Evan, The guy at the flower department this afternoon took time to make mothers day extra special. Lot of stores were closed and I know not much about flowers and had a high budget so he assembled a true masterpiece for me with upmost customer service! I let him do his thing and his taste was absolutely great! Get him up the ladder! My mom has incredible taste for flowers and thought his work was beyond perfection. Thought the arrangements were perfect

I never leave reviews like this but I’m so disappointed, this is my local publix I’ve been going here for years no problem and had great service but my experience today was not like that. There was a deli employee not wearing a mask and interacting with other employees or customers and getting all in their space, patting their shoulders etc, touching just about every surface she could with no gloves - during a pandemic. I bolted out of the deli because that makes me extremely uncomfortable and then I notice two other employees at customer service also not wearing masks. Not to mention the other customers who weren’t wearing them either. If you have a sign saying masks are required please enforce it.

I usually enjoy shopping at Publix at Fieldstone Farms, however, yesterday I got back into my car and left. Several employees were leaving work and as they exited to main front door they removed their masks. Several teens were riding bikes in front of the door without masks. I can not shop there.

We live about 5 mins from this location and I am typically at this store at least 4-5 tomes per week. The customer service is excellent and the staff are always very helpful and willing to help no matter what they are doing. The store is very clean and well organized. We are very lucky to have this store so close to us. I would highly recommend shopping here versus the other chain down the road. Once you shop Publix you never go back to the others.

Not friendly at all. This was around 2:00pm. For example, Not one employee spoke to us, we Damn near got knocked down by other customers with no apologies, the lady at Scan Yourself, asked me a question and before O could answer fully, she just walked off. We dont think we will be going back to this store again.

I want to talk about my wifes experience at this publix. My wife often orders from the hot bar and we frequent this location often since we live close by. I moved here due to a transfer at Vanderbilt as a surgeon. My wife often does the shopping and has been having really bad experiences with Rachel at the hot bar. She is rude, snappy, and inappropriate. She gets smart with my wife which i have experienced myself and she is honestly one of the rudest employees I have ever encoutered in my years of living.

I enjoy shopping at Publix the store is bright and clean. The produce is fresh.

The store seems older and appears dirty. It may not be, but thats the vibe I get walking in the front door. The younger staff are friendly, but the management often come off as outright rude. I generally only come here if I have to have something immediately. There are grocery stores 5-10 minutes further that offer better prices, a cleaner store, and friendlier staff.

Shop here weekly and for the most part the store is clean and well stocked and the service here is good except for the deli department. The deli is poorly managed and god forbid you ask to get a sandwich made. Nobody wants to make a sandwich. I was the only customer at 10 this morning and it took 10 minutes to finally be asked what I wanted and then treated poorly. I was putting them out obviously.

We are so lucky to have this Publixs in our neighborhood. They have the greatest people working in their store. My only criticism is that I wish the bakery could release the fresh morning bread earlier than 11:00am.

Do not work here.This location harbors dishonest hiring managers. Theyll tell people theyre interviewing for a full-time position with benefits and then completely renege, assigning instead only minimal hours and no benefits at all. Poor management--bad for business. People work so they can afford to live. Dont make promises regarding ones livelihood that you dont intend to keep. ***If youre thinking of working here, avoid at all costs.*** Theyll just exploit you.

I have had enough of this. They have a corrupted system. My twin works there and from what I here it is insane.

I always have a pleasant experience while shopping here. The food is fresh and although a little higher than Kroger it makes up for it in the stellar costumer service. Weve used their catering and speciality bakery many times and are always so pleased.

Very helpful employees. Checkout is quick unlike Kroger where they try and force you to self checkout. Never going back to Kroger after years as a customer. I really like Publix.

This is the worst Publix Deli I have ever been to. DONT order the Philly sub there. THEY DONT COOK IT like the other Publix do. They give you rare roast beef with raw onions, raw mushrooms and raw peppers. Did Publix corporate forget to give them a cook top like they give the other Publix stores? Just gross. The company should have uniform standards across all stores.

This is a well managed and well stocked grocery. Helpful employees from the cashiers to the baggers. A bit pricey by Franklin standards (probably %20 more than nearby Krogers) but produce, fruit, seafood and meat are higher quality.

Everyone is so helpful & friendly

This location is far superior than the other side of town. Even though we came in close to closing, we didnt feel rushed and people still offered to help us find anything we needed. I prefer Publix to Kroger any day, and I prefer this location to the one on the other side of Bellevue.

Honestly one of the best Publix stores in the area. It’s not overly crowded and the employees are typically very friendly.

Staff for the most part are very good. However this store overcharges me on an almost weekly basis. I even brought it to their attention when they over charged me on a bag of apples speaking to the produce manager. Despite this I was over charged on the same product for the next week and the one after!Bakery will lie and tell you bread is baked fresh every day. I caught them out recently when I was able to buy a loaf with an older date that the one bought the day before.

Once a week good place...I wish the meat department had more steak options

RUDE Manager!After 5 trips to @PUBLIX in two days to pick up moving boxes, the @Publix associates told me to pull up to the front to load the boxes. So I did. While going from department to department to collect boxes, because they were not located where the Associates had told me they would set them aside. @FranklinPolice write me a ticket. Carl Feil, store Manager was #RUDE, Arrogant, CONDESCENDING, and overall non-helpful. (He could have at least offered to call the Franklin PD and explain that they had given me permission to park there long enough to run in to pick up boxes. ( The delay was do to #Publix associates running me around the store to gather the boxes.) While I was being ticketed out front, I was actually helping the Produce Associate put out the last of some Apples so I could have his Apple boxes.Carl Feil #PublixStoreManager said he didnt know anything about what happens outside his store. Had a Smirk on his face to go with his Indignant attitude, made it clear I was bothering him and that he was not at all going to try to help me in any way. When I asked for his District Managers name, (Keith Everett), Carl Feil told me Not to come back into His store! Lucky for Carl Feil, yesterday he wasnt being rude to #BryceWilliams and had him for a #Disgruntled Customer.When Carl Feil realized I was recording him and our conversation (read Attitude) on my phone to be aired on local TV News by our Consumer Reporter, Carl Feil turned and retreated into the store.Ive shopped this store to the tune of $300 to $400.00 a week for 17 years (before Publix purchased it)! Fed my boys, Football Soccer & Basketball teams. You just lost a customer @Publix! And Carl Feil #PublixStoreManager is an idiot with poor #CustomerServiceSkills. No people skills at all. SHARE if you have had enough of paying Higher Prices at #PUBLIX than at #Kroger just 2 miles down the road. It shouldnt take someone 5 minutes to slice some turkey. Deli employees are absurdly slow. Deli is always backed up. If you are going to hire slow people, hire more of them so you dont have customers waiting 15 minutes for half a pound of turkey. 🙄
