I have always had a pretty good experience in my interactions with the counter and floor employees at this Walgreens. Tonight, I was specifically impressed with a young man named Jordan. He helped me find what I couldnt find for myself, he was professional in every way, and he was very nice to all the customers.
Had my prescriptions filled for years at another retail chain pharmacy in town. After multiple long-time pharmacists left that company/location, I decided to move all of our familys prescriptions to Walgreens.ALL of our prescriptions are consistently filled quicker that I had experienced with the previous pharmacy.Quicker isnt necessarily always better, when youre filling multiple medications each month. You always want to feel confident that everything is being reviewed & double-checked for drug interactions and accuracy, especially when you take a number of different types of medications.When picking up, I have always been asked if I have any questions for the pharmacist, and have never felt rushed off when I have actually needed to speak with the pharmacist.Every member of the team there is valuable, but an amazing team usually has a strong leader, and one that they also respect. Brooks fills this role wonderfully.He recognizes me every time, and will make it a point to wave hello, even when hes on the phone. Hes had my order pulled, and my account profile typed in by the time I get my car window down before. He will check for the other family members without even asking, sometimes. Hes excellent at his job - both the technical aspects, and also recognizing his customers as people and not just another number.In a time where retail chain pharmacies are continuously told to accomplish more with less time & staffing, and simultaneously being busier day after day with COVID, etc, this location is still leaps & bounds above the rest in every aspect.I hope Walgreens realizes how valuable Brooks is to their company, and how valuable this location is to Frankfort!
This location has one of the nastiest, rudest pharmacy techs I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s a shame, because the pharmacists are friendly and helpful usually. This woman is the face of the location very often though and I’ve held off for some time saying anything, but Walgreens…she needs to go. Yesterday was the last straw for me. She’s the worst.
Most of the employees are very helpful and polite? Some people working in pharmacy are rude?

Ive never encountered so much pure rudeness and disrespectful nature by anyone all the time. The pharmacy employees and pharmacist manager, even against Doctor approval still refuse to fill medicine. The least yall can do is be nice, Im a human being just like yall. God bless each of you & I hope no one treats yall the way yall all treat others. Shame on you.
Ordered prescription vitamins and said they would have it ready this has been a repeat issue. After being faxed from my doctor they should be able to call me and at least let me know so I dont waste my time to drive. Its been 4 days now...
Rude ladys in pharmacy drive through treated me like a pill head trying to steal their precious pills. I went there and gave them my id and insurance card to get my prescription vitemans. They ignored my questions and refused to speak to me till it was payment time. Will be switching pharmacist to krogers.
I was a former Rite Aid customer who was moved to Walgreens as part of the buy out. I also take care of my father-in-laws medications as well. This has been nothing but a screw up from the get go, royally. As soon as I can get this mess straightened out, we will be transferring all RXs to another pharmacy. Not only are they not customer service driven, the workers look like they just rolled out of bed and got their clothes out of the dryer after they had been in there for a week. I really have issues with someone that has no more self-respect/pride in the way look filling prescriptions for me. They have messed up a couple, calling previous doctors for refills and/or filling old prescriptions from doctors that did not fill the current ones. Dont seem to care. I would strongly encourage anyone that is choosing a pharmacy to not choose this one and if you were moved there by the buy out, get out as soon as you can and if you have something filled there double check before your take it. Im sure they have my FIL so messed up that his next refill is going to be hell for me.
Went into the store last minute at 9:50 PM with my fiancée to pick up a contact lens case. Being aware of the time I endeavored to hurry, but the trip was necessary seeing as how the only one she owned was left out of town, and she didn’t realize it. Upon entering the the store, the man working the front desk abruptly reminded us that the ‘store closes in ten minutes.’ Upon begrudgingly telling us where the cases were, he proceeds to run us through the check-out process in the most unfriendly, inattentive fashion as possible. I do believe a longer trip to the other side of town to Wal-Mart would have been a much better option.
I had to ship a FedEx package. I went to 2 places.neither of them would accept my package,Walgreens was my last resort. I went all the way to the Fedex in Lexington to try and ship it off but they didnt have a bar code(and they was very rude) WALGREENS DID IT FOR FREE!!! How convenient

The pharmacy is very very rude!!! I had a pharmacy called me needing information and I did not have it readily available, When asked to hold on to get info. The person on the line YELLED at me then hung up. If only I would have a name I would go straight to corporate. I can tell you this just in case any higher up management ever takes a look, call was received 8/26@3:08p. Thank you, I will take my business elsewhere.

My son was sick and firstcare accidentally sent his script to them close to closing. I arrived as he was closing up, however he was very kind and did me a huge favor that he didnt have to by filling it anyway. Huuuge thank you to that guy

Rude over the phone. Rude at the pharmacy. And their employees are very unprofessional and make out with each other. Most walgrees are not to bad. I like them for the most part. But this one made me so passed off i just had to write this review.
