Devin was our car salesman. Very courteous, patient, explain things well. Dan and Devin and other staff worked over late so we could test drive 3 vehicles. Answered questions factually and honestly. Six years ago we came to buy 2 vehicles. We ended up going to Universal of Antioch and did buy 2 KIAS. This time such a wonderful positive experience. We did buy a new turbo KIA Soul.
I was very satisfied with my purchase at greenway Kia. They had great customer service and provided me with an answer for every question I had whether if it was car wise or paperwork wise. Very friendly and understanding but overall consistent with their service which means I didn’t have to wait long periods of time. Has to be by far one of the top dealerships I have been at so far definitely will partner with them for future purchases!!!

Mechanic took time to explain things as well as included me on a test drive so I could point out my concern. The noise was determined to be just pronounced road noise, and he assured me my car was safe to drive. They also fixed outstanding recalls.
Came to Kia straight from picking up a prescription I use to combat PTSD and noticed said prescription wasn’t in the vehicle when I arrived home. I’d advise you take anything out of the car before you go in for servicing. Ignorant for me to think people in that position would just leave your belongings alone, but just in case, remove all valuables.
This dealership was very nice and avoided all the bad vibes I get from a predatory business or practices. They had all my paperwork ready and got me in out our of there with a new car in only 2 hours. That’s amazingly fast and I would without a doubt recommend all of my friends use this Greenway Kia of Franklin as it’s all I could ever ask for in a good dealership. My husband and I had been looking at getting a new car for a few months. We did some research and decided to checkout this dealership. The dealership itself was clean and the people were friendly. Service is fine if you are there or get someone on the phone. I have called 25 times in the past week and the service department has only answered twice. I am told that someone will call me back with an update on my car and not once have I been called by them. I understand everyone is short staffed right now but this place is on another level.
I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing after a poor experience elsewhere and I was not rushed at all. I really only expected to take a look at inventory and come back the next day. Jalen made me very comfortable and 2 hours later I drove off in a brand new vehicle. I recommend them to anyone and plan on being a return customer in the future.

Had a great experience buying a new car here. I originally went in hoping to lease a vehicle but realized that due to the current market/demand this wasnt going to be a viable option for me; nevertheless, the sales guys worked with me and had me test drive a few vehicles before I decided to purchase a new Forte. They crunched the numbers for various options and were able to secure me a great financing deal so it made the most sense. Brandon was very polite, patient, and easy to work with. Nobody was pushy nor did I feel like I ended up in a car I dont actually want. Im loving my new Forte!

I visited this dealer a month ago after seeing a White Ram Big Horn posted on their website, autotrader, and cargurus. When I arrived, I was told the manager had purchased the vehicle. I was bummed but understood, it happens all the time. 2 weeks later I noticed it was still posted on the dealer website as well as the other online car services, so I called them. I was then told the same exact story My manager just purchased it yesterday, so I informed the sales team that they should remove the ad as this is very misleading.I stopped looking for trucks for a few weeks after that, and now 4 weeks later from the in person visit, I notice the truck is STILL posted online!! These people are sad and very dishonest. Dont waste your time, Im sure the Manager has already purchased your vehicle!

We had letter from Kia for Safety recall and we also needed oil change. They just said we “inspected “the vehicle but they did not know anything about recall.Which was surprising for me .Staff was good and took care of oil change quickly.
Dropped off my Kia Sorento on Monday November 1 2021 at 12:00 pm. to get my key fobs working again. The lady told me it will be ready on Tuesday. Called on Tuesday aroung 3 pm. She said that they have not looked at at yet that it will ready on Wednesday. Waited around all day on Wednesday, but no one reached out to me. Called on Thursday and asked what was going on with my car and asked why no one had reached out to me. She said that it was only the batteries that it was ready for me to pick up. I was charged $170.00. Kept my car for 4 days just to change the batteries? You couldnt call me on Tuesday or Wednesday to tell me it was only the batteries? $170.00? Rediculous. Sorry, but worst experience Ive had in a long time.Communication and reaching out to your customers goes anlong way. First time there, last time there.Thanks Kia of Franklin

