I love how peaceful this location is! The staff was so sweet helping me with products and figuring out what skincare I needed. Sonja is the one of the best estheticians out there! From her hospitality, the hugs she gives to her clients when theyve told her a hardship theyre going through, to her motherly goofy personality. Merle Norman.... I am so disappointed and I will never give them any type of business again. I’ve gone to serval locations in different states and was always satisfied with the results of ear piercings. I have taken and referred so many of my friends and family to get their little ones ears pierced that when it was time for me to get my daughters ears pierced I said I’m going to go to Merle Norman. I called ahead of time to make sure that there was someone who could do her ears and I was informed YES. She made a mark and one ear and before I knew it she was piercing the other ear without any mark. She didn’t give me time to see if I liked the placement or anything. It wasn’t perfect but it was manageable. The next ear she pierced the tip of my daughters ear. She did it again this time the earring didn’t go through because she released the gun to soon so it tapped the dot she made. By this time she was shaking and she did it again and pierced the ear so high I dropped my phone and walked away. We ended up taking both earrings out of her ear. The lady is crying as if I care about her tears. She then says that this was her first time doing a baby and she usually doesn’t do babies but decided to basically experiment with my child. It’s one thing to get practice in on a older kid or adult but you don’t play around with babies ears. She called her manger who had nothing to say but sorry take some free ear solutions home the holes will close up. Had she said I don’t feel comfortable doing this it’s my first time with a baby I would have appreciated that and we would have left with no hard feeling. I left Merle Norman feeling pissed and like a horrible mother for even allowing her to pierce one ear more than once. I say DO NOT take chances with these type of places with first time ear piercing for you child. If you can let the doctors office do it.

Very knowledgeable lady I dealt with (Addie, i believe)... great products... First time being in here... She showed me countless products and explained what they were used for... She explained in great detail all the services offered... Nice clean place☺ Ill definitely be back☺☺☺
