Pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. A couple weeks ago my husband got 2 medicine prescribed for him at 3:30pm. We stopped by at 8:30pm and they still were not ready. Today he had his wisdom teeth removed. We left the dentist at 11 went straight to walgreens. They told me 20 minutes. We did not get anything until 12:20. Even they they only gave us 2 of the 3 prescribed and lied on the phone saying the pain one was sent later on. Called they told me to come straight back. Get here at 1 and its still not ready.

Great vaccine experience. Go here for Covid vaccine. They gave very useful instructions that Kroger did not give to my husband. Much more informative. They will also give you a $5 in store reward credit for getting it!

I went and bought detergent. They had gain 4/$16 so I wanted more than 4 they tell me theres a limit. But there is no sign that has a transaction limit. I will call corporate office about this because its false advertisement. If theres a limit the sign needs to say limit 4 per transaction.

WALGREENS IS THE BEST WHEN YOU NEED A FLU SHOT

I’ve gone to Walgreens Pharmacy here in Frankfort on US127 for several years and have enjoyed being able to shop and get my medications. Today I arrived at the time the pharmacy was supposed to open (7 am) only to be greeted by a really nice pharmacy tech who said the pharmacist wasn’t there yet and wasn’t sure when she would be. The pharmacist was “stuck in traffic” secondary to some “car accident”. The pharmacy was amazing, and understood the frustration of myself and another customer. The pharmacist finally showed up, completely ambivalent to the fact that her delay had caused issues for customers and acted like everything was perfectly normal, even stating there “was no accident”. The ambivalence and unprofessionalism of the pharmacist on duty this morning prompted me to switch pharmacies. A simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience she’d caused by showing up to work when she wanted instead of when she was scheduled would have gone a long way. I explained the above to the staff at CVS who were apologetic and understood the importance of being able to get medications promptly.

I love this store. They have everything. It is my daily convenience store.

Be sure to check your prescriptions before you take them, they have given me someone elses medicine TWICE! Also they change manufacturers frequently on some medicines.My prescription is for 90 and they only give me 30 because of this. Not a happy customer.

The pharmacy has the WORST attitude toward customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. They go out of their way to make it difficult for you to get your prescriptions filled. And they act as if it kills them if you dare ask a question instead letting their robo- system take care of you. Im moving my business elsewhere.