Took my vehicle there because it wasnt running right. Called ahead and asked for an appointment. I dropped it off the day before and filled out the form/envelope to which I put the order number and the reason for the visit and I specifically wrote do not complete anything without contacting me first. When they called to tell me it was a $2600.00 repair to which I declined. They told me it would cost $120.00. I said FOR WHAT??? she said oh thats the cost to look at it. Plus the oil change. I said I did not ask for an oil change nor was it time for one. She said oh it was on the order when I pulled it up. Needless to say, I paid $120.00 plus tax for them to look at my car and give me an oil change That I didnt ask for. This place is the worst. I WILL NEVER come back. Since theyve changed to Greenway which Im assuming is code for rip-off their customer service is awful. I bought my last 6 cars from Carnival Kia and I will never buy another vehicle from this location.. awful... By the way. I took my car to a certified mechanic 2 miles away they diagnosed it FOR FREE and will repair it for $800.00. Again RIP OFF AND DONT CARE ABOUT LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

5 stars for the service rep. The service rep was great, she communicated well and explained the available options. 2 stars for the price. The repairs were done in a timely manner but it was really expensive. I wont get my vehicle serviced here after the warranties have passed.

Oil change $56.00 totally ok with that.Cabin air filter $69.00Any auto parts store $11.00 YouTube it and it will make you sick how easy it is.Engine air filter $55.00 YouTube it and it will make you sick. So $30.00 for both filters and 5 min to put it in and it cost me $169.66 never again.From they day I bought this car I have loved it great vehicle but the underhanded schemes the personal commit are down right wrong and they know all the tricks.
It’s only a 4 because I thought the sales guy was a little pushy and arrogant. The financial team were great! Overall experience was good, they moved quickly after I made a decision.

I always make an effort to go to Greenway Kia of Franklin because that is the location where I purchased my car. Recently, I scheduled an appointment online specifically for a recall service on my car. I also added an oil change and tire rotation to complete everything in one appointment. On the day of my scheduled maintenance, I arrive at the dealership, confirm the services I signed up for, drop my car off and wait for a phone call to pick my car back up. I receive the call a few hours later and go to pick up my car. As I am checking out, the clerk proceeds to state that they completed an oil change and tire rotation and provides me paperwork to sign. I confirm the tire rotation, oil change and ask about the recall maintenance. I am then told that they were not able to complete the recall service because they needed to order a part which would be available in a couple days. I am immediately disappointed. I live in Mount Juliet, TN. I drove 45 minutes to Franklin expecting to have this service completed just to find out as I am checking out for a service I could receive anywhere that it was not completed. The lack of customer service and the inconvenience is what really bothers me. First, I scheduled an appointment specifically for that service at last a week prior to the appointment day. I would expect some kind of inventory to be available or even checked on prior to my scheduled maintenance seeing as how I listed that service in my booking. Secondly, the clerk confirmed my services with me prior to me leaving my car and nothing was mentioned stating that it could not or possibly could not be completed. Third, no one called me to inform me prior to me picking my car up that the service could not be completed. Instead, they proceeded to complete the tire rotation and oil change. Fourth, when picking the car up, the clerk verified the services completed with me and did not mention the recall service until I brought it up. This made me feel as though this information would not have been shared had I not asked. Fifth, my service was completed on Saturday and here it is Friday and I have not gotten any call advising the part arrived or when the part will be ready. I was advised on Saturday it would be a couple of days. Finally, I called the dealership on Tuesday and requested to speak to the service manager. I was advised no one was available at the moment but they would send an email to a group of service managers. I was advised someone would call me back just as soon as they were finished assisting the current customers. 72 hours later, I have not received a phone call from anyone. To say the least, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, customer service and just overall care. IF someone had simply said, We are sorry. This should have happened and it didnt. I apologize for the inconvenience. That alone would have saved me from typing this and you from reading this.
My first time visit. The Service Reps were awesome and greeted me on arrival. The waiting room was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed the visit.
This review concerns service only, I don’t know about the sales. Nearly impossible to contact. Rarely communicated with us. Secretary did their job for them by chasing down updates on the vehicle. But there were no updates, they barely touched our car. Very frustrating. Secretary covered for them by telling us they were understaffed. I would not use them unless you somehow found out they had rectified the staffing shortage.
I had an amazing experience buying my little blueberry a 2021 Kia Soul GT! I have never driven a kia and I absolutely love my little car. Alex my salesman was wonderful & the gentleman who took care of finance was also amazing. I feel so horrible for not remembering his name but he adjust moved here from Alabama I believe.
The service personnel were very courteous and took care of the maintenance items quickly and at at very fair price. A repair part for a seat latch had to be ordered, which I expected it would need to be ordered. This was immediately ordered and I will return for it to be installed when it comes in. A pleasant experience indeed.
Service of the car was excellent but the waiting room was freezing cold and there were no “snacks” as advertised on the sign in the area, so it was quite unpleasant having to wait for the car to be ready .

