My goodness, I cannot say enough about the service I received at Mr. Tire on 901 East Street in Frederick MD.I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube in Frederick on Patrick Street on September 16 for an oil change and was then told that and shown (I verified) that I needed new brakes.They replace the front brakes only and when completed, my brakes squealed like a whistle...and LOUD! They had never done that before (my car has over 100K miles on it). Upon bringing it back, they said it was now the back brakes that needed to be completed. I had those done about two weeks after the front. Alas, this did not fix the whistling of the brakes.In the interim time between the appointment on September 16 to last week Friday, my oil light had been illuminating. Stopping at Auto Zone....I put not 1....not 2....not 3...but FOUR quarts of oil in my engine to bring it into the good range.To Mr. Tire.....they inspected the brake work completed by Jiffy Lube. Not only where they sub-par brake pads, but Jiffy Lube had not cleaned out the brake fluid and flushed the line.In the end, I had Mr. Tire complete a brand new brake job on both the front and back brakes. Guess what? No more whistling from my brakes.I also had them install a new set of tire.Bottom line...I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Tires services. Devin and Peter were incredibly helpful and kind.Warning: Bring your vehicle to them if you want honest work completed and do not bring your vehicle ever to Jiffy Lube. Lesson learned.

The guys at the East St Mr Tire COULD NOT be a better bunch. Each and every one of them is professional, beyond knowledgeable and ....patient. They never seem to go home and they never make me wait. They explain, and then take time (sometimes LOTS of it) to break down each suggested repair/replacement in order of priority. They say this MUST be, SHOULD be, will soon NEED or DOESNT NEED to be addressed. And they do that with my safety and my budget in mind. Love em.

We have been to this location multiple times for tire repairs or other small auto repairs. This time Devon who helped us on a Sunday morning was incredibly friendly and professional. As a matter of fact, his excellent service is the reason I took the time to write this review, so thanks Devon. I worked with Chris throughout the entire process of having my sons girlfriends car fixed. He was GREAT! He communicated the entire time, kept us up to date, and gave us all of the recommendations prior to starting any work. I needed 4 new tires. I spoke with Chris who gave me estimates on two tiers of tires. Chris was professional and did not try to convince or hassle me into choosing a specific tire. The process was straightforward and quick. I would definitely purchase tires from them again.

They got the job done same day. However, the $130/hr labor rate is the most Ive ever paid for service. Ive paid dealership service departments less and theyll actually fill out the multi-inspection sheet and wash the car. What is the value-proposition here at Mr.Tire? They gave me a blank multi-point inspection sheet and didnt really want to discuss or answer any of my questions regarding the service when I picked the car up. Theres simply too many businesses in the area offering more for less.I supplied parts for this service and was later called b/c one of the parts was apparently incorrect. At first I went with what they said, the advisor seemed trustworthy, but I asked if I could come see for myself (since I would have to ship the part I brought back). When I showed up it took me 30 seconds to verify the part I brought them was correct and identical to what was being replaced. I was confused so I asked the technician servicing my car what the problem was and he replied I must have looked at the wrong car. Not something a customer should ever hear and I was lucky I had the time to step away from my job and visit the shop otherwise this would have added roughly $220 dollars to my bill and left me with extra parts. The tech was polite about it and Im understandable of mistakes but what about people who dont have time to stop by and check in? The advisor was short about what had taken place and just thanked me for coming in. When I picked up the car, no one wanted to answer any questions about the service, no body seemed to know anything and just pushed the paperwork and me out the door. Why would I come back.

Brought in my truck early morning to get a leaking valve stem replaced. Devin was up front about not being sure when exactly it would get done which i said was fine. Took until mid-afternoon and when i went to pay he said it was on the house, for taking so long, and he would see me next time. Exactly how business should be done. This is my tire place.

Great service. Needed 2 trailer tires replaced and was having a hard time finding new ones. Mr. Tire had the tires, for a good price and knocked them out in under an hour.

We were traveling from Ohio to North Carolina when we started to hear noise from the back rear tire of our truck, so we knew we had to stop and have it looked at. Stopped at Mr. Tire about 1045 am and sure enough had a bent axle among many other things bad wheel bearings and Some other things. Devon ordered the parts and was so nice! Travis the mechanic offered us to take his own car to go do something because he felt bad we were sitting so long! I’ve never had experienced such generosity like this before. Devon saved us some money on the bill and let us know if something came up to call him and he would find a way to take care of it. This is the best place ever!! Such kind people!

