This place is bad. I never write negative reviews, but I just have to because this place has given me problem after problem. Very dingy office and the customer service is terrible. They take zero initiative to handle any problems and hardly understand how to operate the uhaul portion of their business. I have no experience with their storage facilities, but DO NOT rent a uhaul truck from this place. I have been given multiple trucks with low tires, damage, etc and they are never clean. Super sketchy. They also canceled my reservation at the last minute with no word or warning. This happened AT MY PICK UP TIME. While I was standing in the parking lot with multiple other customers who were all stranded like me. They just suddenly decided to close down that day. Ridiculous. This company needs to find some better staff, clean up their office, and provide competent service.In response to the owner below, as I stated in the review, I have rented u-haul vans from your location at least 8 times over the past 6 months. In this most recent issue from this past weekend, I tried several times to get in touch with you about resolving the issue, and neither myself, the storage company main office, or u-haul could get in touch.

Would give ZERO STARS if I could. I have used this location several times and there is ALWAYS a problem. Terrible customer service, broken trucks, lack of communication, etc. Most recent problem set it over the edge. We made a uhaul reservation with the property manager, and then, on the day of our pickup, they decided to close the property and didnt notify anyone and didnt stage the truck for pick up via the Uhaul app. I called the storage corporate office and no one could get in touch with him. Called uhaul, same thing. Spent over 1.5 hours on hold with uhaul trying to get the reservation straightened out and they said there was nothing they could do because he didnt set it up for virtual pick up. To make matters worse, we were on a strict delivery timeline. While taking care of things with uhaul, we got an email that the manager just canceled that reservation AND our reservation for the next week. With no authorization from us. Worst part is, we werent the only customers this happened to. There were two other families waiting to pick up reserved trucks at a closed property. Uhaul needs to cut ties with this location. To make reservations weeks in advance, and then cancel them day-of with your customers is BAD. Find a new manager.

While there our stay was great! But unfortunately I have to complain about the customer service. When we moved out we called and was told everything was good to go. I was sent a text message 1 month later mentioning that we need to pay our bill. I spoke with Justin on the phone, and the first thing he tells me is that I need to make sure I contact them and make sure we notify them when we move out and we won’t be charged again. He clearly was try to place the blame on us l. We did everything we could to make sure they knew we had moved, and was told we were good to go. Very disrespectful to talk to anyone like that on the phone! I will never use nor suggest this company due to poor customer service.

GREAT UNITS & PRICE ... BEST OF ALL FRIENDLIEST AND MOST HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and MANAGEMENT. WELL LIT, SAFE, and SECURE AT NIGHT. GOOD RENTERS - NEVER ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY ONE. GREAT UHAUL RENTALS and MOVING SUPPLIES TOO! VERY PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED and OPERATED. IVE RENTED STORAGE ALL MY LIFE ... LARRY AND HIS STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

Helped a friend move in the rain, the back roads to get to the back units have a gravel section of road and it flooded out pretty bad. Makes me wonder what happens if the water gets really high will it get to the units in the back?

So I have been here for a month and so far I feel they are trying to cheat me we were told first 2 months half price and they would charge us when we rented they only deducted 1 month and sent an email after already locking us out to tell us we had to pay a fine to have access to our belongings also they have made it so inconvenient to pay that I am thinking Ill just take my belongings elsewhere

This is the first time Ive ever written a review of any kind, but I just cant help myself after such a terrible experience at this uhaul office.The worst experience. Dingy, dirty office. When I went to pick up my trailer, the working there said he couldnt get on the system and so he could not rent me the trailer. The only solution he offered was call uhaul. Not a great solution when I had made the reservation and needed the trailer for a move the next morning!Ended up going to Uhaul on Mallory Lane in Brentwood (where I have rented in the past and will ALWAYS rent from in the future) and they fixed me right up. They even offered to call the other uhaul office to make sure I wasnt charged for the other mix up.Would have been nice if the guys at Mallory station would have taken even A LITTLE initiative when he couldnt get the rental software to work and simply say, let me call another office for you and see what we can do. Nope... he was not at all interested in serving the customer.Stay away from this place. Its not just dirty and poorly kept, they have no clue about how t otreat customers. Stay away.

Easy access, safe rooms, comfortable to use.

This place is a joke. Mold growing all over our belongings inside our unit.Most units look old and rusted.Needless to say, we left!
