My friend’s windshield wipers went to pieces as we were driving and decided the safest thing was to go to the nearest AutoZone as it was raining and we couldn’t see. From the moment we walked it we received poor customer service and when asked if AutoZone could help us install them, Dave R. of store #3234, laughed and said not at night and not in the rain. When the female employee said she would help us, which we were incredibly thankful for, Dave laughed as he went to the door to look outside then laughed as he passed us and said “it’s your lucky day.” Not only was it not raining heavily, but there is an overhang. The two together had an extremely difficult time trying to figure out which windshield wipers were for my friend’s car and continued to argue as he charged my friend for the incorrect wiper, then went through an additional two before figuring out what was correct. This took much longer than it should have and the service was poor especially from Dave who to my understanding was the store manager.
I usually go to Waverly St, but I was in the Cochituate Rd area today and I will say the service provided by Javier was outstanding. He recommended and installed wipers for my car. I also got a rewards card that I was never offered in other autozones. He was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Thank you Javier. I will be back to this store because of you.
I was on my way home on a Sunday when my car decided it needed a new alternator and was running on the battery alone! I got as far as I could, but when my power steering stopped working every time I used my blinkers (yes, I still use these :) I knew I had to stop for a new battery to make it the rest of the way. I did not have my tools in tow :) so I went to Auto Zone knowing that they would put it in for me. Kingsley greeted me with a smile and together we decided what battery would be best. He replaced my old battery and gave me a core credit towards the new one and I was on my way! I just wanted to thank Kingsley for his help and to let him know I made it safely home! :)
I went to this store last night around 8:30 PM because the driver side viper blade on my CRV had broken off and I was having difficulty seeing and driving safely. The staff person was super helpful in finding and selling the viper blades but he went beyond his duty by coming out to the parking lot and changing the viper blades. Thanks so much!
Wrong parts for 3 different things. Smh, yall should rely on more than a computer screen. Either that or hire former mechanics
Wont answer the phone. Drove an hour to get part listed as in stock but they told me its at the warehouse spoke with a different AutoZone store and was told this is a problem location and in the warehouse means they dont want to find the part in back.
Friendly staff but most of them do not have much experience or knowledge with even simple requests for parts. A comprehensive course in basic automotive should be taught before starting to work here.

I called AutoZone yesterday thinking I needed power steering fluid. Al, a new employee answered pleasantly and professionally encouraging me to come in. When I arrived he was the same pleasant, professional that he was on the phone. He researched for the best fluid for the make and model of my car. I asked him to take a look under the hood to see the empty container I thought held the power steering fluid. He gladly came out, asked permission to open the hood, went directly to the power steering container, opened it and showed me that it didn’t need filling. I then realized I knew nothing about which container held what fluid. I told Al, and he quickly and patiently pointed out each for future reference. It turned out that i was low on coolant, not power steering fluid. We went back into the store, he researched the best brand for my car. I purchased it. We went back out into the winter’s cold. Al filled the coolant box to the appropriate level, and quickly reminded me of the location of all the fluid boxes. Needless to say, Al left an indelible, mark of kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer care with me.
Second time in three days been to the AutoZone in Framingham spent over $50 both times for multiple sm items was never offered a bag really needed a bag for the second visit again not offered one, asked for a box left standing at the counter.I get a lot of times you don’t need a bag because you get one or two items but both times I’m juggling stuff out to my car.Then said items are sliding all over your vehicle.I’m going to give O’Reillys in Marlborough a try to see if they have bags I guess??

Nobody even said hi when I walked in the door nobody acknowledged me everybody went about their business whatever it was they were doing. What else do I need to say I have to leave and go someplace else for help.
I was just a witness to the most disgusting treatment of a customer. One of the employees was beyond rude and disgusting to a customer. All I could think about is if thats how he was going to speak to me I would not want to be there. I quietly left and will go to another auto parts store from now on.
I went in store in search of new wiper blades. Assistant manager, Javier, was extremely helpful. He found me the best wipers (he himself uses) and was not the most expensive. Javier even installed them on my car after. Great customer service. I would recommend Javier to assist you with all your needs.
Worst Auto zone out of every single one i have been to. One guy does not even understand basic English. Tells everyone on the phone to just come, waisting hours of peoples time. Gets aggressive and rude. Dont go to this autozone if you value your time and your project

Bought a Duralast starter that stayed engaged after the engine started. Got it warranty replaced, but that one shortly failed due to the starter drawing too much amperage.I decided to return the starter. Tammy made the frustrating situation very simple and easy. She goes above and beyond her customers!
Update: I had a recent visit to the store and Jose treated me super nice6. He’s the best person I’ve met in Autozone or any other parts store. That’s why I’m adding stars to the previous bad experience I’ve had.I was treated poorly by these guys, they refuse to talk to me while they served other customers that came after me. I really don’t know what’s the problem I was very polite while waiting.
Absolutely mind blowing . I have a commercial account. Was told from an employee that part was there . Guess what I drove an hour out of my way to pick up part .was told it would be pulled aside for me for when I get there hahah . I show up 10 employees no nothing check commercial counter check the front counter part is nowhere to be found n either on the shelf. So they finally confirm that the part left for a hub delivery to our local store where we usually get parts from. So I drive all an hour away upset that they confuse apart and they sent it to the local store. Get to my local store and to hear that the part is where I was all the way in Framingham Where I first went to pick it up very inconvenient and frustrating .

