I went to get a covid test done to travel abroad. I was met by Liz, who was happy to explain the test. Unfortunately I booked the wrong date, but Liz explained how to correct and went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Liz
Went here today to pick up my order, my order was ready so I went to the photo counter to pick up my order that is where the email said to go. A woman employee was standing behind the counter on the phone looked at me and didnt say anything just continue with her conversation which I found so rude I waiting for another 2 minutes then I just went to wait on the line for a cashier, the cashier had to walk over the photo counter to get my order which was already paid for online. So what is the point for order pick up if noone wants to do their job behind the photo counter. I will not pay for anything online from here again the customer service was extremely poor service.
Why is there always a line to pick up pharmacy meds at the Franklin Square location?? Drive through takes forever as well!The Uniondale Walgreens has separate lines for various testing and pick ups.STORE MANAGERS!! You need more help especially now that you added Covid 19 testing and vaccines!!
I was in store today for medication pickup and Pharmacy staff members Zoya and Vicky were very courteous and professional assisting me for my needs. I was very impressed with their respectful manners and now i have chosen this location as my main source for future prescriptions. 2 THUMBS up to Both ladies 💯🇺🇸
Do NOT use the pharmacy here, they have no idea what they are doing.
I went to this branch at 730 Franklin Ave this morning to buy something and at the same time to meet up with the Rep of United Healthcare. I was asking one of the store staffs something and she is not helpful at all. She knows I need help but did not go above and beyond. She just let me look what I needed. Even the Manager acted the same. None of them even greeted customers. In my opinion they need to be proactive when dealing with customers like me. It is so frustrating to go to a store like this. They dont greet customers.
Came here for a covid test and waited 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, there is nobody at this location that solely works the testing so you need to wait in the drive thru pharmacy line for a pharmacist to be available. They also took multiple bookings for one time slot, so when we showed up for our 11:15am time slot there were 8 cars ahead of us already. I would advise not to go to this location, and if you can, drive to other walgreens locations to see if there are people actually working the covid testing drive thru.
Waited over two hours after my scheduled appointment time for a COVID test. Braindead monkeys can do this more efficiently.
Good pharmacy very friendly staff and extremely helpful! Its Rewards program is the best! I would give it 5 stars but, sometimes the line can get a bit long and it can be a little annoying. It would be awesome if Walgreens would have at least 2 extra self-checkout registers for 5 items or less.
They forgot they had my script a few times and given me the wrong medicine once they’ll have you running back and forth to see if you’re medicine is ready because they don’t always answer the phone and when they do one person tells you when to pickup then you get there and another tells you tomorrow. They really need to get it together
A few days ago, I posted a very long paragraph explaining why this Walgreens is in need of help, yes, it was critical, but needed to be said. When I came back to check on it, it wasn’t there. I’m so disappointed, it’s like this Walmart knows how buyer friendly it is... NOT! As I will state again, this place has bad vibes. No one who works there wants to be there... wants to help... or just be a friendly face. In the past year I have only encountered one employee who was willing to help ( and didn’t have an attitude about it ) and I don’t even think he works there anymore. The literal last time I was in this place the cashier was fighting with the customer! If you are in need of a drugstore, go down the block to CVS... where they will actually assist you.
My doctor sent my prescription Tuesday afternoon. It still isn’t filled. The pharmacist keeps telling me tomorrow. It’s now Thursday and of course there telling me tomorrow. Tomorrow is the fourth day. This is ridiculous. They are a bunch of jokers.

Was terrible experience, I was waiting for somebody help me in the area photos for almost 20 minutes, I had to go other place, bad costumer service. 👎