Went out yesterday afternoon and found a piece of metal in my tire and thought it would be hard to get it taken care of on a Sunday afternoon. Peter got me in quick and took care of patching it for me. Ill definitely come back here when its time for a whole set of tires.

I am so glad that I found this place. My tire needed a repair and I was visiting from out of town. They slipped me in on a busy day and they were so nice to me that I wish that I lived closer. I cant recommend Mr. Tire on N. East Street enough.

I always have a pleasant experience at this Mr Tire location. These guys are very calm, cool, and collected, and especially the guy at the front desk, I believe his name is Devin. They are decently quick at the repairs and oil changes as well.

Service has always been wonderful! I just recently had my engine light come on, and concerned drove straight to Mr. Tire. The service received was amazing. D Archer is the gentleman that helped me. Really made my experience a great one. They figured out what was happening and replaced the part not functioning. I truly appreciate the service. Called around 4 pricing obviously, I ended up speakin with Devin at the Fredrick md location. He was very professional, nice and took care of me fast. This was convenient place due to where I work, dropped my vehicle off without a problem, by the time I got off work, it was ready 2 go for me. Devin and his team did a great job in a good timely manner.

I had my first appointment with Mr. Tire at this location and it was fantastic! They were very honest and straightforward with me and checked with me before proceeding with anything extra. Peter is fantastic! As someone who isn’t super knowledgeable of cars and their inner workings, he really tried to break things down for me and explain what was going on with my car. Will definitely be returning!

Went here for an inspection and oil change. Devon was tremendous. He identified what my Civic needed to pass and then gave me some recommendations for future repairs. He was not pushy and did not try to get me to repair more than was needed.

So Ive been taking work trucks and my personal here for years. I was a friend of the old shop manager. He left recently and I had a kinda weird issue that I was working on. I took my v10 Triton motor in for diagnostic checks and tests. They had it done, solved, tested and ready in a couple hours which is awesome. And they even gave it a temporary fix because I already had all the parts to fix it but they gave me all the power back to my truck and reassurance that my only problem was me being too lazy to fix my own truck. Great guys and management is continuing to impress and gave me a nice deal along the way. Great job, Paul. Thanks to everyone. Much appreciated.

They broke my rim and put the tires on anyway leaving me with a flat tire after I left. They refused to do anything to remedy the situation. They refused to refund me or fix the wheel. They claimed the wheel was already cracked and if that was the case they shouldnt have done the job. Dont go here. I will also be telling as many people as I can not to go here.

Such an amazing experience. My husband and I brought one of our Lamborghinis out today and we caught a flat tire. The guys here were able to help us out and have the tire replaced in 15 minutes. Employees were very respectful, thoughtful, and skilled. They were able to diagnose my vehicles mechanical problems effectively, and explain them to me. My visit was complicated by an unforeseen circumstance, but the manager (Peter) worked diligently and tirelessly until eventually coming up with positive solutions the same day. His stick-to-itiveness and friendly attitude proved truly refreshing. Any automotive needs I have in the future, Mr. Tire will be my first telephone call.

Was give an estimate for replacing my catalytic converter of $964, then amazingly, the estimate turned into $1500 and came with a list of recommendations that included parts that were replaced 6 months ago (tie rod end) This guy is a scammer and a crook. Do not trust Chris.

Josh recently worked with me and to get an inspection on a car I bought. He was super helpful and let me look up my registration on my phone while I was standing at the counter since I forgot to bring to the shop with me.He let me know what passed but may need to be addressed in the next year or so, which helps me plan out when to come back in for another visit. Getting my car inspected is usually a nightmare, but this visit was easy and painless.

A few days ago we were expecting a snow storm that inevitably came. I needed new tires last year if I’m being honest. I called 5 tire shops and either their were booked for weeks out or they had to order the tires.I called Mr. Tire and spoke to Devin. Devin was easily the most helpful and respectful tire associate I’ve ever worked with. Fortunately for me, they had all season Good Year Fortera tires in stock that fit my Jeep. Devin was able to get me in the same day! Two days before the snow. Being my Jeep in RWD I needed good tires. These tires did not disappoint at all!!So, thank you Devin a million!! Definitely a keeper for the business!!!

