My company has been a client of Grainger for more than 20 years. In the past, I never had any issues with Grainger. In the past few years, they have neglected their customer service aspect of the business and have hired individuals who really struggle with simple tasks. I have called 3 times to have them save my credit card on file. The 4th time I called I had an urgent part to order. Due to the THREE employees who were suppose to do ONE THING, I was not able to place an order because it turns out my card was never saved. My card is not on me and because of not being able to place an order, Grainger has caused my company great issues. This is so disappointing to see this company slowly go down the drain. I prefer to spend extra money to go elsewhere where this type of unacceptable situation does NOT occur.

I’ve am a long time customer of this branch. Its very close and hassle free for me to go to as all my of commercial buildings are right around the corner from them. They have very friendly staff, but I must say that I’m VERY disappointed that one of my favorite reps (jay) is no longer there. I don’t believe the store feels the same with him gone. But, Other then that, the service that Terra, Stella and Carmen are unmatched...if it’s from helping me look for a part, or just asking how my day is just going! They absolutely go above an beyond for their customers.

I have used your collar tags for years and for many dogs. They are easy to read and stay on the collars. And your service is fantastic -- I always get tags in a few days. Thank you for a wonderful product.

I appreciate that I could do a pickup at a local store. Im home cleaner, and familiar with Grainger products from past jobs. Good place to go to.

Nice place, but its so hidden a lot of people miss it. It looks to much like a warehouse from the exterior. Im sure if they spent a little more time on advertising their location this place would make,$$$

Service was fine. Theres also an entrance from the west on Cenco drive. Google should update their routing so it doesnt take you a mile out of the way onto Mannheim and back.
