I took in my 1991 Jeep Wrangler to address a stalling issue. I mentioned to the service writer that my fuel filter was also leaking, and I wanted that replaced. I also asked for the parking brake to be adjusted. Two days later, I got the call that the vehicle was ready. When I arrived, they informed me that they were unable to reproduce the stalling issue, so nothing had been done to fix it. They had, however, replaced the fuel filter and adjusted the parking break. I declined additional diagnostics at the time, and paid my bill. I got in the car, and it stalled out on me before I left their parking lot. I backed up, and went back inside. The service writer was baffled, but I agreed to leave the vehicle for them to try to diagnose the problem again. As I was waiting to be picked up, I looked under the vehicle and saw fuel leaking. Yup, the fuel filter was still leaking. I show that to the service writer, and he promised to have it fixed. At that time, the service writer admitted to me that they only had three mechanics on duty, despite having a giant shop.5 days later, and they contact me again. They still, despite claiming they tried and tried, could not get the vehicle to stall. They claimed to have done almost three hours of diagnostics, but came up with nothing. Besides the fact that the service writer admitted that it had stalled on him numerous times, it had to stall for the tech for them to admit it had an issue. When I got there to pick it up.....yup.....the fuel filter was still leaking. They initially agreed to cut the diagnostic charges in half, but dropped them altogether when I showed the manager the leaking fuel filter. The picture I took for the manager is attached. As I drove off with the vehicle, it stalled three times in a 1 mile drive. The next mechanic I took it to had no issues reproducing the issue, and has diagnosed the problem. Furthermore, he confirmed that the fuel filter is still leaking, and stated that it doesnt even look new.I have owned dozens of cars, and am somewhat versed in the way a car works. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. They are understaffed and their techs are completely incompetent. Do not, under any circumstances, take your vehicle to Autofix.
This place is amazing! I called on a Monday afternoon and they were able to get me in that same day and finished it by Thursday. (For reference, the Ford dealership couldnt even get me in until Friday. The entire staff was very professional and easy to talk to. The manager Tracy kept me updated through text the entire time. She let me know as soon as she had an ETA for when the repairs would be complete and pickup was a breeze. They definitely earned my trust and I will be back for any future repairs that I need.
Took my car there for fixing the AC that stopped blowing cold. Got there at 8am and they called me back at almost 1pm to tell me I just needed refrigerant, then called me back at 4pm to tell me I also needed a new condenser because mine was bent very visible and supposedly had a huge hole (dont know how they missed that the first time) so they finished at around 5pm and picked it up just to realize it still wasnt blowing cold and compressor had big trouble engaging, almost to the point it was almost turning off the engine due to low rpms. took it back immediately and while waiting for the technician I noticed one of the fans wasnt working. Technician came and hit it with a screwdriver and it started working but now he says the reason why my AC is not blowing cold is because of the fan (that he missed to diagnose malfunctioning) and had to leave the car for another 2 days.2 days later I go and pick up my car just to still notice is blowing cold but just for a few seconds then goes back to warm air and then cold air again, its like the AC is not maintaining temperature so they take it back and tell me the compressor clutch has some wear (again, they diagnose after Im telling them the AC enganing noise is extremely loud and it shouldnt be like that. to this point I could tell theyre just guessing whats wrong instead of actually finding the problem). Their option is changing the compressor and they offer me a lower quote because of the inconviniences of dropping off the car almost 3 times now and tell me that if this doesnt fix the issue theyll pay for whatever it needs from now on so I agree and leave my car with them for over 5 more days.I finally pick it up 2 weeks after the initial drop off just to realize they didnt do anything, they just changed cabin filters which I had changed 2 months ago and also has nothing to do with the ac malfunction. Also, the problem of blowing cold intermittently persisted. The problem was that at idle it was blowing 60 degrees out of the vent and the lady at front desk says it blows as cold as her mini cooper but then I tell her at highway speed it goes up to almost 70 degrees (which according to the technician diagnose it should even work better with more airflow right?) and she tells me I cant expect it to blow as a new car (lady you just told me 2 minutes ago it was blowing like your new car wth?) I also noticed at highway speed the compressor cycling was extremely often almost like every 5 seconds so I stop and check it just to notice it was having such a hard time to cycle that it was just shutting itself off and thats why it was bugging down the engine that much. In the end I decided to buy a set of gauges and check it myself and turns out they overcharged the system it was 210 psi idle and almost 400 psi at 2500rpm so I adjusted the pressure dropping it around 20 psi and fixed the issue, now my AC blows 40 degrees out of the vent and the compressor cycles perfectly with no hard times. If I could give them 0 stars I would because they charged me over 1700$ and didnt fix my problem, maybe they even changed parts that didnt need to be changed. I have to note they did empty the system and recharge it again and still did it wrong. Guys if you dont want to mess up your car just avoid this place at all cost!Ill add pictures and videos showing how the ac wasnt cycling propperly, the gauge readings before (400psi) and after (260psi) fixing it myself, Temperature when they fixed it (60 degrees) and the temperature its blowing now after fixing it myself (40 degrees). AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!
