David the GM goes above and beyond for his clients. He is a true asset to this organization. He gave me several options and worked with me on what would be the best fit for my organizations needs. Space is nice and clean, well lit and we could not ask for anything more.

Great experience! I have never been to a storage facility that was so friendly and easy to navigate. David, the GM, was both friendly and helpful. He walked me to my unit so I new where it was and made sure I new how to use the locks. Signing up was simple and strait forward, no hassle at all. Overall it was a great experience!

I absolutely love this place! David the GM was super friendly and able to answer all my questions/concerns. The storage units are very modern and clean. In addition, they are priced pretty well.I have had storage units in the past but this company has definitely exceeded expectations with the friendly customer service and facility. I highly recommend if you’re looking for storage in the area. The company also has an app that I’m looking forward to trying out so that I can manage all my account information on the go. This is definitely 5 stars!

Just checked in moved my stuff in. It worked really well. The lock was in the unit waiting for me; just like they said.

I walked in not even doing any research prior to stopping in. David was very helpful that I did not even continue on to where I was headed to rent a storage unit. He showed me several different options as well as several different locations I had to choose from. David even opened a couple of storage units that had never even been rented before and said that he would clean them for me by the time the store opened the next morning or stay even later after closing the store if I felt they would fit my needs. I just want to thank David for making me feel like I was not just a person that walked in the door out of nowhere but actually listened to what I wanted and what I had to say. I’m sorry I had to keep him from going home on time but I am thankful that I stopped by. If you want the best customer service and a clean place to store all of your junk you can’t fit into a tiny apartment then you need to meet David.

This outfit is terrific. ive never used a self-storage place before and so was more than a little nervous about the amount of space, access at early/late hrs, cleanliness of the unit, and security for my stuff. NO PROBLEMS on any of these issues.david (the mgr) explained everything to me, talked me thru the process, showed me how to access the storage entrance, walked me to my unit so i could see exactly where it was, and showed me how to work the lock to the unit (this is not hard, but he had to do this a couple of times b/c im not very savvy about things that are even the slightest bit mechanical).i would use this place again without hesitation, and i recommend it without qualification to anyone who might need it.

Talk about 5 star treatment!First, this facility is very clean, new, and well-lit for nightly storage. I was in a bind to find a storage place and I’ve never had great experience in the past. Pretty much “here’s a key, pay us, bye” kind of treatment. Well, David the GM not only helped me with the unit I needed, he presented a very professional manner and provided a sense of hospitality if ever I needed anything, questions, etc. I came here to leave this review and not to my surprise, he’s had several roaring reviews here. Thank you, David! I’ll be staying a little longer now. I appreciate your customer service!

Really great experience at CubeSmart. The facility is brand new and spotless. Ivan took care of setting me up and was very friendly and professional. There were a couple of other storage facilities close by, but in the end CubeSmart had the best price. With the service I’ve received so far, think I made a really good choice.

We just arrived at this area and needed a place to store our stuff while staying with family. Its such a clean, new facility. The rates were amazing. Ivan was such a fantastic help and went above and beyond to give us details about the area, cities and fun things to do. If you have a storage unit and are not particularly happy with the quality, 100% GO HERE!!!!

New facility with helpful staff and reasonable rates. However, all my belongings REEKED of mothballs after being there for a few months. I had to wash everything that came out of the unit. My couch and bed fabrics needed to be washed too. I assume the facility management has no control over customer’s use of mothballs, but it was highly unpleasant to deal with while moving to a new place.
