I tend to not like going into the grocery store unless the peak crowds are gone. This location has a great selection and I think what sets Publix apart from other grocery chains is the people who work there. My goodness, everyone was so genuinely helpful and friendly. The bakery is so delicious, and the web based Publix application is super helpful if you want to find the specific item, as it pinpoints the isle the item is located at. If you cant find something, an employee is always so helpful in assisting.

Nice enough store. Decent enough selection. But horribly overpriced and full of the same kind of pretentious customers one comes to expect when trying to go out in Franklin. I give the store a three and the people in it a one, so 2 stars is generous.

Barely any organic options available. Kroger has WAY more and they are WAY less expensive. Publix also makes you clip you own coupons so being a “member” requires you to do more work if you want a discount. I always tell myself I’ll never shop at Publix again but it’s only 5 min from my house so occasionally I need something in a pinch and will pop in. I always end up regretting it. As someone who wants to keep my family healthy and on a budget, Publix is bottom of the totem pole for grocery shopping in my opinion.

Really enjoy my Publixs shopping experiences, and this one was no different. Their staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Henry in the seafood department, went above and beyond with his customer service, and the lady in the deli prepared the Boars Head Havana Hot cold sub that if theres a better sandwich served anywhere? Well thats a sub I will have to try. I cant say enough about the customer service here. Absolutely incredible.

1/5. I called regarding a cake quote and the employee told me the cake would cost me around $70 depending on the frosting. We budgeted for our wedding based on such because that was the price given. I called back again because I wanted to do a slightly bigger cake only to find out the employee did not quote me correctly and they would not honor what I was told. Yes the manager tried to offer me a much smaller cake and a few cupcakes, but that is not fair to me. It was not even close to what I wanted when I called and I had already purchased my cake stand to accommodate the original cake I called about. Its not my fault employees who arent from the bakery answer the phones. I feel given the circumstances they should have fully honored what was quoted to me the first time I called. I never called back on the small cake and cupcakes because I was too upset about how they handled the situation. It makes them look bad. They should have and still should honor the quote I was originally told because that is what a reputable business who is honest does to ensure their customers are happy. I even tried to write corporate to complain and only heard back from the store. Sweeping it under the rug I suppose and trying to keep it internal.

Even though this store is larger than some of the other Publix locations in Franklin there is still a home town atmosphere. The shelves were fully stocked and the store was really clean. Employees were very courteous and helpful.

Publix is expensive. Gimme some of that Aldi love please and thank you.

This Publix location never gets too crowded. The parking lot is spacious enough so that people are not driving unsafely and fighting for spots. Staff here are super nice and helpful, including the meat department guys back doing the butchering.

Best Publix in the area... Located in desirable Berry Farms neighborhood and close to eating joints. Very clean inside and everything is in stock always... Very friendly staff.

Williamson County has lifted Masks Mandate!!! If Publix wants to continue requiring their employees to wear masks that’s fine!!! The CDC says you have to be within 6 ft. of a person for 15 minutes to get the Coronavirus, which never happens while shopping!!! It’s time for Publix to start allowing adults to make their own decisions on wearing the masks!!! I’m a veteran and I fought for freedom of choice, at this point it’s more along the lines of control!!! Please respect your customers rights in a free society to make their decisions!!!

I had my mom run by to order my daughters cake, told them what time & day for pickup. My mom got there to go ahead to pick it up and it hasn’t even been made yet. The lady was extremely rude, told her that it wouldn’t be made till 1pm and it’s the day of the party.Said that there was a time on there for pickup.I definitely will not order through this location again!Really hoping this cake turns out good.

I shop for instacart, and typically have decent interactions with Publix employees at this store, but today was awful. I told the man at the check out lane I was doing an instacart curbside. I ended up having to bag some of my own items, and he kept asking me how I wanted things bagged and I kept trying to explain to him that I wasnt sure what the curbside policy was and he needed to just bag them the way instacart orders are supposed to be done. He never helped me put any of the bags back into my cart, so I had to load 9 paper bags worth of groceries myself. He was so concerned with closing his lane after the man behind me that he was being rude and abrupt and treated me like I was a nuisance. I will NEVER do any of my personal shopping here again. This is not the kind of service Publix advertises.

Please have your morning self checkout attendant wear her mask instead of having it dangling from one ear. Its literally just high risk customers shopping at 7am.

Was asked if I had a mask and said no I do not need or want one and that the mask mandate was lifted and no longer required.Was handed a mask and told it was publix policy.I visit different publix, this is the only one that has gave me a hard time over not wearing a mask. The others dont even mention it let alone force me to wear one.Will not shop at again.

