Excellent service and great value. My Corolla was showing low tire pressure warning. I took it to VIP Tires & Service. They did free multi-point inspection for my car and set the tire pressure free off charge. I think it was Tony who assisted me. He explained the car condition well and guided me with when it would need any further services.I had also replaced my car battery with them once and they got me the best price available.I highly recommend VIP.

I was at Rochester N.H VIP yesterday As always Dallas and David were amazing today Im in Framingham at VIP getting my daughter in-law car worked on and I must say Larry and Tony were just as great Love VIP wouldnt take my cars anywhere cus else!!!

I am completely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with VIP Tires. I got my front breaks changed and they didnt put everything back the way it was supposed to which caused some scorching to my rotor. I took it to someone else and they verified. I got this service done on Fathers Day. They completely ruined the day for me. I had driven an hour away to my Fathers house. It caused an insane loud noise and a whistle noise as well. It was embarrassing. I pay a good amount of money to get my breaks fixed and this is what I get? More headache and worries?Mind you, when I went back for them to fix the issue the manager barely explained what the issue was for me. I dont know if it was because I was a female and he simply thought I wouldnt care or understand but it was insulting. They didnt even apologize. This was completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed!!!! And frustrated!!!!If anyone wants I have videos from their work. Its attached. I am not sure it will let you see it since it is videos. In the video you are able to hear how loud the noise was. So, you can understand how worried sick I was. I had to drive 2 hours with my car like that. Since my windows were closed I didnt hear it at first while driving to see my father on Fathers Day. I wouldve turned back but it was too late. Arrive at VIP at Framingham, MA it took over 3+ hours to repair my front brakes and refused to give me a discount for the inconvenience. If you need brakes anything done to your vehicle from them please take your service elsewhere.

My visit with VIP was for an oil change. I work in the area and wanted to come in during my lunch break to get the job done. I called several businesses in the area for quotes and VIP had the best deal. The wait time for the oil change ended up being longer than expected so one of the technicians was kind enough to service me back to my office!! This was last year 2019...my review is a little late! I’ve been back since to get new break pads- again, best deal in the area. Thank you for your services!!

Went in to check a slow leak in a tire; they replaced the plug but didnt thread it properly and had to have it replaced again by my regular mechanic. Didnt bother going back to make them fix it because claiming to be tire specialists yet not being capable of properly replacing a plug ruined all confidence I may have had in their mechanical aptitude.Edit: They have since refunded the botched repair job and have offered a free oil change. They will at least stand by a commitment to customer support, which is noble and appreciated.

Went out of their way to get 4 tires on my car at the price I was told. Only complaint...need more light when dropping off car the night before. Very convenient to have a drop box but couldnt see much.

I have purchased tires here they had the best pricing in the area. they were very professional and completed the job quickly I have since been back to have a tire repaired due to a screw i picked up some place, for no charge because I purchased the tires there. They also rotated them for me for no charge as well, when I came in for an oil change I schedule the work online it was simple to do. The service techs are all very professional and do excellent work. I have found my new go to repair shop. these guys do great work at a fair price.

It was a smooth experience with VIP Tires. I heard a noise coming from my wheel and did a personal inspection. I saw a line/scrape on the rotar. So, I went to get a expert opinion.Day 1: Inspection done in less than 30 mins, was given clear walkthrough of the things that needs a change and greasing. Was recommended to change the rotars and breaks for all the 4 wheels. I was also given a written quote (it was really very competitive quote) I scheduled an appointment for Day 3.Day 2: I visited Honda service center for the second opinion - Honda service center also recommended to change the rotars and breaks for rear and resurface rotars would suffice for the front. I also reached out to other stores for a quoteDay 3: Since the quote was competitive, I went a head with the service - change of all the rotars and breaks. In fact, they gave a complimentary break fluid change.It was smooth and pleasant experience with VIP tires. For sure, I will have my future services with them and recommend them.

I bought 4 tires from here and roughly 4 weeks after my purchase I was having an issue with the right rear tire where there pressure was very low. I brought my car into VIP the very next day. The customer service was excellent and they had no trouble fitting me in. They looked at my tire and found that there was a screw in it. The fixed it quickly and for free. I will definitely be coming back here for all my automotive needs.

I received a promotion email from VIP, and found they were close to where I live. I therefore followed the instruction and scheduled an oil change online. The website is very easy to use. I then received their confirmation email. When I went to VIP for oil change, they were very friendly and professionally. They got my car’s oil changed, and explained to me the potential issue about my car I need to know. Several months later, I got VIP changed tires. They did a great job!

Routine tire rotation and oil change. They took the time to explain car details and smooth, quick process. Affordable! Also, while there they were extremely fair and courteous to another couple who came and actually ended up not needing work done. Going back in a heartbeat! Great addition to our town.

I live very close to VIP and saw the excellent reviews so I brought my car for an oil change and some 100K miles preventative maintenance. Mike was very friendly and professional. They checked my car first and showed me my different fluids vs. what they should look like. He was realistic about what needed to be done vs. what looked fine. We were able to customize one of the tune up packages to what I needed / didnt need. Total price seemed very reasonable for the amount of work they did and they give you an itemized receipt. Nice waiting room while they are working on your car. Mike even wiped off a mechanics fingerprints off my car before I left. Excellent experience and service at VIP!

For the 1st time I tried VIP auto and they were so friendly. I went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond, great customer service. One thing I really loved about them is they truly care for the maintenance in your car. They helped me to understand the basics of the car and what I need to do to continue to maintain it.