I thought I was going to like this place, but am disappointed to say that I am not going to be trusting them with my car again. I have taken my car to be serviced here three times now. First time was for leaking hoses for the radiator, second time comes around and looks like weve got more leaking hoses and radiator issues, dont know how this was missed the first time. On my second visit I was told my car would be ready in two days, this however turned into a week as they kept adding reasons as to why they had to keep delaying the repair. For some reason they will not give any sort of estimate over the phone as they want you to bring it in for them to look at; however, this is just a tactic to get you into their shop so youll repair it with them. Not worth it.
The team at AutoFix literally took me in as a walk-in 10 minutes before they closed to inspect a car I wanted to purchase for my teens. They took approximately an hour of their own time to inspect the car from top to bottom. They were completely professional and gave me a full report. They found two issues with the car that there is no way I would have even noticed. Because of that, the dealer took care of the issues right away and now I know for a fact that my kiddos are driving a perfectly safe vehicle. I believe the charge for this service was $130!! They are, in my book, the absolute best. I will be letting all my teen parents know to head their way and have them inspect any car they intend on purchasing or repairing etc…
I had a parasitic drain - I couldnt figure out where it was coming from. AutoFix quickly found the issue and fixed it! Great communication throughout (love doing it all through text messages!). Ive had several cars serviced here - highly recommended!!
The customer service is top notch- I didn’t have to call to receive an update - I was informed each step of the way. Very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable group of people to work with.
Helped me get back on my roadtrip same day. Treated me like family. One staff member even gave a ride to my hotel in their own vehicle. Truly excellent service.
I had my tires rotated yesterday and everything seemed fine until I started hearing a crazy noise and vibration. I went back in today and told them what was going on and they didn’t have a tech available to look at it (that’s totally fine, I didn’t have an appointment today so I’m not upset about that) but when I described what was happening, they said it was normal to feel and hear vibrations after a tire rotation. I don’t know anything about cars so I said cool, thanks and I left. I told my husband about it and he went to check it out...turns out 4 of the 5 lug nuts on my drivers side tire weren’t tightened at all. They were just flopping around. Like I said, I don’t know anything about cars so I asked my husband if this was a big deal and he’s like yea, if we would have gone on our trip this weekend we probably would have lost a tire and possibly wrecked on the interstate. Obviously there’s nothing that can be done about it now but I feel like I just dodged a bullet.
I’ve been taking my vehicle to Autofix for several years and it has been consistently pleasant! No complaints whatsoever. I have recommended them to everyone I know.
Super nice, extremely helpful. Issue while traveling and immediately took care of our truck. Heard the interaction with others while waiting and extremely impressed with how they took the time to explain to everyone their vehicles needs and priority in which to complete.
Great people. Finished my oil change in record time. They care about their customers.
Transparent with pricing and they gave me great service as well! Very responsive when asked about status updates of the vehicle
No matter what the situation is with my car ( and there have been many), your people especially Martine, Tracy and Daniel are always courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. That’s how thorough your company (Autofix) is.They also maintain good senses of humor, at times needed in a business that can be frustrating for all concerned. From my old car to your excellent work.Sincerely, J. Steele
Had an incredible experience working with Tracy. As a young mom repair shops can feel uncomfortable and I get worried about being taken advantage of- couldn’t be further from the case here! They went above and beyond to give me peace of mind picking up and driving my car. Would absolutely recommend!
