We just purchased our Chevy Tahoe, and Cody’s service was exceptional! I went into Ray on Monday to test drive a car I saw online. I met with Gabe Crump. He did a fantastic job of locating and getting available the car to be test drove and by the end of the night I was putting down a fee to hold the car until I could come and purchase. Over the next few days, Gabe had stayed in contact and completed as much as possible before I was able to come back in. By Friday, I was in and out within 2 hours, waiting for financing. The car was detailed and prepared perfectly. Everyone i dealt with was fantastic and so helpful! Gabe made everything smooth and painless and was the best to help me purchase my first car.

As a first time buyer at ray chevrolet I have to say it was a great experience and a big shout out to the man who helped us choose out our new Nissan Murano Tim Roberts, very helpful and made this experience fun not boring 😆 My wife loved her birthday gift glad to say happy Wife happy life😉

After buying a 2015 Chrysler 200, a few days later I noticed the brakes squeaking significantly. I made an appointment to go back so a technician could look at it. They told me to take it to the Chrysler side. When I pulled up they had no record of my appointment in the system. Then they had to call over to the Chevy side and figure out what was going on. Finally after waiting 20 minutes they told me to take it to the Chevy side because they sold me the car. After waiting an hour the technician and manager came out and told me the brakes were 100% fine and nearly new. Fast forward 6 months later. The brakes never stopped squeaking and I finally had enough and took it for a full inspection at a very reliable repair shop. After the inspection I was shown pictures of the front rotors and pads. The front rotors were completely warped and the pads were also nearly 90% worn. I drove the car a total of 3,000 miles.After calling and speaking to the manager he insisted that the rotors were most likely warped because of the driving and the same with the pads and took no responsibility for neglecting to actually have a technician take care of the issue when I brought it back the first time. Id be very cautious of buying a car from them and I would definitely have an inspected by a third party before doing so.

Worst truck buying experience period. Purchased a high dollar used truck, there was a brake issue with the safety they forwarded me before delivery. I called TJ Burke in service with the question raised on his report and got a total run around, wouldn’t provide detail (Mind you they already had my 41K in their bank) Liz their service manager again zero knowledge or help.. was told instead to speak to sales manager Ryan Borke, still looking for clarification he never answered the question honestly or with any integrity. Plead the 5th and told me he knows nothing of mechanicals on cars… What??? You’re a new car manager! Tried to get them to fix the issue but with an extreme bad taste in my mouth I finally bailed out on the truck. Then was told the full payment I wired to them couldn’t be wired back but instead sent by courier. Every aspect after dealing with my salesman Robert was a complete disaster, I don’t care if you see awards or community deeds the bottom line is if you don’t conduct yourself with integrity which they failed miserably, you don’t get my business. If you have knowledge in the auto business stay clear of Ray’s if your inexperienced looking for a trustworthy car experience you’ll have walked into the wrong dealership.

Nothing worse than being in a total loss situation and then having to find a replacement vehicle. Found a used Clean Tahoe with low miles at a fair price at Ray Chevy. Since I bought my Chevy Trax from Ray, I always brought my car to them for oil changes. Last time I was there I was told I had 3 oil leaks on a 5 year old car and that I needed to get them fixed. I left without fixing anything and watched for leaks on my driveway. I recently went to another place for an oil change since I was 3,000 miles over. They checked for leaks found nothing and I was only 1/2 quart low after 8,000 miles since my last change. I will never go back to Ray for anything since I am unable now to trust what they say

Started up with buy of a 2011 Ford Focus from this place. Our car salesman was great and helpful.(Tim) But his manager was not so great at all. He said in front of my boyfriend and I to his salesman (Tim), that he did a terrible job explaining things to us. In front of us and Tim. But we still decided to give them a second chance after we bought the car because we really liked Tim. We brought the Ford back in because we wanted something a bit newer. When we went back and the same manager walked past us 3 times didnt say a word to us. At the end Tim said he was going to get the manager so if we had questions or anything we could talk to him and just say goodbye. Well Tim came back and in the nicest way possible said that he was busy. Very unprofessional of the manager. We got a phone call this morning from a woman who asked how our experience was and she said theyd have the manager call me back. They never called back.

I can in for a oil change and a recall. They put I needed a new air filter and a cabin filter but as I paid I asked why they did not just ask me if I wanted to change it. She said they would have to make a new appointment for that so I gave up. But they did ask if I wanted to spend $1500 on new oil and trans cooling lines. I gave up. So I went and got my own air filters and as I went to change them I noticed they needed a power tool to re install the are cleaner plastic cover and stripped one screw an another the missed the hole and scréwed it in to the filter itself. Great. Good thing I checked it. I was able to make a insert on my 3D printer to repair the stripped screw hole. I was very disappointed in the quality of the simple oil change. I will have a different dealer enjoy my money for the oil and trans cooling lines.

I’ve been a Chevy customer for over 10 years. I have been to other Chevy dealerships and never had an experience this amazing. I will recommend this dealership to everyone! Ray himself, Oliver, and Hugo went out of their way to obtain my preferred vehicle (even in a Covid pandemic and GM car shortage) and made the deal seamless and haggle free. The dealership was clean, neat, and organized. I’ve been to ones where the employees are outside smoking and this one did not have that vibe at all. It actually felt refreshing. I was able to see that the other salesmen working with customers were just as kind and caring. Other Customers seemed in good spirits. The car detail crew were smiling - quick to help and washed and polished my car once the deal was made. Hugo was very detail oriented getting the last of the sticker residue off the windows and put on my tags quickly. He helped me set up Onstar and SiriusXM and offered to help go through the electronic features. Pushes for LARGE down payment and high interest rates, large ticket price on vehicle because he says its because shortages on vehicles! Strongly recommend... Move on to a better dealership...
