They have a really nice showroom showing all the best brands - Thule, Yakama, &etc - with a decent waiting area while you wait for your install. Ill highly recommend Rack Attack to my friends, family and associates.

The customer service in this place was outstanding - Caleb seemed to have my questions answered before I could even ask them. Very knowledgeable.I was in and out in 1/2 hour with roof box fully installed. Had a great experience at Rack Attack recently. Needed a kayak carrier and roof rack for my wifes car. The sales person seemed very knowledgeable, was super friendly and very patient with all my questions. Then a few days later when I was having trouble with the installation, I called the store and they told me to swing by and someone would help me. Within 15 minutes of my arrival, a different sales person had helped me finish the installation. Based on my experience, Id highly recommend them.

After doing some research online, I decided to call the good folks at Rack Attack Boston. I was very happy that I did as they were able to provide me with a prompt estimate based on my needs which was quickly emailed to me for review.Once I made the decision, they were able to fit me in for a Saturday appointment, which was great as it met my urgent needs and fit my schedule.Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the team and told that the installation should take about 90 minutes. They do have a waiting room, but as they are conveniently located near some shops and restaurants, I decided to take a quick walk and grab a bite. Much to my surprise, I received a call from the shop about 45 minutes later informing me that my car was ready.After i finished my lunch I walked over and the installer show me the ropes and provided me with tips and instructions.Overall, a very pleasant experience. This place was a little challenging to find, but once you are there the service and the staff are great.Everyone there was extremely helpful and were able to get us every thing we needed with a fast turn around. Great experience with Bryan and his team at Rack Attack Boston. They are truly professional and did a great job scheduling and installing a hitch and Thule T2 Pro XTR bike rack for us. When we needed an additional roof bike rack system in a rush, they came through again with the right recommendations for a roof rail system and rack that was in stock. They also added locks and necessary parts to complete the install.

I purchased a Thule Roof Box from Rack Attack recently. The salesperson was extremely professional and knew every detail of his inventory. He expertly answered all of my questions and I made my choice. A few minutes later my Thule was mounted on our car and we were underway. Honestly, I would never consider purchasing a product of its kind anywhere else.

Really cant say enough good things about Rack Attack. I called to check inventory on what I wanted, was able to purchase over the phone & scheduled the install. At the install they took my car exactly when scheduled and finished in less than they had initially relayed (took just under an hour). They took the time to show me how to use the new rack & box as well as how I can take on/off the car. Really top notch all around.

Just bought couple weeks ago to take our bikes on vacation. We had a great experience with them, bikes never moved wobbled at all in our 2 1/2 hour ride. Happy we bought them. Only thing we didn’t realize that locks didn’t come with it, so checked out Amazon and had locks quick and easy.

The only place in the area with a variety of in stock options for roof racks and rooftop boxes. I was looking for a new, larger box to replace my 20 year old Yakima Space Booster, and it was very hard for me to visualize the dimensions and square foot capacity without seeing the boxes in person.My salesperson Caleb was awesome, very knowledgeable about all the pros and cons of the options. He even helped me put one of their boxes on top of our vehicle to make sure it worked well before purchasing. I lost the key to my roof box right before a big trip and was scrambling to get ready. Rack attack came through for me and Identified the key I had and we’re able to sell me a new one for only a few dollars. I was on the road in about an hour and crisis was averted!

This store is awesome and crew knows their stuff! They are very professional and always willing to help.Buying this type of stuff online, to me, is very tough. It is awesome to still have a place where you can walk in, see the product in person, get great service, and address all your questions. Plus, even as a very hands on person, these types of products can take a while to set up right. As a parent with young kids, I dont always have that time. So, it is great to be able to have professional installation for that reason, and more so, peace of mind where you really dont want a rack falling off your car on the highway.

I was sent to Rack Attack by a company that couldnt do the racking on my vehicle the way I wanted it. Rack Attack configured it for me and worked very hard with me to get it done. They were very flexible so that I could get the racking done as soon as possible. when they fitted my car they made a point of showing me how to use the racking. Bought a Thule roof rack (was sold out everywhere else in the Boston area). Installation was $20 and only took a minute. The staff was very helpful and showed me how to install and use my roof rack.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Bryan arranged and Danny installed my hitch after my horrible experience elsewhere (rhymes with Mu-haul). These Rack Attack guys got the job done perfectly and in good time. Not only that, they were nice! I had an idea of what I wanted and talking with the associate we brainstormed my options. I dealt with Caleb who is very knowledgeable about the products. He showed me several options for my trip. I decided to purchase the Thule 2XL box. It has plenty of room and makes my 2021 Audi Q5 look slick. I never felt pressured to buy and was never upsold. Definitely will be a regular customer. I bought a new car and needed a rack to put my kayaks onto. Hearing that, the salesman recommended I call RackAttack. So I did. Knowledgeable and professional, the salesman gave me 2 options and his recommendation. 2 weeks later I had the rack installed, 3 days after that we were on the lake in our kayaks. I have my hitch installed by Rack Attack couple of weeks ago. The overall experience was very pleasant. These people are very nice and honest. I found a hitch on the web with a lower price, they matched it. After the installation work was done, they told me the installation cost is lower than the one they quoted for me because my car was new and they dont have to do much of the pre-work. It was a little surprise to me that do this...:-) Anyway, I highly recommend this place.

Its amazing that they had so many items in stock. I was looking for a Thule cargo box that would fit in the roof of my Silverado 2500hd. It couldnt be too big because I didnt want it hanging over the bed of the truck. They found the perfect one for me. Theyve got cargo boxes, cargo racks, bars, and wind fairings and mostly in stock which I found amazing! Many stores dont even come close and I shopped around. It was well worth the almost 2 hour drive to get there. The customer service was outstanding!

After months and months of searching, I was able to find the roof rack that I wanted and kayak rack combination through rack attacks website. I was having trouble figuring out what set of feet I needed to order based on the model of my car and out of all the companies I spoke to including the manufacturer rack attack was most helpful. The people who work at the shops are friendly, knowledgeable, and you don’t have to wait to get help. This is how small business was done and how it should still be done and I will be using rack attack for any and all of my roof rack needs even though I don’t live anywhere near a location!

I purchased a Thule rack here last week. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was considering buying a cargo box but I opted not to on my own accord and the sales person didn’t try to talk me into it. No hard sell. I had them install the rack on my car and that was a good decision for me. Probably saved me two hours figuring out the instructions - not hard but involved with measurements, I watched the installation. The installer told me he had done hundreds and had me out on the road in 30 minutes. Easy. I felt a good team vibe among the staff and was glad to support a small business with good guys.