I went for the first time today and dont plan on going back. I was I think the first customer of the day, had an appointment and everything. The guy working at the desk at the time was incredibly rude, not just to me but also to customers on the phone. After a pretty unpleasant initial conversation about what was going on with my car, I asked how long it would take as I had to get back to work. I told him the guy who scheduled the appointment on the phone said it would take like 1.5 hours, he just laughed and said I would be there as long as it takes, potentially all day, and that once they start the work they cant just stop. I said I had planned to get back to work later in the morning, and I needed to know roughly when it would be done so I could let them know when Id be back. Instead of answering this pretty simple question, he then asked if I was pretending to be at work while they were working on my car. At that point I wanted to walk out. It was so incredibly obnoxious and uncalled for. In my opinion, theres no difference between accusing someone of pretending to be on the clock and accusing them of stealing from their employer, and I really did not appreciate it.Believe it or not, I actually dont enjoy spending hundreds of dollars to get my car fixed. Its not fun. Having to sit there and deal with this kind of service makes the experience go from not fun to pretty miserable. Do you guys not realize that there are literally hundreds of other places I can take my car to get it fixed? Why on earth would I or anyone else put up with this?

I caught a Flat on Friday heading home and found out i needed two new tires not just one. I took my car to Mr. Tire, i had previously had a great experience with an associate there a year or so ago. This time i was met with just as exemplary care. Peter and his team went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding my car and my options and on top of that they went the extra step and replaced my windshield wipers (which had broken over the winter and complications with my lovely junk-mobile kept me from addressing that issue) without extra charge and stayed late to make sure that i was able to get my car back that day like they promised. I will be going to Mr. Tire for all my servicing needs from now on. They have shown time and time again that they are full of people who care. Thank you all for your help. It is immensely appreciated.

Had a tire with a slow leak and had been going flat every couple days. Thought I needed to replace it and decided to just get two new tires at once. I called Mr. Tire and they were very accommodating about setting up a time. I dropped off my vehicle and left. Soon after, I got a call from Leo saying that my tires were in good condition and didnt need to be replaced. He asked why I brought it in and I explained the situation. He said he would look at the tire for a leak and patch it up if need be.Turns out there was piece of metal in the tire and he patched it. I feel like most car service centers would have just taken my money and not said anything. But Leo was honest about the situation, saying he would want others to do the same for him. Not only did he save me hundreds of dollars on an unnecessary tire replacement, he showed me that there are still honest businesses around that value customer experience.I will be coming to the East Street Mr. Tire for all my future car service needs.

A little pricey but the quality of work is Perfect and done right. Staff is knowledgeable and respectful.Would recommend them.

I went in without an appointment on a Monday morning on impulse because my mom needed new tires and was dragging her feet. This place was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint! It was clean, a comfortable (and not too long) wait, considerate establishment. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I believe it was a little overpriced. But overall, very happy with the service and quality.

Ive been to three different Mr Tire locations in the Frederick area, and Im right on the verge of saying I like this one best. They never try to oversell you, no pressure. I like that part a lot. Of the three times Ive brought vehicles in here, the work has been done on time and to my satisfaction every time. For me with a busy schedule, that counts for a lot. My estimation, well worth the trip. Just keep in mind like it any place you have the tire cost and then the installation Etc which can add another $30 to the price.

First and foremost, I’d like to say Peter and Leo are awesome! I spoke with Leo over the phone, the day before I actually came in to have my tire serviced, and he was super nice. Although, the earliest he could get me in on that day, was after 10:30 am. Unfortunately, I was unable to get back over to the shop to have them check it out. So I decided to drop in the following day, which was a Wednesday, with the hopes of having them check my tire for a “slow leak”, and patching it, if possible. On Wednesday, I was greeted by Peter who was just finishing a call as I walked up to the counter. He was very friendly, greeted me with a smile, and I felt comfortable as soon as I spoke to him. He let me know that he could have my tire checked out as soon as his second mechanic arrived at 9 AM. Which meant I had to wait, 30-40 minutes. He also, told me that if the leak was patchable, he’d patch it, and the price for the job. Because, he was so nice, I didn’t mind hanging out and waiting! He made small talk with myself, and another customer, and made a joke that made me smile. When his second mechanic arrived, he gave me an update, and let me know that he was there. The final high five moment for this shop, is that he remembered and called me by my first name, and he pronounced it correctly!!! Now that’s AWESOME!!! I would highly recommend coming to this shop, and if I need future service work, I will definitely return! Got a flat in the rain. These guys were the closest tire shop. Maybe Im spoiled by the Mr. Tire close to my house. They always put the spare and jack away for me after changing my tires. These guys did replace the tires in a reasonable amount of time, though.
