Ice cream was good as expected but they barely mashed my mix ins at all. Massive chunks of graham cracker and cookie made it hard to eat and kinda ruined it for me. Just make sure to ask them to fully mash everything up.

Unfortunately I was disappointed here. Lots of potential but some shortcomings now. For chocolate lovers, the double dark ice cream is good but not rich enough. The mint needs a bit more mint. The worst was the chocolate chips used for mixing in. By themselves they are cheap milk chocolate. In the ice cream theyre a gummy mess. The ice cream makes your mouth cold, too cold to properly melt the chips so you must chew them. Because your mouth is so cold, the chips end up like chewing gum. The chocolate melting point is too high to be used in ice cream. They actually made my dessert very disappointing.

This definitely was not ice cream, it was soup. Within a second of the kid handing me this cream soup half of it was on my wifes clothing in the bag......

Ice crean was a little melted but its a kiosk in an open mall what do you expect. Other than that everything was great.

The young man that was serving us was rude. We ordered a kids size and a small. The small had less than the kids size and when I said something he said he put to much in the kids cup. Neither one of the cups was full. They did not clean the marble slab between our order and the customers before us. Very in professional and a total disappointment!! Will not be going back.

I purchased a small vanilla cup from here today. Within 30 minutes of eating it I started getting horrible cramping in my stomach. I had to leave the mall and have not been able to eat anything else all day. I eat ice cream around once a week and have never had a problem with it. I ordered it plan with no other toppings.

Absolutely the best place for great dessert options and a place to relax with family and friends.