Auto Fix is my go to place for auto repairs. Recently I had an oil change, new brakes and a wheel alignment, the price quoted is the price paid and my vehicle is always serviced quickly and without any surprises.
The crew at AutoFix was great as we tried to diagnose a pesky, intermittent problem with my car. Eventually, the cause was determined and fixed quickly.
Love these guys. Had so many bad experiences with ‘other’ repair shops in town until I found Autofix a few years ago.I trust and recommend them to all my friends.
Autofix repaired a defective transmission park position switch on my 2018 Chevrolet Traverse that resulted in shift to park messages and prevented the car ignition from turning off. I have had no issues since the repair.I love that Autofix does not charge the dreaded non refundable diagnostic fee charged by Chevrolet car dealerships. I was given a firm quote for the cost of the repair before work was started and there were no surprises later. I thought the repair cost was very reasonable. The facility is very nice.Communication was very good. They responded immediately to my text messages. This was my first visit and will be my new go to for future auto repairs.
Very professional and friendly. Always go the extra mile to make sure work is fine properly
Their radio ad says you can receive a free 15 minute inspection without an appointment. When I arrived I was told the soonest I could be seen was 2 weeks later.I dont know about you, but I only take my car to a repair shop when theres something wrong. Im not waiting 2 weeks.
AutoFix was great at helping me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. They were quick and open and honest. The mechanic was super easy to talk to and answered all our questions.
I highly recommend AutoFix. Great Customer service, friendly staff, and knowledgeable techs. Love the fact that you can go back and talk to the tech who’s working on your vehicle. Very reasonable prices as well - much better than dealership!
Customer service is the best I have experienced. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer. All work is done by the book using OEM parts. If you are looking for a partner to maintain your car, this is a business you should strongly consider.
Service was exceptional and timely! No hidden charges, straightforward. Will definitely use again!Thank you!
Tracy & Martine and always so nice, professional and on top of ever detail, and the technicians always do a phenomenal job!
Auto fix and their staff always does an amazing job on my vehicles.
We appreciate the great service we receive at Auto Fix. The repair department and customer service team are excellent and repairs are done quickly and well.
Took my sons car there for a gas leak last year..was told he needed a new gas line was also told we couldnt get the line without getting the tank..they ordered the tank and it came without the line so they had to order it again..finally got it fixed.fast forward to may 26 my sons car does the same thing..took it to a different shop..turns out the fuel line was leaking again turns out the gas line was the wrong one and routed improperly so it was rubbing and got cut(turns out that you can just get the gas line)autofix charged me 2700.00 to do the job wrong and it cost me another 1600.00 to get it done right..so steer clear of this placeEdit: i was contacted by the managerChristy we had a lengthy conversation and she admitted they dropped the ballbut we did too.we came to an agreement that was fair for everybody.before you leave a review contact management first.Thank you for being so kind and professional Christy
I really like the check in process with your name on the welcome board. It makes you feel more like family than just a number to get through to get to the next number in line.
AutoFix is a pleasure to work with. Martine and Tracy keep you well informed as to vehicle status. They have performed work on three of my vehicles. Latest service was a little more extensive involving work on front transaxle and transfer case. The issue wasnt resolved initially but they completed final repairs under warranty at no cost to me. They are an honest repair facility that I will continue to use in the future and recommend to others.
I highly recommend this place. They are professional, offer solutions and alternatives and reasonable price. People in front desk are great.
Autofix is amazing! This is the only shop in town that I like to use for all my services. The staff is very friendly and the mechanics really well knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. Pretty straight forward crew. Its all about the customer service and being honest. I wont go to another shop. I highly recommend autofix. You wont go wrong.
They got the parts in and installed promptly. They had great communication throughout the process.
