I was on a hold for over 20 mints then i finally i got someone on the phone i was just making sure if my medicine is ready for pickup the guy goes like my system are down because we just closed i cant help you when i got made i told the guy was on a hold for over 20 mints then he finally help me with my medicine and hung up the phone.
HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORKERS ARE ALWAYS GETTING FIRED AND THERE IS NO STABILITY .
I went in for my second Covid vaccine and the host was very rude. It was a person with a blonde afro. There was no one at the check in table. They are very unorganized and I had to wait an hour for my shot and they gave no medical advice for after care.Im only giving a 2 star because the first time I went, everything went smoothly. But this time, was not good.....that host needs some serious customer service training! It shouldnt be difficult be polite.
Had my covid vaccination here. Went in and spoke to Briana and explained that I dropped off my dad at another CVS for his vaccine. I arrived at 1.15 for my 1.45 appt and asked to sign in. She would not let me wait in the store for my appt and said I had to come back at exactly 1.45. I explained how I dropped my dad off and had to go pick him up. And she still refused but said she can sign me in and then I would have to come back. Then the front store manager came and Im told her name is Lady. She was very rude and told Briana to not sign me in. However, I was not aware of this and stood in front of Briana for a few minutes while she was on her phone thinking I was being signed in. Then Briana asks what are you doing and I said I thought I was being signed in and she said Lady told her not to sign me in.....The service was horrid! As a former CVS front store and pharmacy employee this is very disappointing to see. However, the pharmacy staff was very nice. I even said I would sign in and I dont mind waiting on line. What bothered me the most was how they spoke to me. Rudeness was not needed and not professional. There was not even a line and yet they made me go wait outside in the rain. Was that very necessary? I had a valid reason and simply asked to check in and that I would wait and yet they refused. Will never be going back to this CVS! Id rather drive a few minutes longer instead of going back here to be treated like that!
The lady who serviced me today between 130 PM and 135pm was very rude. I paid her directly and she just dropped the change on the counter with rudeness telling me its because of Covid19. If shes working at CVS she needs to be a good Representation of this Company that I have been using for so long.

Customer Service Poor.Pharmacist Forget to add an ingredient to my prescription, then wanted to change my insurance to refill the same prescription correctly. I had to advise them, that an ingredient was missing.Spoke with Pharmacy representatives and Store Manager.Be Careful!
Not as bad as their overall rating. Sometimes the cashiers are slow but I like this location. Although the snacks and some other departments are overpriced their hygiene a medical items are priced pretty good.

CVS MUST NOT BE TOO PICKY ON WHO WILL MANAGE THEIR STORES BECAUSE THE ONE WHOS MANAGING THIS FRANKLIN AVE. STORE IS NOT ONLY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUSLY ARROGANT BUT DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO READ A RECEIPT. YOU WOULD THINK A BASIC REQUIREMENT WOULD BE THE ABILITY TO READ A RECEIPT! THIS PERSON GAVE ME A HARD TIME WHEN TRYING TO RETURN AN ITEM. COMPLETELY NOT LISTENING TO ME. PROBABLY BECAUSE HE KEPT TALKING OVER ME! AND ALL THAT HE HAD TO SAY ABOUT MY RECEIPT AND THE PURCHASE WAS WRONG. DONT EVEN WANNA GIVE THIS JERK ONE STAR BUT IN ORDER TO GIVE A REVIEW I HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE.
Manager incredibly rude zero customer service. Yelling at her employee to hurry up and finish assisting me with my passport photos. Claiming it was “busy”, reality was that she was annoyed by the fact that she had to bring up costumers whilst other employee helped me. It’s a job for a reason! Extremely disappointed in the customer service been coming to this cvs my whole life, never again.
I just pick up 3 medications at 738pm at the pharmacy and the pharmacist who serviced me was very rude telling me her rule just because I bought 1 hair color back there we only service for medication.

