Poor customer service and just an all around bad experience whenever you have to deal with someone for assistance in this location. I should not have to go a town over to get proper service

Rite aid sucks now that they close at 11 pm. And not 24 hrs. Atleast the one in Franklin Sq now closes at 11pm!thanks covid

Was just at this location and was denied entry because they were “deep cleaning” the store. Meanwhile they had other customers being helped inside-does that make sense? NO. If you’re supposed to be deep cleaning the store then only employees should be present in the store. Also, maybe don’t have a cleaning during normal business hours for a virus that has a 98% survival rate.

The old guy told me their camera is not working I dont know his name. Sunday evening. I need the Pic for my passport. But look like the old guy dont wanna take picture... If you dont need the picture business jus tell the customer we dont have Pic booth. Store number is 178. Any one from corporate reading that please tell your employer to behave well. Dont be Laazy

Called this store after I visited at about 3:00 a.m.After listening to a recorded message for about 3 minutes, no one answers the phone because it’s the pharmacy line.

Very bad! There is no A.C and I was sweating as I was shopping and when I went to the cash Register, the cashier was sweating as well! This place should be closed down because the employees work without a A.C. And that is not acceptable!

Love this store, they have great sales, cards, food etc. I go at least once a week, usually more. The milk is real cheap too. Im getting my flu shot this Saturday.

Was accused of shoplifting because i brought in a bag from king kullen, employee threatened and said he called cops and denied giving me his name

They offer no help especially there pharmacy department very disrespectful and nasty there pharmacist offer no help in resolving issues I never experienced in my life such bad customer service