I originally gave then TWO STARS but like their dishonest ads, they bury all but 5 star ratings to give a FALSE representation. Mr Stokes advertises tired of getting ripped off by auto tepair shops?... well he is NO different than all other shops. He over diagnoses the problems. He charges about the same per hour and if the book says a job is 4 hours and they only take 1 hour, you pay ALL 4 hours (EXACTLY like a all the rest!!). Also you are not given a 3yr 36000 mile warranty, you PAY for it with parts that are 2x more expensive than you can buy yourself at retail (& theirs are not name brands). Surprised that one who touts having been a youth pastor would be so deceptive in his advertising. Will i use them again? Now that i know how they play the game, they are friendly, they seem to do good work and they at least do stand behind the warranty you buy. So yes i will probably lt use them again-- but their advertising is VERY misleading. Its not the deal they say.
Needed a quick oil change!! They took me at 3pm and was done in less than hour. My go to mechanic now!
Just called to get a quote on fixing the Transmission in my truck and the girl told me that I had to bring the truck in....LOL... So they either want me to push the truck in or have a tow truck bring it to them. Makes it real hard to get a quote unless you are next door. I live an hour away.
I was happy that a free diagnostic service was available and the staff at the desk was nice. However i was very concerned about the very high price i was given to fix the issue. The price quoted for the catalytic converter was extreme. I realize the part was an OEM, but afterword i checked with the dealer myself for a price. I feel the markup done by Autofix was extreme to say the least.
Awesome service. With any business that I deal with, I will pay good money for guaranteed quality. I am not saying that auto fix/ eurofix are the most inexpensive, but I know the quality of service that I am going to receive. Definitely worth knowing what youre gonna get.
This is a wonderful business. Martine and Tracy are a pleasure and go out of their way to take care of their customers. I trust them completely.
I brought my F150 to Autofix for repair on the turbo coolant lines on my Ecoboost motor. I was well aware of the labor needed to complete this time consuming task! They listened to my concerns for the vehicle and completed a preliminary inspection. No surprises as they diagnosed exactly what I knew was wrong with the vehicle. In addition, they identified an issue with my vacuum pump that I had not informed them existed, but I was aware needed attention. I liked their process as they were very specific to the exact cost of each repair and there were no surprises. Additionally, the prices quoted for repairs were fair and reasonable for the amount of work needed. The staff communicated the timeline to fix my truck and kept me informed throughout the process with multiple communications. The team fixed my truck ahead of schedule.I have driven 100+ miles since the repair and everything is perfect.I would definitely recommend this shop as I believe they were honest, proficient, and professionals in the service they provided. If I need future repairs I will return to Autofix.
Great communication from everyone at Autofix. If you want an honest mechanic, look no further.
I love the people at AutoFix. They do excellent work and are super friendly.
They have always done right by.me. Good service and reasonable prices.
Flat out dishonest. I took my Jeep in for an oil change as I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change 34.99. I was charged 39.89 & with tax it came to 43.78. When I asked about the additional $5.00 I was informed there is an additional fee for Shop Supplies. If AutoFix knows there is an additional $5.00 then they should say so on the coupon. I was certain that they would use shop supplies to do the oil change. I dont know how else you would do it. Thats like buying a hamburger & being charged an extra two dollars because they used a spatula to make it. We wont be back & I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.I do need to say that the woman at the front desk was exceptionally kind & professional.
Ive used them a few times, and they are always friendly, honest, and professional.
They did a great job on our cooling system repair at a fair price and the work was thorough and efficiently.
Great service, quality work and always on time.
Martine was great! She took the time to explain everything.
