I had 31W insulation come and install an iDrive garage door opener. The techs didnt know what they were doing. The garage door has never worked correctly. Every time Ive had a service call, the first thing the repair guy asks is if I still have the manual. Its now been TWO YEARS and my opener still doesnt work. I cant get anyone to call me back. When I do get a hold of someone, they give me excuses, run-around and/or are mildly hostile. Two years, lots of frustration and $500 later, I still dont have a working garage door opener. I guess my next step is to make complaints to licensing authorities, posts on consumer websites, small claims court, etc...**UPDATE**To their credit, they did finally replace my opener. They didnt replace it with a jack-shaft opener as I had originally wanted. They replaced it with a ceiling-mounted Marantec. It is very quiet, although a bit slow. All-in-all, I am happy with the opener. I just wish it hadnt taken TWO YEARS to get them to provide me with a working garage door opener. I have over 12 calls logged in my diary and had to really keep the pressure on, but in the end, they did make things right.
