I bought a printer here in January and I had problems installing the ink cartridges because the ink head wouldnt move. I went back to office Depot and the tech guy who helped me only fixed it by unplugging the printer right when the head would move from its standby position. He told me that it shouldnt happen again once it was set up and if it did that I could come back and get a replacement printer. Well today I tried replacing the ink and same problem so I went back to office Depot and told them I needed to replace my ink the tech manager helped me out and said it would be a 15 dollar fee since they had showed me how to do it before. He was not able to get it started and when I told him what the tech guy had told me when I got the printer he said that they cant replace the printer because its been past the 14 days of purchase all I could do was buy a replacement or call Epson to see if they would fix it. It makes me upset that the own tech manager wouldnt try to do the right thing for what one of his employees had done but all he said to me.

Im sorry to all who have had a bad experience here first of all. I hope that those kinds of incidents were just flukes! In other words, they happen quite rarely. As for my experience its been a good one so far. Theres an old lady cashier that likes to do small talk and therefore is a bit on the slow side but other than that, I had a good enough experience for this type of store. I was looking to replace my old desktop and was in the market for a Dell this time instead of an HP (Weve own both brands - HP and Dell in the past in our household). The tech guy who helped me out not only was kind and professional but when I came back a week later because of a problem (that I thought had to do with the computer), he showed me that it just needed an update and after that, Ive not had problems with my new computer since! And this was for free guys! I was impressed to say the least! Only con is that I live in South County and so its a bit of a drive to go here but they had the computer I wanted in stock and I was happy with the experience so thank you!

The store is usually warm inside if outside is hot. They need to check the AC otherwise the staff so far has been nice to me everytime I come in. I have been greeted by different people which is nice. This is a review to let managerial staff know that there people are friendly even though they seem over worked. Also regional manager as well. Treat your employees better. I used to work retail for many years and understand how it can get. Thanks guys!

I have been to this Office Depot multiple times before and have never received such a bad experience until today, 11/7/20.The brand that I was looking changed its packaging, so I asked the cashier if I could see the labels to make sure that they are the same type before purchasing. He started being very UNPROFESSIONAL, showing me the labels but with a lot of attitude. He slammed the labels on the counter and crossed his arms.I asked to talk with his manager and the manager asked if I wanted a refund, but no I do not want a refund. I simply want a better customer service! Being in the customer service myself for 10 plus years, Ive never been treated so unprofessional like this. This incident really left a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely will not return here.

Clean, friendly service, ample amount of selection of office supplies. Great prices now during back to school shopping. Wish they had these prices all the time. I could always find things i need here. Don’t forget to use your school code.Awesome.

Customer service was not bad but they move like snails here in the print and copy area. I came here to fax something, had to wait 30 minutes for them to get me know the fax went through in like 2 minutes. Im not going back to this location ever

Looking for inexpensive office desk and stopped too check out the selection. Found a nice glass and metal desk for a good price. Employee searched and found one in stock, brought to our car. Very good service.

Best place to get prints

I use the store for my personal office supplies. The employees go out of their way to help whatever you need. Photo copy and zerox copy? No problem. They do it for you for a very reasonable price. Also their supplies cost lesser than most suppliers around.

For all the years Ive been going here (over 10) Ive always had excellent help and attention by the staff. They are always so helpful and willing to assist me with whatever items Im looking for or services I need to get done.

I had a very good experience when I went there to purchase a shredder. The advise and help that I received was very good. My mom needed an electronic handicap carriage and she was able to get one of those fully charged. The customer service was excellent nd friendly. I would highly recommend going there if theres anything that you need that has to do with office suplies. I give this place 5 stars.

Ive received decent service here. In one case though, they did not have an Office Depot-branded item in stock that I was able to find at another location. They didnt really offer to check stock in other stores -- I had to drive there and hope for the best.

Not one store associate acknowledged my presence in the 15 minutes I was in the store. The product is reasonably well organized and displayed, but the selection was limited so I did not find exactly what I wanted, so I will make my purchase from Amazon instead.

I like this store, dtaff VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and friendly. They JUST GOT a Humongous set of GEL PENS. 120ct includes neon, glitter, swirl ink and of course..regular gel pens also...pen point is 1.0mm great for writing, drawing AND coloring (this is just a tiny bit too big, if youre doing REALLY fine lines or details- for that you need a .4 or .3mm tip - yes, they have those also....but theyre more expensive and you get fewer colors. OH...DID I tell u the price?....$29.99 for 120 different gel pens. Thats full retail

I go here a lot, its cool..no issues, although I wish they gave you more than 14 days to return your computer/laptop..still have a 1 year warranty with Dell; just would have been so much easier to return it to the place I purchased it from.. old well, I know now

The store manager Jose took all my anxiety away!! He made my life so much easier and I will always be grateful and tell people what a great experience I had and also what great customer service they give at this location!! Even though they were busy Jose kept his cool when people were asking him question after question - even I was getting irritated... but he was very kind and helpful. he did my print job that I had delayed in doing and I thought it was almost too late which in fact would have probably cost me my job. All I can say is Thank you!! He is an amazing asset to your company!!

Its an office supply center. Theyve organized their furniture and their choice of chairs, much better. Since most offices order on line, their supplies are more like displays. Several bargains.

I have now had 2 incidents at this store that made it clear that employees dont care about the customers.1. I go in to get Canon High Resolution paper and find that you carry no Canon papers. I ask the guy at the print desk, you carry Canon printers and ink, so why dont you carry any Canon papers? His response is Thats above my pay scale. Then he asks the employee behind him and he also responds Thats above my pay scale...HA HA! Really? Is there someone there that gets paid enough to know, or if you just dont know say Hmmm...that is unusual, but I dont know why the company has made that decision. Maybe you could call... and provide a number or something. Its clear that they just didnt give a damn and thought they were being hilarious.2. This is the one that happened last week. I am now at the point where I only buy printer ink there simply because you give me coupons. I get my ink and give the cashier the coupon.Him: You cant use this on this.Me: Why?Him: Its technology.Me: What does that mean? It says on the front of the coupon Select ink and toner.He then gets an arrogant attitude and says...Him: Heres it says on the back. Exclusion #9: Any HP, Epson and Samsung products.Me: I am buying Canon.Him: It wont work.Me: Canon isnt listed of course it will work.Him: Ill try it but it wont work.He scans the coupon and it applies the discount, then take a deep breath and doesnt say anything.Me: Did it take it?Him: Yes, Im VERY surprised.Tell me, WHY THE HELL IS HE SURPRISED?!?! The coupon doesnt excluded Canon and I was buying Canon. Is it that hard to understand the coupons the company you work for are providing? And WHY so much attitude about it?So, screw it. Im done with you guys. You clearly dont train employees well, or they just dont give a damn and Management is OK with it.The Staple near me, which always had good customer service, closed and I only went to Office Depot because it was close and you gave me coupons. Staples gives me coupons too, so Ill just drive 10 minutes more to take my business to them from now on. The store seems to be falling apart, and you can tell that right as you enter. Everything is beyond dated in the store. Prices are crazy high, Ive gotten things on amazon sometimes 75 percent less. The only thing that I liked was the friendly staff.No wonder why the store looks at dead as the staples down the street used to be.

The customer service in this store is great. Ive been told I can make copies cheaper elsewhere, but honestly, attentive, helpful, smiling faces are most important to me.

Went to the Office Depot in Campus Dr and the guy at the print & copy was so upset about something that refused to print my documents and yanked my pen drive without ejecting. I came to the Office Depot on Brookhurat and its 6:33 pm and I was just told that the person who knows how to print was on his lunch so I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes. Seriously?