This place is okay, I searched this place up to see where the address was again and I saw some review someone wrote, and I remember that same fat lady. This wasnt too long ago, I was there with my friends when she was following us around the store and we couldnt stop laughing because she was stalking us. She shoulda just went to go watch the security cameras instead of being some creep😂 Her name was Kim Im pretty sure, we looked at her name tag as we left so we could write this
I’ve been hearing some horrible things about this particular CVS pharmacy, but as of Monday, I had such an amazing experience. There was a problem with my kids insurance covering his antibiotics. The pharmacist LeAnn went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me (and my son) to get answers from the insurance company. I truly appreciated her going that extra mile for me as I had my hands full with a very sick kid. I see CVS pharmacy in a new light 😁🤗 thank you LeAnn! 💕
If your hours are no longer 24 hours you should turn off your lights and remove the HUGE Open 24 hours sign from your window. There are 6 customers who have been waiting since at least 6:50. Some since before 645.
Absolutely disgusting service. Walked in ad were badly greeted by a depressed woman that didn’t want to be there. When we went to the express check out I accidentally moved the weight and the machine stopped working and said help is on the way. Nobody came even though there was 4 people at the cashier desk with 0 lines. We went to the cashier. All cashiers had signs that said “go to next cashier “. What!? My boyfriend said to the group of standing cashiers that the machine isn’t working. They were extremely rude and went to automatic offense. They said no you just need assistance so you should’ve just came to us? What!? If help is on the way doesn’t that mean you come to us. One extremely rude woman came out and to assist. She started screaming to the other woman don’t void. Then when she swiped she said kept going on that we don’t cvs card. We felt extremely uncomfortable through the entire experience and were dumbfounded by the level of service provided. Either teach your staff to be friendly or fire them. I will never go into the franklin cvs again.
Self serve checkouts do not work. Waited for 5 minutes locked out from paying before leaving everything behind.
My grandma takes medications like 23 a day and ever since she was operated 3 years ago the pharmacy used toFill up her medications, today 2/17/19 they didn’t wanna fill up iron and vitamin c so I said you’ve been filling this up for years and and now your making me get them off the counter that a lighter in dose more expensive, the otc are 65 mg only 30 in a bottle, the pharmacy has given me 150mg 3 months that the insurance has paid, the pharmacist than tells me “sorry our truck broke down and we did get our delivery, if I were you don’t use this pharmacy as they are rude and don’t want to work, this is the beginning to a long term thing
I only use this pharmacy when Im staying in area. This 1 CVS is one of the worst, in the 4 times of filling a script theres always been a problem. From Dr calling in a urgent med @ 2PM then getting a call from them @ 7 saying its out of stock. They never even called the Dr to inform him. I received a text saying my Rx ready for pickup and when I get there, nothing not even in computer. Pharmacist had to look and found it. Another time 4 rxs called in and got text 1 was ready still waiting for the rest.Staff is rude and unprofessional, except for 1 person named David who goes out of his way to help, so if u run into a problem I would ask for him.

The CVS is nice, but fyi the pharmacy itself is NOT 24 hour only the CVS store portion is 24 hour.
Love me some CVS for great prices and amazing coupons. Assist me un peovising items to meet the needs of eaxh of my family under one roof from prescription meds to shampooe and how about cereal and milk. Love u CVS.
Some white manager there named Kim (shes really fat, has a really big chin, and has brown hair) was an absolute b*tch. If you come here dont ask her for help, she was super rude and unprofessional.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. rude and unprofessional. i had a problem filling a rx and they kept telling me that it was something with my ins when in fact they were not processing the rx correctly. fyi i still wasnt able to get the rx smh
Terrible pharmacy in this particular CVS. They dont make things easier for a customer. They just get more complicated. New faces all the time. Its a total disaster.
The pharmacist here had me come in to pick up my prescription, had me sit and wait while they filled the script and then told me that they didnt have it part of what I needed and that I had to go to a different location to pick it up. What a waste of my time!!!!! Go to Walgreens down the block.
This was one pharmacy where the pharmacist took drug interactions seriously and warned me about what not to take with my medication.
