fully stocked. The prices are way unbeatable! You will save about 40% average on your over all bill in comparison to other grocery stores.

Easy in....easy out. Affordable, as well. Much more so than Safeway next door. I spent $54.00 and actually walked out with more than one bag.... Like Safeway (uddd).

I was so excited when I went there thought I was going to get $12 off of my turkey if I spent $30 well theyre not going to honor that because they say they only have fresh turkeys so I guess that means you can only buy old turkeys with $12 off very bad experience going to cut back on spending money there

Today not so good. The store is clean, isles are wide but service failed. Not sure of the story but lines were not lint ling but not moving. Several people ditched their carts in the middle of the store with grocsrys still in them (rude). I chose to put mine back, inform staff what was happening and leave

I like having Grocery Outlet for another shopping option. Theyre generally cheaper than Safeway, which is nice. The only challenge is finding what youre looking for! Most of the time, I end up having to go to Safeway because Grocery Outlet doesnt have what Im supposed to get. Thankfully, on this particular trip they did!

Im always in this store but today was super disappointed. There was about 7 employees walking around the store doing stuff and theres a line clear from the checkout to the middle of frozen foods. Finally another cashier shows up but will only take one person at a time incase someone needs her for something. Okay why is the manager the back up cashier. Then she tells me that until about 930 there is only one cashier. Okay so on a weekend when most people are off and trying to get stuff done 1 cashier. Maybe less employees won the floor and more cashiers.
