I have used The Blossom Shop for years, having grown up in Franklin. This past week I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom, and I inadvertently ordered from a generic online florist thinking I was ordering from The Blossom Shop. When the flowers arrived, my mom sent a picture, and they were terrible-looking. I emailed The Blossom Shop, confused by the lack of quality and personal touch I was used to receiving from them, and they told me they only hand-deliver their gifts. I had ordered from the wrong website! How embarrassing! Not only were they kind and professional, but they were able to squeeze in a delivery of a beautiful hanging plant for my mom the day before Mother’s Day. I’m so grateful. Thank you!

Ive been ordering from The Blossom Shop for several years now and its always been a great experience. If I dont find a specific arrangement I just have them put something together and have never been disappointed.

These guys delivered to a location on an extremely muddy, rutty, dirt road. I was worried they would have to postpone the delivery but they came through. Very impressed!

I called The Blossom Shop on Nov. 28 around 10am and ordered a birthday bouquet from a picture they had on the website. It was more of a Christmas one, but I asked her to change it up a bit for a birthday bouquet. I needed it to be delivered around 1:30pm the same day. I will never order from ANYONE else, this bouquet was so absolutely beautiful, I was overjoyed!!! And the recipient was overwhelmed with how beautiful this bouquet was!!!! I cannot say enough good things about these girls and this shop!! If you want flowers delivered that you wont ever have to worry about what they will look like, DONT HESITATE to call them, this is your place!! They are ALWAYS on point!!! I will post the picture.
