Certainly a little gem inside of Franklin! They have a wide array of items including pillows, childrens toys, books, gift ideas, trinkets for the home, bourbon, snacks, and surprisingly prepared food there as well.They have waffles, hot dogs, milkshakes. I dont want to review this location solely on the food as the food was average. Likely not as great as a dedicated hot dog location but the rest of the store is certainly worth your attention!Absolutely a great place to get a gift for anyone, or find something for the home! Well certainly be back to explore the rest of the store for more items. You can find something for everyone here.

I love this store! I buy multiple gifts a month and I am more than happy to give fork of the south my business. They have superior customer service, they package my gifts, and all the employees have great attitudes!Stephanie, the owner, is world class! This store is truly a fun place to shop!

Really well designed store, definitely harkens back to an old general store. The merchandise is high quality and made in Tennessee or other southern locations. Items are arranged by type such as soaps, lotions, food, children’s toys, clothes, home goods, or by vendor. It’s a perfect place to find something special to take home from your vacation to Franklin. Even we locals love to shop here. Prices begin at just a few dollars so there’s something affordable for everyone’s budget. Better and more signage by the Factory directing traffic to this area would be helpful because it’s down the hall and around the corner from the busiest part of the mall near Mojos Tacos and Five Daughters.

All I can say is what a surprise!! Cool items to shop and the BEST PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE IVE EVER HAD!!

This shop is adorable and has things that are both cute & that I actually want to buy. We always come here to get gifts for people moving here/away & to stock up on our Soberdough Bread! The staff is always so sweet too. Very highly recommend (:D)

As always, employees were personable, cheerful and helpful. There is a wide variety of quality and often unique merchandise which I love because I can always pick up gifts for a variety of friends amd family.This was the first time we had been thru Franklin since waffles and shakes were added. These are not to be missed!!! The waffles are crisp on the outside and tender and yummy on the inside. The toppings were amazing. Then there is the ice cream- oh my goodness so rich and creamy!! My Cheerwine float was so good!!Can’t wait for our next visit.

Poor customer service. Will avoid this store when shopping small businesses in the future. Not kind to customers. Cute items but could easily find them other stores.

I came in the other day to get some hotdogs and a rootbeer float, and was thrilled to see that there were serving trays large enough to accommodate all 3 hotdogs I bought. The young man behind the counter was extremely nice and patient with taking my order. The food and float was brought out in a very quick manner. I really came to appreciate the nice candy topper in my float. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the overall flow of the shop. Very authentic general store vibes. Lovely place and lovely staff all throughout.

Top notch customer service with an extremely large selection of local or southern products all under on roof. The owner has done an amazing job curating the store with products for mom, dad, and any kids. You could do all your shopping at this store. Love the old fashion cokes in glass bottles!!! I would highly recommend visiting this store next time you are at the Factory or farmers market. Just make sure you save enough time to browse around.

Incredible Hospitality! We weekended at Fork of the South for Pilgrimage Festival and many times Stef and Steve extended tremendous hospitality to us that made us feel more like friends than guests. They went out of their way on numerous occasions to really take care of us. Yes, as previous reviews have stated, the cottages are beautifully appointed and decorated; but the hosts are the very best part of the experience there. Book with confidence!!

Stunning cottage for two in the wooded hills of Tennessee. Every possible need you might have is likely to be accounted for inside. Has a bluetooth sound system and a mini-fridge with a sample of the local brew! Beautiful decor and comfortable bed. Hotels pale in comparison to this rural retreat.

Best place ever!!!! Come here expecting to relax!! Grab some coffee!! This is an amazing place to stay! You won’t be disappointed!! We’ve stayed here multiple times and the host are AMAZING!!!
