No line when I went. I was able to ship a weird shaped package. Its a small space for a FedEx location in the entrance of the store but its convenient.

Called 3 times the second call was when they transferred me to customer service. I was holhing for 24 min. I hung up called back 3rd time to get 2 boxes picked up. He said he couldnt help me. I would have to drop them off! Terrible Customer service!!!!!!