They are exactly like their commercials
Had my first experience at this shop today. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Josh was my mechanic - he was awesome. He wasnt able to diagnose the issue immediately, but asked if I could drive and point out the problem and once I did, he pinpointed the problem and put my worries to rest. Will be coming back! Thanks
AS A FORMER MILITARY AND RETIRED CIVIL SERVICE PERSON i WASNT GOING TO DO THIS BUT IM REALLY TIRED OF THESE PLACES.I LIKED THE FLYER AND TOOK MY TRUCK TO GET THE AC WORKED ON AND A OIL CHANGE. IT WAS RIGHT AT A 1000. TO GET FIXED. THAT INCLUDED THE DIAGNOSTIC WHICH MOST PLACES DONT CHARGE IF YOUR VEHICLE IS FIXED BY THEM.THE WORST PART WAS I CALLED AND TOLD I NEEDED OVER 4800.00 IN FRONT END REPAIR. WHEN I ASKED WHAT NEEDED FIXING THE MOST THE SERVICE WRITER EXCITEDLY TOLD ME THAT IT ALL NEED DONE WITHOUT DELAY. I TOLD HER I WOULD BE IN TO PICK UP MY TRUCK.I THEN TOOK MY TRUCK TO MY REGULAR FRONT END PERSON AND GAVE THE LIST OF THINGS AUTO FIX SAID THAT WAS BAD. HE AGREED THAT THERE WAS A LOT OF WEAR ON SAID PARTS AND GAVE ME A ESTIMATE USING ONLY THE BEST OF HEAVY DUTY PARTS AND HIS ESTIMATE AND TOTAL WITH AND INCLUDED BRAKE SERVICE WAS A TOTAL OF 2350.A DIFFERENCE OF TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS.WHEN ASKED WHY MY MECHANIC SHOWED THAT AUTO FIX OVERCHARGED FLAT RATE BY CHARGING EACH REPAIR ON THE LIST ITS OWN FLAT RATE. THIS IS COMMONLY REFEREED TO AS DOUBLE AND EVEN TRIPLE DIPPING . SHAME ON THIS COMPANYALL I CAN SAY IS THAT IF YOU EVER GET ANYTHING FIXED HERE TAKE YOUR WORK ORDER TO SOMEONE IN THE KNOW AND HOW TO SPOT SOMETHING LIKE THIS.I WILL CONTINUE POSTING THIS COMMENT EVERYTIME I GET THE FLYER FROM THIS COMPANY.SHAME ON YOU
Everytime I need a check up on the car, a big fix or just a simple oil change I know I can rely on Auto Fix to take care of me. Martine is so friendly and helpful and has even scheduled us last minute when we are in a bind. I truly feel valued as a customer and always appreciate their quality service.
Called on a whim for an oil change quote, and the receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only honored a coupon that I didnt bring with me, but they were not pushy at all when I declined additional services. Took about the same time as Valvolines expressoil change stops. Such kind staff that I will definitely be seeing again for services in the future!!
Efficient, affordable, and friendly!
Brought the car into AutoFix of Franklin to have them investigate the source of noise coming from the back of our car. They determined that it was the right rear hub bearing that needed to be replaced. They fixed it the same day and the car sounds great. Tracy Cooper, the service advisor, couldnt have been nicer. She even sent me a text a few days later asking if the work went well. Im so glad we chose AutoFix of Franklin.
Easy to work with and trust worthy
Always friendly. Really like main mechanic as he came out and explained everything to me the first time I took my car in for a repair. Would have given 5 star if it were not for the dirty waiting area with tons of food between the couch cushions and the fact that they left me standing at the counter for about 10 minutes after my car was brought out without a single word or even acknowledging me.
I called AutoFix to schedule an oil change for my Ford Escape. Thankfully, they were able to get me in the next day. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the manager, Branch, with a bottle of water and a warm chocolate chip cookie...yes a warm cookie. Who does that? Within no time they had my car around back for the oil change and I set up camp in the waiting room and worked on my laptop. Very comfortable and clean amenities. It didnt take long for Branch to come grab me to show me what was going on with my vehicle. Fortunately, it was nothing major, but his mechanic pointed out some minor recommendations to help maintain my car. I asked how long it would take, and they said everything was in stock and they would have it ready within a few minutes. All in all, my experience was quick, painless, and extremely professional. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. The only con is that now Im craving cookies when I drive by.
Referred by a friend and I know why. They personally showed me everything that needed repaired and explained why. They gave clear and competitive estimates for everything. Service took just a few days and they gave me a loaner with no hassle. Final prices were consistent with the estimates. They even shined my tires and cleaned the vehicle up a bit. Like any auto shop, they are certainly trying to get the most business out of you on the spot, but I guess Im used to it. Its just nice not to be lied to for once by a mechanic in Franklin.
My car had a P0420 code so I took it to the local Chevy dealer, they said I need a catalytic converter replacement, estimate $1200. Took the car to Autofix in Franklin for the same code, estimate $1963.10 incl. O2 sensors. I thought you guys were less expensive than the dealer per Arron Stokes. This was a disappointment to say the least.
