I’ve always had great experiences with this location until tonight. Connie needs to take a chill pill! She was so incredibly rude. She made all the other employees just as uncomfortable as she did me. It was completely unnecessary. Watch out for ole Connie!!! Ha
I designed some invitations and wanted to get them printed on cards I had purchased at a stationary shop. I wasn’t sure how my design would transfer to the cards.... because I didn’t know if my margins were correct. Ronda at the Cool Springs Fed Ex office was wonderful! She was able to take my pdf and resize it to fit the cards I wanted to use. The staff at this location are friendly and willing to help you solve problems to get your printing needs taken care of quickly and with a high degree of excellence. We have used this location for several printing and shipping jobs. We highly recommend them!

Do not go here! There is a girl who is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a bound document, it didn’t come bound- paid 67 dollars for color copies. I called to rectify it and the girl on the phone was disrespectful. They will never have my business again and I will tell everyone I know not to go here.
This FedEx Office Print and Ship Center was amazingly helpful. Blake, William, and Mike spared no effort to make sure that our needs were fully met. We genuinely appreciated the superior customer service. There are many local options when it comes to printing and mailing, but these individuals ensured that we keep coming back to FedEx in Cool Springs!

I would give FedEx a 0 if I could. Was delivered a package by FedEx erroneously and I opened it thinking it was something I had ordered. So I brought the package with its invoice into the store to see if they could send it on to the right person. They said because it had been opened they couldnt do anything. Well they could call GNC and let them know their order was deliver to wrong person. They could call customer and let them know. But no, they asked me to pay to have it shipped to the intended recipient instead. I told them I was NOT paying for their mistakes. They should do the right thing. I guess it is too much to ask to a greedy corporation with no morals. Dont get me wrong I am a conservative capitalist but things like this feed the anti capitalist narrative.
Things have been so crazy and stressful with all the unknowns during this pandemic. Small acts of kindness go a long way. Sara was so very sweet and patient with helping me 💜 and everyone seemed to be taking proper precautions which is very appreciated.
We worked with Shamil and he helped us with a print job. He went above and beyond and was very thoughtful and patience as he helped us work through getting our request printed properly. Would highly recommend this store!

I was there yesterday, I know corona time is a hard time, saying I had my mask on. At the desk lady asked me to stand on the purple spot which is about 6 feet from their front desk, imagine under the mask I had to shouting out my business info and account number, I asked her for paper or give her my phone for my account number, and she refused, If the company we were sending our shipment didnt want fed ex ; we would not ever work with fed ex. Jenny was a manager, and that is how she handle it. Ridicules way.
I stopped in to get a few manuals copied and bounded expecting to drop them off and wait a day or so based on how busy it was in there. I explained what I needed to Garland and he told me to hold on, 5 minutes later he had the project done and paid for. It’s rare to find that kind of efficiency and attention to detail these days. I’ll be bringing the rest of my printing and projects there from now on. I would highly recommend them.

Super helpful and fast service from the wonderful Mike! We needed to print our wedding save the dates; Office Depot didnt have quality cardstock, and Staples printer made the coloring come out weird. We found a perfect happy medium at this Fedex and our cards came out looking amazing! They were also affordable. Will be printing more wedding materials from them.
I have been getting a large print job done every week at this location for almost two years. Ive also had all my organizations signage done here as well. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and they do a great job with my order. When they occasionally make a mistake, they immediately and without question apologize and make it right. When they get busy there is sometimes a moderate wait. Ive never seen lines out the door, though, as one reviewer claims, much less are they always out the door.
The staff was friendly and helpful - taking time to show me all of their amenities and how to work the machines. It honestly probably takes them longer to teach newbies than to make copies themselves, but they were happy to do it and saved me a few bucks in the process!
It was a completely enjoyable experience. The young lady who boxed my items and rang me up could not have been any sweeter. I am in the customer service business and love being able to write a good review. Remember, you get more bees with honey. (Though, who really want more bees, or ANY bees for that matter? :/ )

Staff sits behind their computers and never attempt to come help customers. They never have enough staff working to accommodate their foot traffic. I’m usually having to wait in lines for 15 mins just to buy a single binder. Sara seems to be the only one who helps.
HORRIBLE Customer Service. The line is always out the door. I do my printing online, so my order is ready and already paid for, yet I have to wait behind people getting Passport photos, wedding invitations, and general idiots. There is never enough staff, or they arent working... they are back there talking and ignoring the line out the door. So, after several experiences like this I decided to research other online printing resources like Office Depot and UPS Store. Guess what! Almost 1/2 the price! Even with the FedEx Coupon Codes, it still didnt get the totals for the same orders down to the price I got at those locations. Pay more AND get bad customer service? I think not!
My most recent trip was another quick and easy one. As I walked up to the counter, the staff offered me an envelope. Once I was ready, they quickly processed the package and sent me on my way. It couldnt have gone any smoother.
I had to get 250 copies made that had to be absolutely perfect, and there were problems going on with the copiers. The people working there absolutely would not give up until everything was perfect for me. Truly amazing people up here and I cant be thankful enough for their hard work.
Ronda is an amazing associate! I had the most difficult time calling the main fedex numbers to sort out a lost package and refund. After getting the run around and being redirected, I called the location fedex location in Franklin where I shipped it from. She was kind, understanding, sympathetic and said let me work on this and get back to you. She never said its not our problem, call revenue management. - She took it on her shoulders and worked the problem. Not only that, she absolutely called me back before the day was done to provide me with an update, her plan of action and apologized for the delay. As a former CEO of an international company, I couldnt be MORE impressed by her professionalism, commitment to customer service and resolution to find packages. She is amazing. Fred Smith (Found, Chairman of Fedex), is LUCKY to have her on his team.
