Harbor freight is a great store and weve never had a problem with any of there tools! Love it!

Seems that most of the people working there would have preferred not to be bothered. Perhaps because it was Monday? We normally go to the Westport Rd store and everyone there is always helpful and friendly.

Good place for cheap prices, I have shopped with this place for years and have been satisfied with what I bought.

With the help of their knowledgeable and courteous staff, I located the items on my list, paid and was out the door in 10 minutes. Excellent store.

Favorite store. Yes tools are a cheaper variety but, that is what the store is about. I have shopped at Harbor Freight for years and love their tools. The only one I wouldnt buy is the rotary tool. All other tools have lasted me for months years

New store. They had many sale items out of stock. They were restocking as I shopped. Check out was quicker than most Harbor Freight stores

Stores name is perfectly suited. . . Nothing but the workers actually made in USA. . . Everything is freight from a Harbor.

New employee made checking out impossible, manager apparently doesnt believe in staying with someone until their properly trained. Had to leave without purchase. Very annoying experience

My husband and father absolutely love this store and now I have become a fan as well. You can get good quality tools here for a reasonable price. The employees are always so nice and very helpful. If there is something they dont know they go out of their way to find the answer for you.

Nice clean still new store. Friendly staff and quite helpful. Found the floor jack was looking for after a little looking. It was a bit busy, but the staff and customers were all very cooperative. Im sure Ill be back.

The lady was very helpful and the store was very clean and the lady was very helpful. The only downfall I see is the parking lot looks like a garbage lot maybe they need to spend a little time cleaning it up!

I have been to Harbor Freight stores all over KY, IN, and OH, and they are pretty much all the same across the board. And then they built a store in Frankfort, KY. Now, anyone who is not from Frankfort may not understand the subpar standards that permeate this city, but sadly, the BRAND NEW Harbor Freight has fallen victim to this.This is the only HF I have been to that does not have any of the free items that are advertised in their sales paper or online - EVER. On this particular day, there was no one up front to check us out because the only lady was helping someone. Once the line got 6 people deep, Dathen came out of the closet and said he could take someone on 3. He could see us the whole time we were standing there! And then, when he rang us up, he was not nice, he did not ask if we were receiving coupons, did not ask for our phone number so I cant get an emailed receipt, and begrudgingly rang up my 20% off coupon.This new store is a disappointment. Avoid it if you care anything about HF and how they do business. Because even their tool quality is better than this!

I enjoy HF. The staff are always helpful, the store has great deals, and they have a generous return policy. If i need something for the home or garden, I always hit HF first.

I waited for 20 minutes in the checkout line and watched a employee eat instead of opening her register to help her coworker. There were at least 15 people waiting to checkout. Poor customer service. I will go to Lowes next time!

Knew what l was after, ask to be pointed in the right direction, picked it out and moved on, l work at Rural King, l know my stuff.

Only one cashier running register and lots of people in line. Kind of reminded me of Walmart. Why have 4 registers when u dont use them. Probably should just installed self check out.

Large selection of tools, about anything you could think of. Brand new store! I saw my husband making many mental notes of their inventory for the future!
