We own a retail store and lately i have been told that there is a shortage of some products but i see other stores have the products that they are saying shortage. I asked my rep about some 12oz product then he mentioned that he had it last week but dont have it now. So, since i am 2 week rotation and always miss out from last 4 months. When i confront him about it he got so, rude and left without delivering the products. Calling to main office is in vein as all the calls went in voice mail and didnt receive any call back. so, it seems they want us hold our end of contract by honoring the price and space but they cant deliver the products.
