ZERO stars if I could.. The Manager DAN was very rude to me, he also gave me an attitude when I asked him to wear a mask. Just trying to be safe here. How is this guy a manager? He was not very good on the computer, again how is he a manager and how is he in a tech business with limited computer skills?I will be bringing my business elsewhere and will also be telling the many people I know to not do business here, or cut any business theyre doing with this company.Highly suggest you get rid of DAN he definitely doesnt know what he was doing. Hes killing your business. I was doing things for him.
Leo was an excellent sales rep, who was very informative and provided us with 3 new phones and 1 new phone line in a timely manner. I will definitely go back.
I dont normally leave reviews, but I had to with this place.The store manger Dan did not seem very interested in helping me, he was quiet and seemed to be in a bad mood. He did not seem to know what he was doing. I can say more but really I just was very disappointed with my experience with Dan. I will also mention he Smelled of cigarettes and the green stuff, maybe thats why he was in a bad mood. That should be done on your own time, Im surprised this business allows you to do that.I looked at the reviews before me and noticed a recent review that clearly is one of his friends just look at the response the manager left it says from a year ago, but the review says recent. I dont believe that review at all, after what I experienced.

I had a great experience at this location. I was interested in getting an iPhone for the first time, and I was assisted by Retail Sales Consultant Michael Allen at 50-60 Worcester Road, in Framingham Massachusetts . I am a middle aged woman and was not very knowledgeable about the iPhone, but Michael was patient and really went “above and beyond” to help me. After Michael set up my phone, I had a few minor questions about the functions of the phone. When I went back to the same store, Michael gave me some tips for an easy fix. AT&T is very lucky to have Michael Allen as an employee, and I highly recommend this location!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. I rarely give a bad review, because I can usually get things worked out with a business. This company set up my account with the salesperson’s email address, and when I called, offered no help or solution. And now I just found out that AT&T has no record of the working iPhone I traded in at this store. I called three times, no help. I asked for a call from the manager and was told he is “just so busy, you should just try him back”.....ZERO CUSTOMER LOYALTY I have been with Verizon for 22 years and only went with AT&T because Verizon does not have coverage at my new home. I am so very disappointed with the lack of any care for the customer at this store, I recommend going elsewhere!

Ive been going to this AT&T store for a very long time. I was having phone issues and the gentleman behind the counter was absolutely no help. He was very rude and had a bad attitude towards me. I left and was very frustrated, then I saw the AT&T across the other side of Route 9 and went to them. The gentleman there was a huge help, and ended up making a sale on a new phone. The manager at the first store may want to talk with his employees about customer service because I will not be going back to his store if they continue to treat clients like that

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at an ATT store! Daniel was so professional and nice. He had me in and out with a brand new phone in under and hour. Michael at the Framingham, MA store ended up being the best part of our AT&T experience. We have bounced back and forth between carriers a couple times in the last several years and he helped make our activations go smoothly. He was knowledgeable and patient and appreciated his and the rest of the team being patient and professional. Took my mom in for a new phone and iPad and the experience was incredible. Michael was working, a very nice, kind, well spoken young man and he helped us the whole way through explaining everything very thoroughly! Told me of all the promotions in a professional manner without being annoying! She showed me att tv which I would have been interested in if we were tv people. I have a business account with AT&T. I went there to add a phone to my account. I called ahead and met with Manny. He was very polite, professional and helpful. He was fairly well informed about various items about which I had questions. He, even, informed me of a special discount for which I was eligible and saved me $150.00. Overall, my experience was pleasant - even though it took almost two hours to complete my business.As a business owner, Im not thrilled when I have to spend time on administrative tasks. However, I wasnt there any longer than I had to be and Manny was as efficient as the process allowed. I would go back without hesitation. The four stars (instead of five) are for the length of time the process required, which could be improved upon. The assistance was excellent.

We went to the At%T store in Framingham on Route 9 eastbound. My daughter could not transfer her contacts from her old phone to the new phone because we couldnt charge the battery. We were told by the only person in the store that they do not have the machine to transfer the information, nor did they have an old battery so we could download the app to transfer. The person on duty told us to find the kiosk in the Natick mall and see if they had a battery. We were at the AT&T store last week and the salesman said we could buy a charger cord and if it didnt work we could return it. Today the person on duty said his system was down and come back next week. All things considered this person was not helpful at all. I wont come back to this AT&T store, but will go to the one in the Natick mall for much better customer service.
Sales clerk not helpful. Manager wasnt enforcing masks. Do not recommend. Read below for details.I told the staff I was looking to get my mother the iPhone with the largest screen. They upsold sold me on their promotional XS instead of XR. There was another customer in the store without a mask speaking with staff member for at least fifteen minutes. I told the sales clerk who was helping me, he told the manager, and nothing was done for the next 10 minutes I was in the store. When he brought me the phone, I opened the box while I was still in the store. Wrong phone. I told them I wanted the XR. They said I would be charged a restocking fee. Since they werent enforcing their mask policy, I was on edge most of the time I was in the store. I should have left. Ultimately, I decided it was better to give my mother the wrong phone instead of give her COVID, and I left as soon as I could. Terrible shopping experience. Do not recommend. I was in the store Friday July 10, 2020.

Let me tell you .... I Always hated going into a cellphone store to try and upgrade my phone plans . But this time around it was a completely different experience. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young gentlemen named Brian . He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing . He was very patient and knowledgeable and at the same time he made sure to explain to me everything I needed to know about getting a new phone and or upgrading my cellphone plan. He didnt pressure me into buying my new iPhone Instead he assisted me into buying it. If youre planning on coming to this location, make sure to call ahead and see if Brian is working at the moment . Surprised he isnt the manager of this location if you ask me . Anyways thank you Brian and much success to you and your team . !!!

The guys here don’t know anything. Customer care asked me to return a phone to an at&t store to process a payment but the guys here couldn’t even do that. They outrightly asked me to return the phone by mail. A&t customer care itself is super useless and the guys here beat them ten fold.As a suggestion, Never port an h2o number to at&t!

They used to be better, but new staff has no idea on how the leasing plan works. No grand fathering; you have to start over again and costs more.Week ends are very busy, avoid at all costs.
Had to return the iphonex that i got from a bogo plan because apparently when i got the bogo promotion, the deal already ended, even after 2 “customer loyalty” agents guaranteed that im inside the promo when i got them. The manager from this branch was very rude when i came to return the phones, she even said that they are not connected to ATT’s customer service hotline, when i asked if i could get the restocking fee waived, and i should call the hotline again if i want my money back. She spoke to me like i was at fault for signing up on the promotion in the first place. After 3 years of being with ATT, i realized they are not worth it. Im very happy i found a new provider now. Stay away from this branch, even the one at the mall. They are snobs, and they dont like questions.