It took my Kia Sorrento for an oil change. Since I noticed the coolant reserve was dry, I asked the intake person if they check all fluids during an oil change; she said yes, they check all fluids. I specially mentioned the coolant being low. After about an hour my car was ready. After driving home I checked the oil-it was clean and full. However, the coolant was still bone dry. Not so good at attention for detail. Do I buy a whole gallon for a quart or drive back to the dealer, which would be the last time I ever do that.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from Franklin Kia. I bought a brand new 2016 Kia Soul in December of 2015. The motor went out in 2018.. The car misfired after the first engine, again after the 2nd engine. Finally a third engine was put and it only lasted 2 years… The motor went out AGAIN and Kia refused to replace it. 😏
It was late Saturday evening when I went to the dealership, and I told them what my price range was, and what my needs in a vehicle was. Devin, my salesman was so nice and all of the guys were super nice, they worked together, and got me in a vehicle that night, even though they had to stay late. They will be recommended by me and my family.
There was a nice gentleman who helped me test drive a blue Toyota 4-Runner that was sitting out on their lot. Management quoted me 65k for the used car not only is that over priced, but that same car is listed at 55k on their website. Like you have the audacity to quote me some unreasonable and unheard of price thats some baloney. Avoid this place like a plague unless you want to be scammed. They try to make you guarantee youll buy a car today if they can find you a car you like at a reasonable price. So beware of their deceptive sales tactics. Not to mention spending 2 hours of my life Ill never get back.
On June 17, 2021 I purchased a KIA Soul at Greenway Kia of Franklin and the next day I discovered that I only received one key for the car. I call the salesman and ask him if I was supposed to get another key and he informed me that I was, he would locate the key and call me. I have never received my key,,,,, and he does not return my calls, I realize it is only a key but I feel the company should make sure the key is supplied. There were other problems with the sale that I had concerns about but I am willing to overlook them. I know I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have never experienced such poor treatment by a business. I was traveling 5 hours out of town for work and had an issue with my vehicle. I contacted the dealership and scheduled an appointment for them to check my car as I was concerned about driving it for 5 hours the next day back home. I contacted the dealership 4 times the day my service was supposed to take place to check on the status because I was without a vehicle in a new town and was concerned. Not once did anyone from the dealership return my call to inform me about the status of my service. Additionally, my boyfriend attempted to contact the service department about my car and the person who answered the call hung up on him when he asked to speak to a manager about the status of my car because I was so concerned. Something needs to change at this dealership and provide transparency to their customers.

Tanya the service tech is great. Unfortunately the actual service and ability to fix a problem after that is not. They never fix a problem the first time you bring it in, even if you know what is wrong. If I go to the doctor and say I was having chest pain all week but not that day, the doctor doesnt tell you to come back when the pain starts again, they investigate. That seems like the logical approach when you bring your vehicle in the first time with an issue, not after three times for them to finally find an issue that you told them about months before. Nice people, but not reliable at fixing a problem.

