My mom and I had a wonderful experience at this store today. Steven was awesome and helped us a find a plan that worked for us. Will definitely be returning in the future!!
This store is not closed, it is under different management. They are now a FULL service Verizon store, They can help with your home, tv, and cell phone service. They are VERY knowledgeable and care about helping people with their problems.
Went to return a couple of boxes, went into the store, no one greets me. i goto the front to return the boxes i tell the guy what im there for and he tells me i need to wait like im a 5 year old. so rude i threw the boxes on the counter and went to leave, another employee helping a customer turns and creams to me, ENJOY YOUR BILL, while hes with a customer! he felt the need to interrupt the customer he was with to yell that at me! how mature. bunch of punks that work here. this happend 1:30 pm 5/29 (the African american gentlemen actually seemed to be nice but was legit busy)
Went in to grab a router. Only 2 people working so it was a bit slow. Could add another person or 2. But staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean.
Caio and Wagner are nice respectful young men. For someone who is way behind on the current technology, they are wonderful. Spent time enough to make sure I was comfortable with my new purchase before I left the store. They offer much better service than the Verizon store down the street.
Ive got to give props to a place that helps me increase my Internet speed without charging me a dime extra. I had come in to return my old router and Caio, a really helpful associate, asked me how the new one was. I said to be honest, it was marginally better so I was disappointed. He then took the time to suggest to me a different way of connecting the device (WAN not Coax). I got home, tried it, and the difference was night and day! The customer service at this store is top notch. Id go back for future help/sales.
There was a line, and they did not have what we needed in stock. They need more help. Refered us tp customer service, which is a nightmare. Nothing is coordinated.😡
Lindsey and Tom were personable, helpful and quick with all of my needs, and were honest with what would get me the best bang for my buck. 10/10 Very pleased with my experience there.
Went in to return a router rental. Asked the store manager to confirm - the service was NOT being disconnected. She confirmed - service was NOT being disconnected. This was false, my serivce was disconnected. Its now my problem to fix this.

I moved and couldnt get service for FIOS at a new place. A Verizon Supervisor gave me a ton of grief on the phone and said I had to pay an early termination fee. The manager at this location walked me through what I needed to do and now I am getting my fee refunded. Sorry, I forget his name, but he was great!!!
The sales lady there was quite rude and not helpful at all. I felt like I was being a burden and there was no selection for screen protectors. Very unpleasant experience!
I had a outstanding costumer service from Joao Wagner . He was a great help and so knowledgeable in handling some issues I had from My account . He took his time and guided me trough the process .

Went there to pick up my new i Phone XS Max with Hendricks and i’ve never had such an easy smooth process of getting my new phone. Hendricks educated me on the best plan for me and basically broke down everything simple and easy to understand. I was in and out within 30 minutes with my new phone ! Highly recommend this store and the Sales rep Hendricks!
I had an amazing experience at Verizon. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate with. Easy set up with getting the new I phone7. Policy review for my phone were quick and brief.Billy was my Verizon associate that helped me, wonderfull personality really helpful.Transactions were smooth, overall great experience.

I may edit this later if they right the ship. We ordered an upgraded fios internet and tv package. We opted to pick up the equipment. Verizon showed us that this location was the nearest. Verizon suggested calling ahead to make sure this store had the equipment we needed. I called once this morning and was on hold for 20 minutes. No one ever answered. I then tried again 2 hours later, was on hold for 10 minutes before choosing to the option to have the store call me back. I got a call back soon thereafter. Unfortunately the call was from a call center and not the store. The representative was very nice and was trying to be helpful. All he could do was try to call the store himself. He was also unsuccessful. We ended our call and his advice was to swing by the store to see if they had our equipment. I would have done this in the first place if the store wasnt 30 miles away. I guess I have no choice but to travel out and see if they have the equipment. Kind of an odd way for Verizon to do business in my opinion. Would have rated the store ZERO if I could and the representative a 4 as he did his best.

The Verizon store at the corner of Route nine and Temple Street in Framingham is a gem. The technicians are awesome. The store is never crowded and the technicians are always willing to help. I highly recommend this Verizon store!

Im new to this store, for 15 years I have always done business with the Verizon store on Rt 9 by Bed & Bath. These stores are night and day, will never go back to the other. Brandon has been great to work with, if everything continues to go as smoothly has it has been (renewal) I will make sure to tell all my friends. Friendly, has not tried to over sell as the other store and his recommendations make sense. I told Brandon trying to decide plans is as painful as buy a car, but that hasnt been the case with this store. No pressure.FOLLOW UP TO MY REVIEW ABOVE: picked up my MAX today, again customer service amazing, NO PRESSURE, Brandon is excellent AND HE helped me figure out a better plan for less money!! WHAT THE HECK! If I ever start a business Im hiring him to work for me!

