Awesome crew of techs. Lead tech was not only very knowledgeable, but was an awesome leader and trainer for the newer techs. Our exchanger is located with the only access being 2 fights of stairs and they worked their rear-ends off without one complaint. They did an awesome job of making sure it was back together correctly and did a great job of cleanup. Oh - and the price was very reasonable.

Dracool cleaned our 2 huge HXs on site. I was not able to find anybody that was willing to do that around us. Job was done extremely professional and fast. Units were whistle clean and communication before, during and after project was top notch. Timeline was very important to us and Dracool DID IT ! Also Dracool is able to design your HXs and install them.

I would highly recommend Dracool for any Alfa Laval plate & Frame heat exchanger optimization work. We hired Dracool for plate cleaning/inspecting/refurbishing and plate additions for 6 large frame Alfa units. The schedule was complex with restrictive access to the units based on ambient conditions and process constraints. Even with multiple scheduling changes and project surprises, out of their control, Dracool did what they needed to do to get the units back up and running with no adverse impact to plant operations. They were there to provide guidance and expertise in decision making during each phase of the project and were a pleasure to work with. Upon project completion heat exchanger performance exceeded the expectations set forth in CAPEX requirements - on budget and on time. Job well done!

Dracool-USA provides Outstanding customer service, while providing professional, quality work.

DraCool is a bunch of crooks and felons. The owners rap sheet is a mile long.The crew they send out looks like they just rolled off the prison yard. They came to our steel site and when asked to take drug tests refused and left, leaving my plant down and costing us tens of thousands of dollars.All is can say is RUN RUN RUN when you see this company.