I was able to easily locate and purchase everything on my list. Clean, not too crowded and speedy checkout.

The Publics in Berry Farms is the cleanest and most well stocked grocery stores in town. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is always something fresh going on in the deli. I do most of my shopping at another chain but thats going to change. They been out of a lot of the weely items that I buy and end up going to Publics to finish my list. Why make two trips?

Loyal Publix customer but will be going to the one on Royal Oaks from now on. This Publix has a team that isn’t eager to help and seemingly homophobic. Been shopping this location for about two months now. Never get a friendly feeling, mostly stares and no speaks to you. Needed help finding a product, was told if I couldn’t find it then they probably don’t have it. I can get that kind of service at Kroger. Love Publix, just not this Publix. This location doesn’t have the Publix “culture” that keeps us coming back. The one on Royal Oaks is a little further but well worth it.

Shop this store frequently for my employer! Im a caregiver and needed a meat and cheese tray from the deli at last minute earlier this Friday evening. My lady that I caregive for is not doing very well and has family coming in from out of town! Michael from the deli went above and beyond to help me out during a very emotional moment! Fixed us up with quick ideas for a meat and cheese tray! Thank you Publix and Michael so very much for your friendly and quality service! God bless you all!

Normally the deli and sub counter are great, but Jessica and Argelis on this occasion were rude and talked about us while making our sandwiches. I asked for a whole and they gave me a half and also upcharged for a standard cheese. If Mike is working I have always had a great experience.

Updating my review. Why I rated 5 stars. Publix in Berry Farms Town Center. Its surprisingly quite nice. The parking lot is very spacious. Their Pharmacy has a drive-thru. They even have self checkout available. My 3rd visit to this store was much better than the last time. Customer Service is outstanding. Employees are amazingly awesome. The environment is not as stressful compared to other locations. & I dont feel so overwhelmed by the atmosphere itself. I myself prefer to shop early enough in the afternoon/evening. Which is why day time is better than night time. Knowing that I can feel safe and secure when shopping at this Publix location. Overall I was extremely impressed. I will definitely be back for sure.

The customer service at this store is unparalleled. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to be observant and helpful. They have helped my friend calm a crying baby, they have offered to have things delivered to my home if something wasn’t available at a specific time. Just today they special ordered something for me and were able to tell me where in the store it will be displayed when it arrives. I have always been a loyal Publix customer but the store is the best.

Beautiful design, clean, nicely landscaped. The store has great produce, a huge array of premade items for lunch and dinner. My favorite is the bakery items ! Lots of bread to choose from !

Very friendly employees.Was told in the Franklin Store that they cant get water in do to the Hurricane....that it is a supply issue...go here and they have a large display....sounds like a management problem not a supply problem last time I will go there.Much cleaner and organized also.

Just went inside to buy something for lunch and the deli associate (1025-1040am window) looked at me, never spoke and turned his back. I then walked down the back speedway and down the frozen aisle and an associate looked at me and never spoke. I understand people are t perfect but this isnt the Publix Standard. Im sharing so management can address.

Always friendly and helpful grocery employees but pharmacy support staff could really be improved. They need to go through whatever customer service training that grocery staff does. The lady pharmacists are very nice and helpful.

The store is very clean and has a wonderful deli and bakery area. The personnel are trained well and know their products. Very friendly always ready to offer samples. Also Love the ready to cook section of the meat department. Has saved me several work days with the ready to cook fresh meat and poultry options. I have only found 2 areas I think this store can improve. The dairy department. I have request a particular coffee creamer that all the other Publix in the area carry. I have been told that item has been discontinued which is not correct and also that he would make a special order and call when its there also hasnt happened. Second is the person demonstrating the different featured meals is not very congenial when asked what the selection is or on offering any advise or information on that selection or others that may be displayed. Very different reaction than I find at the other area locations when I stop to collect a recipe card and ask some questions. I got the impression she wasnt comfortable with questions. Even the people who dempnstrate at Sams want to tell you about what they are preparing or handing out. Have not found that yet. I do Really like the location and the store in general. Just think there is room for improvement.One more thing. If youre going to have your cashiers ask you if you found everything also train them on what the next step should be when the customer answers No.

Great buy on Choice Rib roasts.. beautifully marbled. The butcher was helpful and professional as were other staff who helped find some items we were shopping for.

This Publix is wonderful. The employees always have smiles on their faces and are willing to check on any product for their customers. Great hometown shopping!