Originally a Midas place, they still keep the same good people. It took two visits to fix a belt related noise in my Civic but it was a problem with the parts provider than their competence. I will always visit them for my regular oil changes.

I called for 2 weeks to see if the tires they had ordered for my car was in stock yet and all I kept getting was “Oh ummm who’s this again? Well your tires are coming from New Hampshire so we will give you a call when they are in stock”. So I waited and waited for a call from this place (I needed new tires bad) and they never seemed to call back. So once again I called them back asking if the tires where there and they said “UMM who’s this again? Well your tires are coming from Maine we will call you on Friday”. This place is a freakin joke!! First my tires are in New Hampshire then my tires are in Maine! They are really nice on the phone but very unprofessional when it comes to keeping appointments or calling there potential customers back.I WILL NEVER TRUST MY CAR WITH THIS PLACE!! I’d rather spend $1000 on tires at decent place that remembers to call there customers back!!

VIP was great with my oil change a couple months ago. They were quick and efficient. My cigarette light fuse also blew, they ended up needing to get a small piece to fix it. They called someone up and were able to get that piece in quickly and kept me posted on its arrival and it being fixed. Staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Christmas night my alternator failed while driving on route 9. I was able to coast into VIP Tires and Service parking lot. I left a note w my key in their drop box. They had envelopes within a weatherproof box so it was easy. When I called the next day they were working in it, flexible with pick up time according to my schedule. Took credit card by phone so my son could pick it up for me. They noted an issue which will need attention in the near future. Thank you VIP for a seamless experience.

I had to get my car tires changed and the service was quick and fairly priced. I just had to be there for less than hour. I would definitely go there again for any kind of car repair.I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and needed a patch. Originally went to Firestone where they told me the wait would be 1-2 hours and even after making an appointment, they couldnt guarantee it wouldnt take hours to fix (they basically wanted me to shell out for a new tire right then and there). So, I went to VIP Tires instead and Im glad that I did. All it took was a quick phone call, made an appointment, and when I arrived it didnt take more than 15 minutes. Tire is now good as new and done affordably. Very good service overall.

I called at first to inquire about tires and if they would price match. The sales person said it would be best if I went by and saw what they had. I showed up and was given excellent honest service. When I asked for the best pricing the sales person worked hard to find any discount to help me out. I was able to get 4 new tires in under two hours time. I had friendly honest service and was very happy with the work and new tires. I plan on returning!

VIP gets me in and out quick, the guys are friendly and as a former tire guy I know they are being honest with me when a repair will do or when I need a new one. Additional services are offered when I come in for oil but there is no pressure from the guys - just info. Great local place in Framingham - definitely check them out.

I had an appointment set up at another shop which was a good deal, to have my rear bearing replaced. Most shops and dealerships try to flat rate the job along with other things they point out that need to be replaced, but probably dont. Anyway, I had VIP recommended to me by a friend that had service done there in the past. After speaking to Corey and Mike, I agreed to have my service done here. They were very knowledgable and extremely friendly and the shop did a great job. They saved me over $50 which is a huge savings in my book. I will definitely use them again in the future!!

Woke up on a Saturday morning to find my tire completely flat due to a screw. I had multiple kids sports and errands to get to and figured it would be such a headache. I called VIP and was pleasantly surprised at their flexibility. Mike told me to come in whenever was convenient. I showed up, they took my car right in and were done in under 30 minutes. On top of that, the price was right! It was not the headache I expected at all! I’m so glad to know they’re right down the road if I need them!

Ive been coming here since it was Midas, and I cant go to any other place. The prices are unbeatable, and the people are exceptional. Mike has always been super friendly and this past visit he showed me 2 different filters that were damn near shredded and he replaced them with brand new ones and installed them for $30. 11/10 would recommend.

Great service. Everybody was courteous and helpful.Did the job in a timely manner unlike places Ive been before . Im all in with these guys.

Figured I would give the new place a shot. Went in for an Oil Change. The staff was very nice. The Manager brought me back for the whole you could use a new air filter spiel that literally every lube place on the planet uses and I figured I hadnt changed it in 30k miles anyway so I might as well. When I got the truck back I had to reset the computer to clear the change oil message myself because it had not been done during servicing. I get home and since I dont trust anyone working on my vehicles I popped the hood and immediately got a strong smell of antifreeze. I looked and saw antifreeze sprayed all over the right-side of the engine compartment. I then noticed the radiator cap had been put on crooked so that it couldnt seal and that was causing the coolant to spray out once pressure built up. Im figuring that the tech put it back on incorrectly when topping off fluids (not sure why the radiator cap was removed in the first place, topping off the coolant in my truck should be done in the reservoir, theres a special dipstick for it). I also noticed that when they changed the air filter, the tech didnt make sure that the air box was fully seated so the intake wasnt sealed closed and I was missing one of the clips on the air box. The air box wasnt a huge deal (missing clip is a bit frustrating) and maybe would have eventually thrown a code, but if I hadnt checked and found the radiator cap off and took my truck out to the Berkshires after I got out of work I would have had a bad time at 2am on the Pike somewhere.

I had an oil change on 5/16. Cory was very friendly and courteous. The waiting area is comfortable. I am bringing my car back today to get new tires. I definitely recommend this place and not just because they are supporting Framingham public school with their $10 oil change promotion though I think that is very commendable!

Mike, the service manager was well experienced in auto care, by explaining to me the various types of oil changes at VIP depending on the age of the car and personal preference. I also left with a vehicle analysis summary and told of any work that should be performed in the future.

The representative was very courteous and professional and I only waited 10 minutes. When I went to pay the bill it was actually only $10 with no extra hidden fees!
