5-year customer here. I referred my family members also. Everyone has been satisfied. My fathers laptop had a problem charging due to faulty pins. They fixed it within minutes, and the service was FREE.My Dell ultrabook had the screen went out. 2 months time passed and Dell could not fix it. I was more than willing to pay the $259 + tax + S&H, for a replacement screen. Dell said they did not have any HD+ screen available. They advised I go to my local repair shop.To Tri-Star I went, and they somehow got my laptop screen working again. I was ecstatic when I heard the news.