Absolutely the best customer service!! Branch and the guys are a great team. They took care of my vehicle and took the extra time to explain the issues to me. They offered different options to remedy the issues. I didnt feel like it was just a car repair in which they were paid. I wasnt just a number. So many time a female can take a car to a garage for one issue and come back to pick up only to receive a list of other issues that must be fixed immediately to the tune of extra hundreds of dollars. They took the time to make the repairs is a cost effective way for me. They rock at customer service!! Got a personal tour of the garage. That has to be the cleanest garage ever!! Of course the warm cookie and cold bottle of water when entering the office is a special touch. :)Thanks Auto Fix!!!
I said all of this on yelp, and you cant mess with perfection, so here it is again:Im from out of state, but when my van started having problems while I was in town, I brought it to AutoFix and I couldnt be more glad that I did. This company provided EXCELLENT service. The staff is unbelievably friendly, and everyone there seems genuinely happy to be there and happy to serve you--NOT something you see everyday! What a refreshing change of pace. They completed several repairs that my van required and replaced my tires for a far better price than I was quoted by my local NTB. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I feel that they did a very thorough job. I feel very comfortable trusting them with the safety of my family. The manager Branch, and the tech, Barry, who worked on my car were both very pleasant and happy to meet my needs. They have a wonderful waiting area, and free shuttling, both from their shop, and back to their shop so that there is no need to sit and wait for long periods of time or make plans with friends or family. Saying that Im VERY HAPPY with the service I received at AutoFix is an understatement. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.I forgot to mention the cookies. Yes, they have cookies. Go to the AutoFix side.
Love this place! So kind, quick, and helpful with great prices. Took my car in a few months ago when I went over a curb and they fixed it for 15 dollars, and took it in today after I went over a parking divider and they looked at it for free! Great customer service.
Very friendly. I had my clutch and flywheel replaced. Car feels like new. I had to bring it back for an issue I didn’t have when I brought the car. They did the right thing and not charge me. They gained a new customer. What I really love about this place is they’ll give you a car (loaner) for to use while they work on your car without any charge. This makes up for them not being open on weekends.
AutoFix was by far the best car repair experience I have had. I brought my car in one morning for an oil issue I had been having for a few weeks. They quickly fit me into their schedule, gave me an honest assessment of the issue, and resolved it at a great price. Their customer service is fantastic. They earned my trust, and its the only place Im bringing my car from now on.
Our experience of Autofix was very unpleasant to say the least. Our vehicle, 2012 GMC Acadia, had AC malfunction, and the traction-control switches on/off automatically. Both issues happened about two months ago, but the car was perfectly drivable. We were looking for a new vehicle and was planning to trade the car in, but first wanted to take it to the Autofix to see if it is worth fixing. The shop called with a quote of that we could not afford. We told them that since we are planning to trade this car for a new one, we will not fix it and the car is not worth that amount. As we were ready to pick up the car from the shop, we got another phone call from them telling us that now our car could not be driven. The reason was that when the mechanic was inspecting the Roden damage of the wire, it was further moved causing the vehicle to go into the limp mode/engine reduced power mode, which the car could not be driven above 10 miles an hour. And then, the car was required to be repaired. We told the shop again that we would not fix the car just as we did at the very beginning, and we asked the car to be restored to the way we dropped it. But we did not ask the shop to fix the Roden damage issue as they wrote on the quote. They insisted on refusing to help restore the car to the way they received it and repeatedly told us that the limp mode could happen anytime, and it was not their fault. However, the car had been perfectly drivable in the normal way for more than two months while those issues existed. After more than one hour of waiting at the shop, they were finally willing to restore the car to the way it was. (did not fix it, just got the car out of the limp mode). As I was retrieving the key from the staff, she threw a horrible attitude toward me as if I took great advantage of the shop. But the fact was: our car was just at the same status as we dropped it off that morning, they did not fix anything, but it caused us several hours trying to sort out this absurdity and non-sense with them.We will never return to them again.
