No masks. No hand sanitizer. Obviously doesnt care about customers just your money. Seems pretty simple to wear a mask, already businesses have a no shirt,no shoes policy. Going to Eureka Stihl dealer, they care.

Brought 3 different things here. Confronted owner about problems on each one. He was awful. Today i found out from a different shop that my engine burned up, on my chain saw . From them not installed the air filter correctly. Once again they would not listen to my complaint. Owner was rude, told me to find an other shop. I will never go there again.

I looked at a gun. I asked Jannet the owner if she could hold it for me for two hours. She said yes. I called thirty minutes later and told her I wanted it for sure. An hour later she sold it and told me sorry theres nothing she can do. I did everything right and I got screwed. Horrible business. I will never go back there again.

They are helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgable about everything they sell. Their service department does good work. The gun section is nice and they usually have some interesting used guns. Go in and check out all the game animals as well as the taxidermy mountain lion it might be the only one on public display in california and see how big they really are!

Dont want to honor their warranty always try to look for a way to not warranty any Stihl product. very lazy employees. if you buy Stihl products at different retailers they wont touch it under warranty. Very poor customer service and no customer support. Stihl love Stihl though :)

Respectful and honest all around good awesome place

They seem to care more about drinking coffee and chatting with their buddies than helping customers. I stood there ready to buy a chainsaw, tried to get one of the sales peoples attention, but was completely ignored.
