VERY DISAPPOINTED. Have been a customer for years of the Hermitage store without issue. In 2020, when they weren’t open, I called the Franklin location for my usual Mother’s Day delivery, which they handled without issue. Suddenly in 2021, they insist they’ve never delivered to that same address that I send to every year. The very one they delivered to in 2020. Thanks Franklin PA Edible Arrangements for ending a 10+ year tradition.

Edible arrangements is a wonderful smoothie store. They always have fresh ingredients and the employees are always extremely nice and welcoming.

If I could give 10 stars I would.... they are the definition of amazing customer service and their stuff is always fresh and ready for you! They know most customers by name and even know what they usually like to drink. I really cant say enough great things about this place..... its my favorite!

We are so lucky to have Edible Arrangements in our area! Not only can you send a delicious bouquet of fruit but you can also stop by the shop for a sweet treat for yourself! The smoothies and fruit salads are amazing!

I recently purchased the Olaf fruit arrangement for $50.00. It was a very cute arrangement and the service was excellent. However, I had a coupon code sent to me by Edible Arrangements for $10.00 off of any purchase over $39.00. The coupon code was denied with the explanation that my purchase did not qualify for the discount. I was told at the store that this happens quite often.

I am here frequently, and the staff has been beyond wonderful. My favorite smoothie flavor is creamsicle, and although its not on the menu, they worked with me to create it. After multiple tweaks, the recipe was written down and attached to their store notebook. Now, any of the staff can make that smoothie. Talk about personal service!!!

Did you know they make smoothies?! I sure didnt until I walked in there one day...I have been going every Wednesday since because its half off smoothie day and free sample day. Ive NEVER had a bad smoothie, they are all amazing!!!

They locked their doors an hour before close time and just watched us through the window when we tried to go in. If they aren’t going to follow their hours then take the hours off the door.
