Called D&D and Thomas came out within about an hour. I was expecting a full system rebuild after our 2 car door fell sideways and it looked awful. He had the entire system back up and functional, fully adjusted and lubricated within about 45 minutes. Also was very educating on what happened, what it took to fix, and how to prevent in the future. I’d highly recommend this company based upon professionalism, time of service, value of repair and the knowledge that I now have of garage doors. Sincere thank you for fixing our door!

D&D are real pros! They were very friendly when I called to schedule the appointment and Thomas, the installer who fixed our garage door, knew what he was doing and did a great job. He explained what was broken and what needed to be fixed and why. No hard sells to upcharge stuff. Thomas was awesome and I recommend D&D to anyone looking for a garage door install or repair. BTW, I got the number for D&D from my neighbor who had work done and he loved them too!

We absolutely love this place. They came out to my moms home after her garage door had buckled and come off the tracks, etc. This oversized 2 car garage door was buckled in half where you could look outside...It seemed a total loss. The rails were bent, etc. Any other company would have automatically tried to replace everything and hand her a big bill. D & D said I believe we can fix this! They did! Unbelievable! Thank you for not taking advantage of my senior mom. She lives in a very nice neighborhood and it would have meant $$$ signs to other companies. Mom was only charged $300 and it works like a charm. They also replaced her plastic rollers with metal ones and did a couple of other things. WOW! Thank you again for your honesty and integrity. The garage door works like new again!

I am shocked that D&D Overhead Door doesnt have more reviews. I added sound deadening and insulation to our garage door and figured it a good idea to have the spring looked at in case I added too much weight. After searching around I found D&D overhead and gave them a call. Start to finish they were helpful, friendly and 100% pros.

Dont stand behind their work. Mounted unit to board that they just screwed directly to drywall (no studs). When unit broke free, they said not covered under warranty.