When I went to the Verizon Wireless store at 1245 Worcester Rd. Framingham ( next to Macdonalds ) I was pleasantly greeted by a young man named Digeo who was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the cellular phones and the Verizon cable boxes. I had several difficult questions regarding their cell phones and cable boxes as well as the plans for both items. Digeo was able to answer all my questions and made sure I understood all his answers to the point that he wrote down some information for me so I wouldnt forget certain steps when it came to set-up and programing both the cable box and cell phone. Sure enough when I got home I was able to program both due to his clear instructions and notes he had written down for me. If there is any Verizon employee that deserves credit for his hard work it is Digeo.
Came in for a screen protector for my phone. I was assisted quickly. They put the protector on it nice and straight. Great service. Would recommend to anyone.

So about a year ago I went in the to buy a case for my brand new Galaxy s9+. When I was there the kid helping me upsold me on a glass screen protector for $49.99 which I know now is more than double the price you can pay for a similar product. He sold me on the fact that it had a lifetime warranty if you damage the screen by or it has any wear and tear, I can just come back in with the box and the screen protector and leave with a brand new one. I broke my screen protector about a week ago and thought at least I can go get a new one for free, well not the case. The guy I spoke with today was rude and not helpful at all he says ya we dont do that you can try to go to zagg at the Natick Mall but if you didnt register it in the first 7 days then you dont have any warranty. Yet another thing I was never informed of so now Im out $49.99 which is the price of 3 screen protectors at the middle of the mall. I was upsold taken advantage of and lied to. I will not just let this happen Ill call corporate Ill talk to managers Ill email the attorney general if need be. To be honest if the kid I spoke to today wasnt so rude I wouldve just said whatever and went on with my life but now Ill be hell bent on getting what I am owed.

Terrible experience. Was shouted at from the door, then immediately asked to give the rep my pin to get started. I was looking to upgrade my plan and phone. I knew exactly what I wanted to look at but he wouldnt show me anything until I gave him my pin. I explained that I was reluctant as thats a security feature. Very unfriendly and uncooperative. Didnt even say hello or tell me his name (or I would have shared it here.) I dont understand the positive reviews. Must have been written by friends and family members. I was really hoping to find a place that wanted to help customers. Rushed here after work in a thunderstorm. Total waste of my time. Would rate my experience zero if I could

In a industry normally full of frustrations, Amcomm Wireless could not have been more helpful in helping my family setup both our Verizon Wireless and FiOS services!! Billy went through numerous options with both plans to make sure we got everything we needed and nothing we didnt. I highly recommend this store for all of your wireless and home phone, TV and internet needs. They are all extremely patient and helpful!!

So this is the FIOS store where you go to drop off equipment. Store is great, just a gripe on how it is not clearly identified on Google and address is identical to verizon wireless store in Natick. Cable and internet are here too unlike the other worcester road locations in the area which are wireless only.
Good service. The ulterior motive is always to sell you as much as possible before you walk out the door, but thats to be expected, no?
This Verizon store was very welcoming! My representative, William Baldelli, was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail! He made the process of setting up my wireless service a few months back, easy and enjoyable and just recently my Internet and fios as well! I would highly recommend him to help you with your fios, internet and wireless services!

I recently went to the Verizon (Amcomm) store on Worcester Road and Temple Street in Framingham to pick up equipment. When I arrived, I was more than surprised to find out that it is not just for equipment pickup; it is a full service store handling Verizon FIOS, Quantum, Mobile, and Internet plus more. BUT...the best part of this store was their Customer Service. I was privileged to work with Billy who was able to upgrade my services cost effectively for our FIOS, VOIP, Internet and our mobile phones. He had an amazing grasp of the plans offered by Verizon and how these plans would best benefit us financially. He was incredibly patient, very knowledgeable, extremely kind, and always available to answer my questions. He spent time going over every aspect of the equipment and explained what to expect on our future invioices. Before I left, he made sure to let me know how to contact him if I had any questions. I left there feeling like I had made a friend and that I wasnt just the Customer next in line.I would also like to add that everyone else in the store was also extremely customer friendly and very knowledgeable. Excellent Customer Service! A+
