My little one and I frequently come here for a Friday Night end of the week treat. The ladies have always been warm, welcoming and helpful. They even help me with her portion control after she piled on an unhealthy amount of gummies at one visit. Now, they help me encourage fruits, and help her wait and count out the gummies. This might not mean much to some, but as a parent I truly appreciate these small gestures.

Wow! The best service I have ever had. Walked in and was greeted by Isabella! She deserves a raise! Gave me my spoon in such a efficient and sweet manner. She was there for me and asked if I needed any help! Definitely will be coming back!

Our go to place for Frozen Yogurt. It is serve yourselve, it is clean. Some days service is good and other days not as good, so taking a star off. Frozen yogurt flavors are very good!

Costumer service is excellent . Very good varieties of smoothies, I personaly loved the peanut butter protein one, good source of energy after a good workout. Overall excellent place.

My super peanut butter cup shake didnt live up to my expectations. It tasted like ice, peanut butter and water. They gladly added some sweetener to appease me but unfortunately it was from the same shake I previously order.

5 stars for the acquired taste that was accomplished. First time here and the team was pleasant. I dont expect much from a smoothie bar but the menu was attraction. Inside and outside was clean. The advertisement on the outside was in the right place. It was good timing because this was the only location open on the 4 of July.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive had the yogurts with all the great toppings they offer. You have to try their all natural smoothies. They have ginger, beets and kale, etc. They are delicious and will give you the energy you need. Definitely a healthy choice.

I loved this place so much. The people there are so nice. There are different varieties of smoothies, drinks and yogurts with so many flavors. Also the prices are really cheap so my mom really liked that.

My family luvs this place but the reason I gave it three stars is due to cross contamination with nuts. Since COVID-19 theyve been making everything for you. They have one bowl with multiple scoopers for the sides. While I was there I saw them dip into different sides with the same spoons. Normally each one has a seperate spoon so I felt a little safer giving it to my son. This time I was completely uncomfortable, so I didnt purchase anything for him. Maybe in the future Red Mango may come up with a safer way but In the meantime if your child has an allergic reaction of any kind you may want to stay clear.

This is a small little shop I go here with my son and my wife... the place is clean and I don’t ever see anything dirty there... the cashiers seem to be nice I’ve never had an issue with them so far... it just a little gem in the plaza in this part of LI... worth a visit if you are in the area.

Ordered a delivery through this place on GrubHub. What was projected to be a 30m delivery far exceeded an hour. No fault to Red Mango, but upon receiving my order it turned out that it was missing all the toppings and sauces we ordered. To add insult to injury, the delivery took so long that our waffles turned into soggy pieces of overcooked batter.I give two stars because the smoothies were great and the flavor of waffles was interesting. However, the toppings were too expensive to just not get it with our food and the soggy waffles made for a miserable experience.Id post pics of the waffles but Google doesnt seem to support pics on these reviews. For the sake of imagery, imagine a pancake thats was afflicted with chickenpox and skin tags.

I understand sometimes it can be bussy and they’re in a rush but their attitude here it’s insane.There we’re only 2 customers ahead of me and I asked for a green juice which I know it takes time to make, however the lady there got so mad just because I asked for it. She said: Next time, order ahead because they take time to make and we can’t do many orders at the same time. It looks good how she responded right?But guess what? She screamed at me infront of the other customers...like...I’m not rushing herIt would not become an issue but just the way she talk to me changed everything. Worst part of this is that everytime I go she has the same f****** attitude. She doesn’t deserve that position.

Ik the food and everything is good but their service is horrible. I had went to get something and I was two minutes early from it closing and as I walk in they say they are closed and they already closed the machines. They are saying they are under 18 then why are you working then if u can’t do something because of ur age. I ask them if they can just turn the machines back on and they say that the yogurts not gonna be good after I close it and turn it back on. But I’m eating it but they are not. If you ever wanna go to red mango just don’t go here.

Great fro-yo! I woulld like to see a non-dairy frozen yogurt that is not soy based. They now have acai bowls so that is a great alternative to a sugary treat :-)

Its always a pleasure to go to Red Mango after my sons basketball game except today. The whole gang got their ice cream as I ordered 2 acai bowls for my wife like normal as I have for the last year or so. I requested a girl to make my acai bowl with love for my wife and I, as is the ritual every Tuesday as some are made better than others. The request is normally met with a smile or a I sure will. However, this time around I got a plain face response from a young lady who called herself Rachel who then passed the task on to another young lady who Rachel called Diana who began to put the wrong topping on. Now I am a soft spoken guy and I said to this young lady, Im sorry but I requested real peanut butter from the cashier and it was like it didnt even matter to Diana as she proceeded to ask me 3 times, but this is ok, right, its ok, right. It was like she was trying to hypnotize me into her imitation peanut butter option. After the third time of me telling her what I wanted I said, No, its not ok, I wanted real peanut butter. This lady rolled her eyes at me went in the back and proceeded to make it. At this point it slowly sinking in to me and my family that Diana is not happy with me and shes making a bowl for my wife. So I position myself where I could see the kitchen and I see the two girls laughing in the back. Diana comes out with it and at this point Im thinking maybe its me, and a straight faced and rolling of the eyes employee who suddenly finds humor together in the kitchen while making my food doesnt automatically mean I need to be concerned, so I say to Diana, thank you so much and receive no response from her. There is no excuse for that. I own several businesses and if any of my employees were to treat one of my customers like this theyd be suspended if not fired on the spot. Im sad to say that I will not be going back to this Red Mango after a 1 year ritual following my kids basketball game.
