General I have had no issues with this store and it is certainly better than the Mattson location. When you are looking for something and the inventory says they have 50 or more of something. It is a safe bet the store is going to have it. I only needed two 10 lengths of solid drain pipe and would have gladly bought 50. I suggest they do some inventory instead of wasting peoples time. Your inventory should not be that far off, give me a break.

Got my milwaukee tools here. The staff was friendly and very understanding. Apparently if you dont use your home depot card in a long time you have to approve your purchase thru email to complete your purchase.

On line ordering has become a cluster! Program suggests incorrect ship to address then when you click on the correct address it does not matter. HD still uses the junk suggestion. So HD emails and tells you your order has arrived. Just no idea where, not at my house! FedEx has been the shipper for both not delivered deliveries this week. I am giving up and switching. Even on line order history has not been updated with my latest orders.FedEx suggests I canvas the neighborhood asking if anyone found my packages on their doorsteps.

There is the nicest woman, pretty blonde, who works in the Matteson home section she and her husband went way out of their way for my husband and I years ago and Ill never forget it

I picked up some nice mums for my landscaping.

When you purchase an $1100 Weber grill, you do not expect it to be filthy, scratched, dented, rusty, broken when loaded into your vehicle at curbside pick up. Turns out the store manager here is storing the assembled grills outside. Very unhappy with my experience at Frankfort Home Depot. What a mess.

I do understand for safety reasons they have to close isles they are working in, I couldnt look at what I wanted to . But the store was well stocked with everything.

Just like every other home Depot. They have what you need.

Special ordered and paid for an item online to be in store pick-up. They contacted me July 5th and I was on vacation. I told them I would be in on the following Monday to pickup. Monday the 12th 9:40AM comes along and they tell me they sent my item back at 9:29AM that morning and it cannot be purchased... 11 minutes, really... Second time this has happened where they either canceled or pulled some BS....

I am a contractor who goes to Hone Depot two or more times daily and usually am happy, tonight I ran in for some propane for my potable heater. I first looked to see if I can locate myself (mo luck) then I asked an employee who sent me to garden, then another employee sent me to aisle 13, then another to 14 and finally it was in 16.. my comment is simple.. employees should know where items are, or they need to look it up for you since you are asking and finally how about some old fashion service and take the customer to the item..

Selections are good and well stocked . Way to long of a wait in line though and I did not go at a peak time .

Really like this store in town of Matteson, IL. Well-stocked shelves and such helpful employees, especially for a lone woman unfamiliar with so many mechanical things needed in the home. I always find the help I need offered with a smile. Thanks Menards!

I went in for a part to repair my toilet. Rick couldn’t have been more helpful. He suggested one he thought would work and said if that didn’t I should come back and get a more expensive part. I explained that I had already purchased the more expensive one at Ace and couldn’t get it to work. He said if the one I bought didn’t work I should bring in the other and he would show me how it works even though I didn’t buy it from him. I was very impressed

Shevles always well stocked.Staff for the most part are very helpful. Plumbing experienced and excellent.The staff in hardware, on my last 3 visits, are VERY focused on straightening and seemingly not aware of customers just a few feet away. Other customers began asking me for help, while I did help them, I had to excuse myself and said the gentleman next to you works here and might be able to assist you more.The seasonal staff are just great, always greeting me with a smile even when they are busy.I always come back again and again. This location does it right.

Easy find what you are looking for and they always have a lot of staff walking around that are very helpfun. Good place to go to pick a few things up for small to medium jobs around the house. Can sometimes be a little over priced always good to check other store prices before tou buy big ticket items.

Have been coming here for some time. Really love the curbside pickup feature in response to the pandemic.Always clean when Ive been in there and all employees are wearing PPE.

It took me 10 minutes to complete my shopping. I knew what I was looking for, and I found it quickly. The store is very organized and stocked well. The prices are posted next to each item, it makes shopping easier. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They have hardware and hardware accessories. All joking aside, Home Depot is the best for contractors, have everything you need at competitive prices.

Very poor Customer service no one seems to want to help and cahiers and customer service personnel very impolite.

I consistently have bad service here which is why I usually go to Ace or Lowe’s. I went to buy window blinds and asked if someone could cut them for me and then the person went to look for someone who could do it and I waited 25 minutes while other employees casually walking throughout the store looked right at me. No one ever came back or checked in on me. Finding help there is like finding a needle in a haystack.

Good place to get materials for a bathroom remodel

I bought a very expensive maytag washer from this store. I told them within the 15 day period that it wasnt working. They wanted to send a repair guy. I said I wanted anew washer. Well guess what. They sent me another defective washer. This one only has hot water. Is this my pay back for wanting a new washer. Now I have Togo through all this again. Not good especially with covid. Im sooo upset. And I want answers

Greatest home Depot in Will county

Didnt want to do this but here we go. We had a horrible carpet installation through their subcontractor GS Flooring in Arlington Heights. Glue-down carpet with spots of glue coming through, tacky carpet in some areas, bubbles of air and squishy pockets of glue you can move around underneath the carpet. Several stains from when they tried to clean some spots that are dry but now permanently discolored. Will never let them install carpet again and never buy carpet from the Home Depot ever.Calling the store, Mike in flooring was very rude and cut me off several times when explaining the situation to him. We were strung along because they never told us the carpet was not in stock in the warehouse and it got delayed every other week. We placed the order on 8-22 and the install finally happened on 11-30. Delay after delay after delay. I use this space to work and it is now unusable. All of the items in that space are now in other areas of the house making those spaces now unusable. No clue when/if it will get fixed or by who.Spend your money elsewhere.

Great customer service and the best place to go for quality hardware at a better price. I bought all my tile, trim, and paint here. Rylee was exceptionally helpful in paints and went out of her way to call a paint rep to get me a deal on the specific type of paint that I wanted. She ended up saving me an extra $40. It doesnt get any better than that for customer service. Thank you Rylee.

Material wasnt there that the website said was there. Getting someone to help you with finding things and helping with big items was hard even though the workers where standing around talking to each other. Military discount wasnt given to me even though Im retired Army. The home depot in Joliet is much better. People are always coming up to you asking you if you need help. And I always get my military discount

Told 3 different places for an item I was looking for, no one shows you anything, items constantly out of stock. Better off going driving extra to another location.

The grill i was looking for was not in stock, however the team went the extra mile to find out another location that did.

One of the better home improvement stores in the South Suburban area. Always stocked up. Not to mention I found what I wanted for Christmas!

Sat for over a hour to get blinds cut. I asked the lady back here and she was clueless. She told me everyone was on lunch so I had to wait there 30 mins of lunch to have them cut. If I didn’t need them for a audit I would of left. Unprofessional and totally not customer service friendly. Next time will definitely be going to Lowe’s and I would suggest you go also.

We live only a couple blocks from this Home Depot. The service has always been good and we have always found what we needed. Today we went to enter with our well behaved dog on a leash who has been in the store multiple times and we were told this was no longer allowed. The staff was very nice about it but had no answer other than to say the sign had just been put up. We ended up going to Lowe’s to get the things we needed with our dog walking around the store. We will no longer be shopping there even though it is a short walk with our dog.

Arranged to pick up over a ton of gravel and sand for a diy project. Cant remember the ladys name but her and a co-worker helped me load my car up. No complaints. Just helped. Felt like I shouldve given her a tip or something. They were great.