Worst experience at a dealer in over 50 years of buying cars. Listed a car on Autotrader at a very nice price, then added $2950.00 for ‘recon charge’. To recondition the car for sale. Any other dealer puts it in the upfront price. Even so, I agreed to look at and likely buy the car. Called 4 hours in advance to tell them I was coming with check and they said they would get it into ‘detailing’. They called me as I was on my way and I again told them I was about an hour and a half away. They said again they would get the car to detailing. When we arrived, the car was still in detailing. I hadn’t even seen the car and they wanted me to sit down and complete the paperwork for sale. I, of course, refused. Then they brought out the car. There were several large, noticeable scratches and chips on the car, but most noticeable was an apparent sideswipe on the rear of the passenger side. I asked how they could do nearly $3000.00 worth of reconditioning on a 3 year old car and not do any of the body work that clearly needed to be done. No one could answer what they had done for the recon charge. We opened the hood and noticed that the motor was making odd noises. At that point, we decided to walk away and shop elsewhere. I would suggest that everyone walk far away from this place. Poor communication during the process, manager, Tim, was unbelievably rude.

I have not had any problems with my car for the nine years Ive owned it until now and not a lot of mileage on it. Out of nowhere my car had some crazy things go wrong with it and then it just died. I had it towed to Greenway Kia of Franklin and they got it fixed quickly, keeping me updated on everything. I cannot believe how great the car handles and runs now. It is like driving a new car. Thank you and the rest of your service department Tonia. Yall are awesome!

Got bait and switched yesterday. Saw a new Kia Forte LXS that was at a discounted price online, so I called at 4:30pm and scheduled a test drive on that car at 6pm. I drove through 60 miles to get there, and when I showed up a little before 6pm, the attendants told me the car was already sold, but were willing to sell me a Kia Forte of a lower trim level for the same price. How is this behavior even permitted?
Service technician, Chelsea,was personable, attentive to requests and informative as to what was to be done.The normal 5000 mile check was done in less than 2 hours . The Information given was confirmed to be certain it was correct. Pleasant customer technicianswho strive to do their best for customer satisfaction.
While my issues were resolved, the lady who took care of me could use some Customer Service training. She was not very friendly or professional. I get everyone has a bad day; however when Im bringing in my vehicle in with safety issues, my stress level is up and it would be nice to be greeted accordingly! This was my first visit to this location so maybe she was just overwhelmed or having an off day, but I will not be back to this particular location!
The service center was a wonderful positive experience. They got me top of the morning very next day. Team members were courteous and professional. They didnt have the part my KIA needed but ordered it for me and they are taking care of a recall. They will call me when parts are in. They washed my car inside and out and they even cleaned and shined my tires!! They overwhelmed me great service and gratitude. I must mention that Tonya was exceptional!!! They made me feel very happy that I made right decision to purchase my second KIA. THANK YOU GREENWAY!!!!😁
Greenway Kia took very good care of me. Even though the scheduler promised a loaner car and, once I arrived I was informed they do not have a loaner fleet, they still managed to get me in and out relatively quickly. The Service personnel were exceptionally kind and professional.

I had an amazing experience doing business here! I worked with John and Tim. They were always available to answer my questions. If they didn’t know the answer they ran to find it! Incredible staff all around. When I got to the lot I was not targeted by any salesperson. I looked at what I wanted to then when I was ready I went inside to get more information. When it came to making a deal, they truly fought to get me the BEST rate!!! I had been offered a much higher rate from a bank of my choosing, but gave them a chance to beat it... and they exceeded my expectations!! Super helpful and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend them to anyone! And if they offer you a chance to let them beat a rate that you may have, TAKE IT!! You could be very much surprised!
**UPDATE** I had to deduct a couple stars, simply due to the post sale experience and treatment. All was great with the initial purchase, but trying to hunt down the person responsible for sending payment to my old lender (trade-in) has been nothing short of a hassle. Every time I call in to inquire about it, I either get sent to a voicemail box thats full or annoyed, grumpy people who dont handle payoffs. After several days and countless transfers to wrong extensions or people who scoffed at me for even asking about a trade-in payoff status, I finally got to the right person who promptly sent payment in, but only after it had been nearly a month since the trade-in. Evidently my folder was in the wrong place or something. I resorted to having to make another payment with my old lender in the meantime. Kia makes great cars no doubt, but their back-office dealer operations appear to lack in quality control.A great experience overall. ALEX was my sales representative and was very helpful. TIM was the sales manager and helped work a great deal for me. JUSTIN was the finance guy, and quite honestly, he was probably the best Ive ever worked with and communicated all details and numbers clearly, without being pushy at all. It was a welcome change from other dealerships Ive gone to in the past - and Ive been to many! I highly recommend Greenway Kia of Franklin.