My only option is to edit my initial Post from 5 months ago. Im currently stationed in Texas, and I called this store to purchase some parts for my Jaguar. I spoke to an extraordinary gentleman named Enoch . He went above and beyond looking for the parts for my vehicle that is often so hard to find and not only that, He secured the part for my vehicle until my wife had time to go and pick it up. He went the extra mile to help her carry the parts to her vehicle, because she had our kids with her. Lip service is one thing, but actually prioritizing every customer who calls or walks through the door of a business, certainly does go a long way. Enoch, youre are awesome at what you do! Keep up the good work! Just hope your management recognizes what a great representative you are...
Worst autozone ive ever been to the employees dont even know how to use the computers so they have you search up your own parts and then walk away... Im not trained on your computer system... I walked out mid sale and went to the one downtown and they even said that store is a joke, dont ever go to the rt 30 autozone
The staff has always been incredibly helpful. Ive been there maybe 3 times now, one time they let me use a 6mm hex key to adjust my headlights, the other they let me return lights that I bought, that I almost certainly shortcurcuited myself and werent actually broken. If you speak to them, theyre usually always ready to help and recommend a less $$ solution. Awesome group of men and women.

I had the most pleasant experience this evening! I have been having difficulty with my battery. One of the workers Chad offered to replace it since it was still under warranty. It was freezing outside and late at night. He was very very kind and insisted to help me. I have never had this customer service before. He was amazing! Big thank you Chad! .. and the fact that they are open 24h is just an added bonus!

Super good 24h location. As with all retain your experance is heavily reliant on which person you get. I have found with this location the majority are helpfully, supportive and relatively well informed.
Its an AutoZone. Nothing good. Nothing bad. It is what it is. Updated review 3S ---> 5S--- someone reached out in less than 24 hrs to ask if anything was wrong. Customer service gets 2 stars just for that.

Who needs a day at the zoo when you could come to this AutoZone and spend 45 minutes waiting to get rung up.Even after all that waiting, the part wasn’t even in stock like their system said. An absolute unorganized, mis-managed mess. If you value your time, and actually want to walk out with the right part you came for, go to the advanced auto across the street.
I almost never leave a review, but this autozone is incredible. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and 24 hours is extremely convenient. Drove 20 miles from Boston to get a part at 2 am.

Now I know how simple it can be to just stop at AZ and get what you need for the car. Replaced 2 Light bulbs myself, and with the nice gentleman found the bulb I need. Saved at least $40. Thanks.

I have grabbed many parts from AutoZone.. I always get my break parts here. If you get parts will full warranties, theyre exchangeable at any AutoZone. All warranty info is keped on your car by AutoZone... Helpful staff.

Drove 50 miles there only store that had what i needed great guy and customer service wish they were all like that t.y. guys for helping me out..
I went for a battery replacement and the staff members were amazing. My only concern or complained will be that one of the staff members yelled at other staff member, while he was helping me, which is inappropriate and unnecessary. The staff member that yelled was tall with blond hair and he was yelling with a ver aggressive attitude, to which the other staff member responded with a proper answer, to which I quote, dont yelled at me in front of customers and you have a ver disrespectful tone of voice. Outside of this incident, the staff member that helped me was on point with the proper knowledge and he explained the warranty and the service that Autzone provides when a battery is purchased.

I drove 50 miles from another store to pick up a part .the other store gave me a price and the price they gave me was actually 35.00 Les than the part actually was. Well when I explained the situation to the gentleman at the counter he gave me the part for the price that the other store got wrong.god bless these people that work here.they are the best.i actually didnt have the difference and I was picking these parts up for a single dad and his 5 year old boy.they really need these parts to get back on the road.thats the only reason I drove the 50 miles there and 50 back. 5 star service for a 5 star store
The only 24-hour open AutoZone in Mass there is a Spanish looking kid not sure exactly but he is very knowledgeable always very friendly as I tend to be there a lot because I work nights always helps always finds what I need in answers questions

As of June 3 2019 this autozone has the best manager. At first my trip here was to simply buy high beam lights for my car which I thought were the standard headlights. So after realizing this I went back and replaced it with the high beam lights. After installing the HIDs I was very pleased with the results so I bought the headlight HIDs as well.
Night staff yesterday was not very helpful but the morning staffs were awesome especially the one who went extra mile to make my car start.good job morning staff
Always buy my auto parts from Auto Zone. Employees 90 percent of the time are very helpful. Never been a problem with returning parts under the warranty policies. Im located in Ashland Ma. And within 7 several miles there is 3 different locations I can go to. The greatest thing was when they opened a store on Rt 30 in Framingham. They have it opened 24 hours a day. Its actually one of the supply hubs for all the other locations. They still have a retail counter for the public.The rewards program is so so. When you reach a reward you need to use it quickly as they take it back in a relatively short amount of time if you dont use it.
Autozone was able to diagnose my cars issue and sold me the proper part ti get the engine light to shut off! Passed inspection!

I went in with a headlight out expecting to buy a headlight and have bring it to a mechanic. Allison helped me find the right light and installed it within 5 minutes in the freezing cold. Couldnt have been a more pleasant experience.

After calling several other auto zones and being put on hold for over 15 minutes at each one, this one came through! Their Employee Keon answered my phone call and looked up the part. After letting him know we would be taking the 25 minute drive, he made sure they had the part and assured me he would hold up front for us. Sure enough when we arrived, he had the part waiting for my uncle! Thank you Keon!