Its a shame that there are only 5 stars. Branch Atkinson and his team at AutoFix Franklin are superb. From the warm cookie and cold water to being able to shake the hand of the technician working on my car... it was a great experience. Highly recommend...whether you drive a Mazda or Maserati .. did i say High recommend..THIS IS THE WAY CAR REPAIR IS SUPPOSED TO BE!
I have tried many car repair garages since I moved to Middle Tn in 1990. In 2015 I tried AutoFix Franklin on a whim. Wow. Best Ever car repair experience....EVER! All of my vehicles are now taken to AutoFix. This afternoon I dropped off my Mountaineer for what I assumed would not be fixed for a day or two only to be called back within hours telling me it was ready. Taking my MDX in tomorrow for maintenance. Expect the same great service. Great people! Quick repairs! Very Friendly! No High Pressure! Very professional people who just want to help you get your vehicle back on the road. Just good old service and WAY LESS than what others charge. Took my 16 year old daughter in to meet them today. She liked them too. Highly recommend!!
Good communication and thorough. Never talked down to me as a customer and made it known they appreciated the business.
This place is AWESOME. Great prices, quick labor, they even vacuumed out the drivers floor board when they were finished. I’ll be returning.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Inside of shop is incredibly clean and upscale. Team was incredibly nice and walked me through exactly what they would look for in my car and even took me for a tour through the garage. Cleaned my car even though I just got an oil change! Finally I have an auto shop I can trust. Thanks you.David S Thomas
Fast diagnosis and didnt charge me to look at.
I have been to Auto Fix twice now for oil changes and they have been great. The waiting area is very nice with comfortable seating, free drinks and snacks, and tv.The staff is friendly and they make sure you are pleased with their service. They called me two weeks after my last visit to check in and make sure they met my expectations. Overall great experience so far. Unless they change management, I expect it to stay this way.
I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have taken to many shops around Franklin trying to get the AC to blow cold. Blend doors have been replaced, new compressor, fans etc.....one shop kept it for a month before ever getting back to me. Branch looked at the services performed at other locations as well as on jeep forums to try to figure out the issue. Rick, the Jeep mechanic was a Godsend! He was able to figure out the issue and fix it at a reasonable rate. That was two years ago! I still have the jeep and only take it to Auto Fix in Franklin for all services needs. I just recently took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. Jennifer is a new service writer there and took super care of me! Im thankful to have a local company that cares about its employees and customers.
Great customer service, very helpful and friendly. My car had a lot of problems with it - it took several attempts of me picking up the car, test driving it, and finding more things that needed to be fixed, but Im very happy with the results now that it is all done. My favorite part was Joseph, the shuttle driver. He was really helpful and on time for picking me up / dropping me off at my office while the car was being worked on.
These people stand behind their work. Honestly, its some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I had an expensive repair done there. I drive a diesel and had my fuel injection pump replaced. Its about a $2,000 job. A few months later, it failed again. They were not able to determine the cause but they replaced it again for free. I then moved to Texas where it failed again. My new mechanic was able to figure out what was causing the failure. It was fuel contamination (something that isnt even covered under most warranties). They actually sent my new mechanic a fuel injection pump at no charge simply because they werent able to figure out the cause of the problems. My new mechanic was really surprised. I would highly recommend this shop.
Very pleased with the service at AutoFix and will definitely be recommending to my friends/family! Everyone there is great to work with- very friendly and attentive staff. Ive taken my car to AutoFix twice now and both times have been happy with the quick and affordable services they offer! If you are wanting honest, affordable, and quick service on your car, AutoFix Franklin is the place for you!
Best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. Nice clean waiting rooms, drinks, snacks, fair pricing and quick turn around. They did the work I asked, and made me aware of some other repairs that might need to be made, but no hard pitch, very consultative. They certainly earned all of my future business.
My car was scheduled for an oil change but when I showed up for the appointment, one of the technicians was not available to help. AutoFix told me it would be an hour because of their reduced workforce, however, they did the job in 25 minutes which was a very pleasant surprise. Way to go AutoFix. You keep winning me over as a customer. 5 stars for you.
I am just an average customer, but I felt like I was a VIP. Every worker I met there was professional, and highly emotionally intelligent. Thank you, guys, for your great job, and helpful attitude!