I took my Telluride in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, ten minutes early for a 12:30 appointment. Three hours later, I asked for my car. I was told the service was complete but it was waiting for a car wash. I said thanks, but I have been in the waiting room for three hours, please bring me my car. I got into my car and the dash was still alerting me of needing service. I guess I’ll go to the neighborhood Valvoline to get the service alert off.

Would have liked some explanations for recall items
Worst experience dealing with service I have ever had. Had my car in for recalls and because the ABS light was on. After several thousand dollars and 3 days with complete mis communication from the service department. I picked my car up and check engine light was on. After having to ask about this they said I need an additional repair for another several hundred dollars. They had no explanation on why no one informed me about this additional repair or that the engine light was even on after all repairs were made. Made several attempts to get in touch with service manager and no one would return phone calls. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. I have been several times in the past and this is by far the worst episode. After reading further reviews I see that this is obviously a common theme with them and the “owner” only responds to positive reviews. This is unacceptable. How do you possibly stay in business when you can’t provide even the basic services.
I got my Kia Sportage back in February I noticed that when I pick up speed a little of 50 miles you can feel shaking under your feet so I took my car to the dealership to get my tires rotated and balanced the front tire couldn’t balance they said cause the rim was bent. Now I feel like if that was the case. Knowing I didn’t have the car that long why not fix or replace the rim. I’ve tried to find places that can fix it

They charged over 80 dollars for a simple oil change. Customer service is terrible. Dont go here and get scammed.
Wife brought the car there to replace knock sensor and wire harness. Which we were told was covered by warranty but they told her it wasn’t that and it would be $800 to fix. She agreed bc she had no choice and 4 days later I call and was told it was fixed and covered by warranty. I get there to find out nothing has been done and it’s 1500 instead of 800. When it’s finally done I pick it up and 20 minutes later it does the same thing but now diagnostics is saying it’s knock sensor, wire harness, and 5 codes about the manifold which they claim to have fixed!!!
Salesman Alex & the Greenway General Manager did a great job. I bought a new K5 for my wife. She only likes one exterior color and she likes leather interior in a sand tone. There was only one with all the features she wanted in the Southeast region, but Alex found it and delivered it to our home at a price that beat a year old, top of the line, comparable Nissan. I received a coupon via the internet from Greenway Kia of Franklin for an oil change special and tire rotation for 24.88. Upon scheduling the oil change appointment I ask the person in the service department if I could use this coupon for my Kia Soul. She assured me that I could however, upon completion of my oil change I was told by the lady in the service department that I could not use the coupon because my vehicle used synthetic oil. She also told me that the type of oil “standard” was hardly ever used in any cars there. I explained to her that the coupon was misleading not only to me but probably to other Kia customers. Standard oil was found in the coupons small print. So that if customers don’t read the small print they may also think that this coupon applicable to their cars as well. So why send customers coupons that are non applicable to almost all KIA’s?

Called this ridiculous dealership and was told they are charging $20,000 over MSRP for the Kia Telluride.Somebody may have 20k to throw away but, I am not one. Anyone with an ounce of common sense should stay away from this dealership. Money is their only concern and putting you further in debt is their second. Customer service and transparent pricing (as stated on their web-site) is not the priority here.
