Came in to get a tire replaced this morning. They were very attentive and they worked efficiently. Knowing I didn’t have much time, they were able to get the job done in no time. I would definitely come back….great customer service!

I love this store!! The staff is fantastic!! They are always professional ! They spend time explaining the “situation” to the customer. They are so helpful! I trust them completely! I always spoke with Russ at the front desk. He was always great! Today I met Tory at the front desk. I was very impressed with his help!! I always recommend the store to my friends!

My car was taken care of well and offered excellent customer service by Frank and Tory, they went out of their way to assist me and help me get tires on my car asap for a fair price. I would have given a five star review, however my only complaint is a mistake was made when ordering my tires, a gentleman by the name of Cesar ordered my tires for me the day before and although he was helpful and courteous to me and assisted me with the tire finance process, when I asked him more than once if he ordered an all season tire for my car, a summer tire ended up being delivered the next day and had I not noticed the tires not being the same type that I had ordered this could have ended in a dangerous situation or damage to my car with me assuming they were all season tires and driving summer tires in cold weather. I ended up having to install more expensive tires because I needed tires asap and they were the only tires in stock for my car. I appreciate the mistake being fixed right away and me still being able to get tires the same day.

The service here was fantastic. I’ve been coming here for years when Eddie was still there. My servicer Tory was wonderful and attentive.They have fast service and they even gave me a VIP parking spot while waiting to be serviced. Hands down one of the best places to get your car serviced.

Everyone was professional and courteous. I was called and informed when my tires came in earlier than expected. Having 4 new tires changed was quick. Tory was very helpful and their are a lot of tires on display.

Quick work and fair pricing. Easy to work with. Brought it in for tires initially, but started bringing it in for oil changes and tire rotations. Oil change comes with a free safety inspection too.

I visited this location on 6/27/2021 due to finding a leak in my tire the same morning. I called around and they were able to accommodate me within the hour. They scheduled me over the phone and I was out and repaired after thirty minutes. The technicians were very helpful and professional. I will visit this specific location whenever I need assistance.

I needed some work done (including my annual inspection), on my vehicle and decided to check them out. The staff were professional, courteous and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle every step of the way. While adhering to COVID-19 guidelines, the environment (also the seating area) was clean and the appearance was welcoming. I was in and out in no time! Infact, by the time I sat down and got comfortable, boom, my car was ready and good to go. They exceeded my expectations and the price was unbeatable! If I cant give these guys a 0 start I do it.The problems with these guys....they are so desperate for catch ur money that they dont care if they do a job or understand the simple problem for a car ....remember they want to charge a 120 for hour ...I went for a freaking inspection waiting for an hour and just for give the same paper from the DMV 10 DAYS EXTENSION even when the guy in front knows that was a new registration.Thats the reason I prefer to pay my regular mechanic instead to going to these scam place.

I went there for oil change for my BMW X5. Before reaching the target milage my car started showing that my engine oil is running out. Took my car to BMW dealership and they found that Mavis Tire discount, Franklin Square Ave has stripped my oil pan drain plug and my oil was leaking slightly. I approached them with this issue and they were so irresponsible. I have filled a case with regional office and waiting to see whats going to happen. Worst customer care support.

Horrible walk into a place walk up to counter and say, Goodmorning and the staff doesnt even acknowledge you ? Lucky this the only place I could get tires from. But when you have no other option cause your on a spare tire. Dont know how they have people like this working the counter just horrible in this day and age to face this type of service. Avoid Mavis Tire at all expense. Especially if you are Hispanic or Black . As I waited to have tires put on car you see how they treat white people and how they treat Hispanic and Black people it is a wonder how they are still in business. What a way to start the New Year !