I was driving and noticed that I had a flat tire. I saw Auto fix on the right of me and quickly pulled up. I spoke to Collin who was very professional and told me we could fix this for you in no time. I am very appreciative for his service and he also welcomed me to snacks in the waiting room. I give this place 100 percent for customer service and car repair.
Autofix was recommended to me by one of my coworkers when my car stopped working this past Monday. Jenna at the front desk is incredibly nice, I was offered bottled water and snacks, and my car was fixed within 3 days (fuel pump needed to be replaced). Excellent service, everyone working there is super nice, and there are coupons online. Definitely go here if you need repairs.
Ran a diagnosis and price. And will be doing future business with them.
Excellent work
Best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. Branch and his team know how to gain your trust with honest advice and economical fixes. They do whats best for you and not whats best for them!
Second trip here, different car this time. Same quick friendly service as before. I have found a service center for my vehicles.
I found Branch and AutoFix to be first class. They were honest, clean, quick and fair priced. I had been going to the dealership for service but am now a convert to Branch and AutoFix. Definitely 5 stars!
You know your dealing with a solid company when management changes and the service is STILL top notch. GM Lucas and sharp-shooter Jenna carry on where Branch left off. And Rick is still the best, HANDS DOWN! Service so good, Its a piece of cake!
Very pleased with their work. Car was stolen and driven hard. They fixed all the issues promptly and professionally.
Excellent, clean, punctual and friendly
Friendly service and very professional. Respectful if their customers.
These guys were amazing! We had an issue with my daughter’s car on the way to college. They were able to quickly and efficiently solve the issue!
If there were an option to rate ten stars these guys would very much get that rating from me!! I cant begin to tell how pleased I am with their services. From the time I walked in I was greeted by friendly smiling faces, everyone eager to assist me right away. I initially went in for an oil change. Once my car was in the back being worked on, Branch the manager, came out to introduce himself personally and sit and speak with me about my car. He took me back gave me a flash light and showed me the few things they had found that I needed work done on. That for one won me over. I have been to many other places in the past to change my oil and had plenty of people throw a list of things wrong with my car and an outrageous price at me, then a see ya later, but NEVER have I had someone allow me to see for myself and explain to me so that I would understand and that meant the world to me (being a 24 year old female who knows much of nothing about engines). They then gave me a more than reasonable price at which they could fix it and as soon as I was ready they immediately got my car in that day, took me to work while they worked on my car, then picked me up as soon as it was ready. I know them all by name and they all remember my name. That right there is customer service!! Not to mention the work they did on my car was phenomenal! (and the waiting area has awesome coffee and food:) I have spread the word of Branch, Rick, Stephen, and the rest of the guys at Autofix here in Franklin and will continue to! Lets just say Ill be a regular here any time I need work done on my car!!
Great experience! I am a little jaded when it comes to car repair places. But this place is the bees knees. Boomer the manager took care of me and Rick and John who were a couple other guys who work there, techs i think.... they gave excellent customer service. I know this will be the place I go to from now on. :)Thanks again guys!!
At this moment Im very very impressed with autofix. Friendly staff and techs that show you what they did and why they did it. Will absolutely be coming to this shop when my car problems become too complex to handle on my own. Absolutely floored by this experience.
Excellent customer service. Branch, the Manager was very courteous and helpful. He explained the work my car needed in detail. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend them.
I went to auto fix for an oil change, they explained me what kind of oil should be used for my car and they didnt force me to go for premium oil which is not necessarily needed for my car, also I said couple of problems in my car. Once the oil change has been done, they took me to the garage and showed me whats the real problem in it. I really appreciate that, because lot of workshops will tell you but they wont show you. Kudos to the entire team for the great work.Suggestion: I know you are doing a complementary multipoint inspection for every vehicle, if you let the customer know what are all the parts that you inspected then the customers will be more happy.
Wow, nice to see customer service at this level -- sincerely impressed. Tracey was am amazing to work with. I will be a repeat customer.
GREAT team at AUTOFIX of Franklin. Reliable and honest service at a convenience, which is hard to come by today. Ask for Branch, he will take excellent care of you and the needs of your vehicle. Keep up the good work guys!
