Came in for an alignment because my car was driving funny. I had 2 nails in one tire. I wanted to patch it to save money but he told me the pros and cons, showed me the tire life. I had 10% or so left so I got new tires and alignment. I’m glad they showed me what was wrong and gave me options, not just trying to up-sell me. Your honesty, earned my business. - Rich.

This place is very unprofessional with customers. Sales representative that worked on 11/21/20 @ 1400 was very rude on the phone and constantly try to talk over me for when try to explain. I get better customer service and respect going to Santa Ana small business tire repair shop than dealing with a high name brand business like American tires Bay. Hopefully they can take a course of good communication and good customer service! Good luck on customers returning back. BE KIND, RESPECTFUL and Listen! I will not recommend this operations when asked.

This guy named Amila Brock my tyre sensor and a week later when went there to report this, he said just drive for a week or so then the error message will disappear 🙄....A few weeks later I went back then he scream at me and said that if u cannot understand what Im saying so u r Dunky,,,, I was disappointed and really upset for Very poor service and bad word im getting when I gently try to understand what he trying to till me about what might be happen to the sensor.........any way this place has very badServise.........Im not going there any more.....

Fair prices for new tires, quick work, pleasant people, able to accept me immediately, told me price over the phone and it was the same when I paid. The people were really friendly too which helps.

I luckily found this place when I was driving to fountain Valley, and I gave a shot, and this is my third time already. I love the customer service and how they have experienced people here.

Such a bad experience here today!!!I called in advance to get price estimate and approximately time for my tire change. I got here and there is no place to sit but I was like ok it will take only few minutes. There I am waiting for almost one hour and their excuse was that they only had one tire for my challenger. I asked before I came in as I wanted back tires to be changed. As I was waiting there was this strange guy that came to stand next to me and he start screaming at me and saying very rude things just because I wore mask as he got too close. There were about 5-6 workers and nobody did a thing. Very disappointed about their service and ignorance. Never coming back to this place.

Do not go unless for a tire. Had breaks put on that were loud from the moment I left the shop. This is the first time ever My breaks were changed since its a new car. Went back 4 times. Every time I went back I had to keep getting ubers cause they take so long and I have a job.. they said they couldnt find what was wrong and to take it to a dealer. I learned my lesson .. had my tire changed and that was fine but I will never again go back to them.. they use cheap material and have u go back 4 times to say the same thing every single time! Told me to get a second opinion ...

I came here out random blind chance, turned out to be of Jesus Christ Holy Spirit guided me here to help me with some safety problems i would have paid almost $800(would have taken me a month to save) to a body shop, these guys gave me a very good deal on fixing some problems from car accident. I got a very good feeling from these guys, they let me look underneath when it was raised up ask them what was damaged from car accident. They explained what i needed to do so that wheels were nice and straight and how it will be safe to drive. I was able to tell them my concerns about how the bakes were just done at my normal mechanic but they squeak all the time, i have warning lights on my dash after car accident, they explained how to make brakes not sqeak anymore and the inner tire rod was bent. He said he could change the rod and do alignment at a more than fair price, my intuition said yes lets have these nice Sri Lanka gentlemen do these things. I left there the happiest girl in the world, satisfied from them explaining what was problem they fixed it, my warning lights went off from my new Nissan Sentra sensors knew the problems were fixed. My car is safe to drive just dent on side fendor from car accident but Im so relieved as a starving college student to just spend a few hundred get a bunch of stuff fixed instead of over a thousand at auto body shop. Im going back here for absolute certainty. I really believe its Gods Holy Spirit to help me with a serious problem to get fixed in a easy less expensive way. Im so happy!

A nail in my front tire caused me to visit this location for the first time. I expected to pay a service charge to plug the hole as well as remounting the tire. To my shock, they provided free tire repair & mounting without even a whisper of upsell.. it wasnt even on their own sold tires. Very courteous and efficient reps.Best part: As they are putting my car down from the rack, the service tech noticed a nail in another tire (where the heck did I drive?). Well being at the right place at the right time, they fixed that tire in no time.Kudos to the front office staff Storm, Joseph, Luis and the service tech team. Definitely a fan of the local ATS.

This tire shop is amazing filled with good workers. Probably the best prices around OC. Plus they have really fast service.

Went there this afternoon without appointment. had all 4-tires and rims replaced on my civic. took only about an hour considering they were pretty busy. the manager was great and very helpful. gave me a very good deal on michelin tire and drag custom wheels. plus lifetime rotation and balancing. cant beat that.highly recommended.

Sad I just walked in on Labor Day at 7:30 am. Not a soul in the parking lot and I cannot be helped. I have two nails in my tire and these lazys couldnt throw my car on the rack for 10 minutes and check me out. Im not a customer service expert, but Im sure GREAT companies go out of their way to make customers and or future customers happy. No wonder this place was all over the news for scamming. WONT SEE ME AT FIRESTONE EVER AGAIN. TO YELP!

Had new tires put on, I watched as they carelessly threw and dropped bolts as they were playing around with the torque-gun. One guy walked by a car and just kicked the hubcap for no reason.My rims were completely dirty and banged up after going here. I posted the photo of the emblem that they knocked in but were too lazy to fix or tell me.If you care about your car at all, dont go here. I will probably never return.

I have been a customer of Americas Tire for years. Up until I moved to Huntington Beach I have been VERY satisfied with the company. The Corona shop is OUTSTANDING. I notice both Warner locations (HB & Fountain Valley) are in more of a sales mode than a service mode. HB shop refused to rotate my tires on car 1 because they were borderline of needing replacement (1) tire (other 3 were fine). FV shop told me the tires I was rotating at 14K miles will need replacement soon but we have some great USED tires for $65 EACH? Im not a rube. Ive purchased used tires before. Typically $35 to $40 (or LESS). Im OUT Americas Tire. You sell NEW tires that need replacement @ 14K miles and try to oversell a used tire @ $65 each? Shameful young sales guys that do NOT have the customers best interest in mind. Your company is slipping in this region. OUT.

Scam...went there to get a tire patched and they told me I needed a new tire. Tried to sell me a new one for $140 😾.I travelled to Kwik Tires in Costa Mesa and not only did they patch it, told me that I had 5k on my tires and had a better price 😎 for all four tires when I return.Thanks American Tire, for wasting my time.

This is my 3rd time going to this tire place and every time they put tires on my car they only have lasted me at the most 5 months. Theyre rude and overcharge everything. The tires they have here dont work on my Audi like they said they would. They also never honor the warranty I have and make me buy new tires completely every time which is so unfair.

Hi Reader,Im a Customer of second times bought tires with Americas Tire. The first time Id bought in Westminster city and got the service that was Rude, disrespected, Ignoranced and refused the service. When my first time bought tires their and the went out, worn out after 7 months, according to their 15,000 miles guarantee paper works. The WESTMINSTER AMERICA TIRE STORE REFUSED and lack of understanding about how the cheaps tires the offer to the customer that not works well on the road. I brought to them my car to see, store manager was VIETNAMESE GUY, made his ways to talk and refused the exchance to the new tires.This store in fountain valleys, the Service is taking by their FAVORTISM CUSTOMERS while others was waiting to get their done. Im believing that working in a business that you employee or Store manager judge the humanity Race, or just your own favor customers . I realized that was ignoranced, and some customers been serves with low standard key, disrespected. If there is ZERO STAR i will give, but they are not deserve to have 1 star, with poor service.

So Im from Fresno..I got a leak in my tire around here..everyone wanted to charge me 20 bucks to patch..I know how to patch tires somewhat so I didnt wanna pay I was ganna do it myself ..this place patch if for free..checked my tire pressure ..did a way better job packing then I ever would ..I was freakin happy
